Abstract

Hotels improved their services such as online reservation. Therefore, these study objectives are to identify the factors that encourage consumers decision to make an online reservation, and which is the most dominant factor in influencing the consumer’s decision to make reservations online. This study used 300 respondents. From the results of interviews with 150 respondents, found five factors that encourage consumers make an online reservation. And the results of questionnaires to 150 respondents known that the dominant factor is the factor of Easy and Practice, which is efficient in time. Key Words- Reservation, Online, Hotel

Abstract

Lately competition becomes really tough, because of that each University has to choose the right strategy in order to increase their market share. Some of the strategies than can be done are by choosing the right communication media for each promotion that the university wants to do. For the reason, this research wants to know which communication media that really attracts students at Bunda Mulia University, Management Major in year 2010/2011. In this research, the writers used incidental sampling. The writers also use questionnaire for gathering the data or information need. To analyze the data, the writes use SPSS ver. 15.0 for windows. The conclusion of this research about the highest percentage to the lowest percentage of the most attractive communication media are television, internet, direct mail, magazines, radio, newspapers, outdor advertising, and the last one is telemarketing. According to result, the highest percentage of an attractive communication media is television, so writer suggest that the best media to do the promotion is television media.Keyword :Communication media, markeing communication, integrated marketing communication

Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang sangat banyak. Dengan banyaknya jumlah penduduk yang ada maka beragam pula tingkat ekonomi di negara Indonesia ini. Sektor tahun 1997-1999 negara Indonesia merupakan bagian dari negara-negara berkembang di kawasan Asia Tenggara ikut mengalami krisis ekonomi. Hal ini dimulai dengan timbulnya krisis moneter dan akhirnya menjadi krisis ekonomi. Pada masa-masa tersebut, tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku meningkat tajam dan diikuti dengan melemahnya nilai tukar mata uang Rupiah terhadap mata uang negara lain. Hal tersebut membawa dampak negatif terhadap kinerja pasar modal, yaitu dengan menurunnya harga saham-saham yang diperjualbelikan pada waktu itu. Kata Kunci : Investasi, JIBOR

Abstract

Nowadays, traditional market can still survive among modern market. Due to that reason, the researcher is interested in analyzing the factor why consumer still want to shop at traditional market. The subject of the research is Sunter Kirana Market. Abstract

Business world growth in rapid speed nowadays, because of that reason all the companies in business world try to make a differentiation strategy in order to be different than other company. One of important aspect which concern by all companies is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a part of company management, because of that those companies realize if they could fulfil this aspect they could have a profit. But, we can’t just rely on customer satisfaction to improve long term benefits. Loyal customer will not turn around to other similar companies. University must to construct customer loyalty. Loyal customers, in this case students usually give a positive recommendation (the likehood of spreading positive word of mouth).Key Words- Satisfaction, Loyality, Student

Abstract

The existence of Galeri Investasi at the campus is a part of the function of BEI to educate the public, especially students, about capital market investment. Galeri Investasi UBM aims to educate prospective generation of people to be able to play at the capital market in Indonesia. Galeri Investasi UBM has won Billionaire Campus Award. Achievements that have been achieved by the Galeri Investasi UBM also continue to be followed by an increase in service quality. Population of this research is the investor at Galeri Investasi UBM as listed as an active student. This study used a servqual models technique. The results showed that the strategic location of Galeri Investasi UBM should be maintained, while internet access / wifi in the Galeri Investasi UBM is the criterion that need to be improved because it has the lowest score .Keywords: servqual model, investment galery, stock market.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of work balance, organizational support, job burnout and career women's performance. Analysis of the variables used in this study there are five variables, namely work-life balance, organizational support, family support, work fatigue and performance. In this study, non-probability sampling was used, namely the sample taken was not given the same opportunity or opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Of the 98 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, only 64 respondents met the criteria for this research sample. The sample used in this study are career women who occupy managerial positions. The data collected is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From this study, only two significant hypotheses were produced, namely the existence of a significant direct effect of work-life balance on the performance of career women, and organizational support moderating the effect of work-life balance on job burnout.
