Abstract

Data di kelas III SD Negeri Tebet Timur 03, Tebet Jakarta Selatan menunjukkan bahwa di sebanyak 73,3% siswa di kelas pasif di dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penulis mengindikasikan bahwa mereka kurang percaya diri. Hal tersebut terlihat saat diminta menjadi ketua kelompok dalam pembelajaran sebelumnya mereka saling tunjuk dan tidak mau menjadi ketua. Namun, dalam materi kelas III ini terdapat materi perilaku terpuji, di mana di dalamnya adalah termasuk perilaku percaya diri. Karena itu, penulis merasa perlu mengembangkan pengalaman yang dilakukan siswa sehari-hari dengan memberikan contoh melalui metode ceramah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas di mulai tanggal 7 Januari 2013 hingga 7 Maret 2013 dan dilakukan tiap hari Kamis dan penelitian ini berjalan selama lima kali pertemuan. Pertemuan pertama peneliti menggunakan metode jigsaw lierning selama satu jam pertama tetapi tidak memenuhi hasil yang memuaskan dan kelas tidak kondusif akhirnya pada jam kedua peneliti menggunakan metode ceramah atas pengalaman pribadi. Dan pertemuan pertama ini tidak begitu memuaskan dengan hasil PMB yang dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa saat meninjau nilai tugas maka, sebanyak 93,2% siswa berhasil menjalankan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, namun sebanyak 6,8% siswa masih gagal dalam mengerjakan tugas. Saat meninjau nilai LKS maka, sebanyak 83,3% siswa telah berhasil dalam mengerjakan LKS dengan bimbingan metode ceramah atas pengalaman pribadi. Sementara itu sebanyak 13,7% siswa masih belum berhasil. Saat meninjau nilai ulangan maka, sebanyak 86,7% siswa sudah di atas KKM atau di atas nilai 65. Hasil ini menunjukkan suatu kemajuan dalam peneltian tindakan kelas ini. Sementara 13,3% siswa masih belum tuntas dan cenderung pasif.

Abstract

Sementara itu sebanyak 13,7% siswa masih belum berhasil. Saat meninjau nilai ulangan maka, sebanyak 86,7% siswa sudah di atas KKM atau di atas nilai 65. Hasil ini menunjukkan suatu kemajuan dalam peneltian tindakan kelas ini. Sementara 13,3% siswa masih belum tuntas dan cenderung pasif.

Abstract

Technology continues to advance as time evolves. Conventional transportation methods have long been the preferred choice for individuals heading to specific destinations. However, the emergence of online-based transportation services like Grab has made it easier for people to move around by simply using the GrabAppon their smartphones. While the GrabApphas brought numerous benefits to society it also comes with certain drawbacks, such as instances where drivers do not align their identities with the information provided on the Grab platform. This mismatch can lead to potential inconveniences and safety concerns for consumers, including the possibility of account takeovers. The objective of this research is to understand and analyze the consumer protection regulations concerning legal issues and forms of protection, and to undertake a comparative analysis of the legal frameworks in Indonesia and Singapore regarding online drivers and the penalties imposed when they encounter legal complications. In conducting this research, the author adopted a normative doctrinal research approach, encompassing legislative and comparative legal perspectives. The data gathered during this investigation were subjected to qualitative analysis techniques. The research findings reveal that the legal regulations in Indonesia and Singapore are relatively similar. Both countries have regulations covering traffic and transportation, consumer protection, and sanctions for drivers whose identities do not match the application. The result of the research is to improve the regulation concerning the implementation of sovereign rights and jurisdiction that is related regulatory provisions regarding consumer’s right in Indonesia and Singapore.

Abstract

Hak normatif pekerja merupakan hak dasar pekerja dalam hubungan kerja yang wajib dilindungi dan dijamin dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku sehingga menjadi kewajiban pengusaha untuk memenuhinya. Tetapi faktanya seringkali ditemui adanya pengusaha yang tidak memberikan hak-hak normatif pekerja tersebut dengan berbagai alasan sehingga menjadi sebab terjadinya perselisihan hubungan industrial diantara pekerja dengan pengusaha. Saat ini Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial menjadi satu-satunya lembaga yang memiliki kewenangan untuk memutus perkara perselisihan hubungan industrial yang terjadi antara pekerja dan pengusaha. Tetapi setelah adanya putusan dari Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial tidak menjadikan serta merta masalah antara pekerja dan pengusaha selesai. Karena pada saat Pengadilan memberikan putusan yang memenangkan pekerja tidak semua pengusaha mau dengan sukarela melaksanakan isi putusan. Sehingga memerlukan upaya hukum lebih lanjut dari pekerja. Maka penelitian ini akan meneliti sejauh mana hukum yang ada memberikan kepastian terhadap pekerja mengenai pemenuhan hak-hak normatifnya pasca putusan dari pengadilan hubungan industrial. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian normative kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder sehingga pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis data-data yang bekaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti.

Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia must keep abreast of and adapt to the dynamics that occur in the digital era. The government must make every effort to utilize information technology in implementing existing public policies. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia as a judicial institution that has direct contact with justice seekers has required technology-based legal services using e-court applications. The digital divide in Indonesia will greatly affect the ability of the people themselves to obtain their rights at the Indonesian judiciary. This study aims to examine whether the issuance of a judicial modernization legal policy is an appropriate law in the digital divide of Indonesian society. The method of this research uses qualitative methods based on in-depth observations of legal norms. Modernizing justice through the use of electronic applications this Indonesian society is a challenge for the government as a policymaker. This is because certain people still need assistance within their limitations in the digital world to face modern justice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the policies in handling and preventing HIV/AIDS by City Batam Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which later during the Covid-19 pandemic established several policies aimed at reducing the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 Virus . This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study used primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique in this study was triangulation which was carried out to check the validity of the data obtained from the results of interviews with informants and the results of interviews with informants. The technique of analyzing data is supported by the N-Vivo 12 Plus application. Policy implementation is seen based on Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure. factors influencing policy implementation during the Covid-19 Pandemic were Communication with a value of 15%, Human Resources during the Covid-19 Pandemic with a value of 23%, Disposition 36%, and Bureaucratic Structure with a value of 24%. The research results show that the implementation of policies in achieving policy goals or solving the HIV-AIDS problem during the pandemic has not been fully achieved. based on the characteristics of the problem is not precise. From the point of view of policy-making institutions, HIV and AIDS prevention policies have been made by institutions that are competent in their fields that are in accordance with the character of the policy.

Abstract

While most studies have focused on the challenges faced by high school students in writing descriptive or recount texts, limited research has examined the difficulties encountered by university students, particularly those with low motivation and insufficient grammar proficiency. This study aims to investigate the specific challenges faced by university-level students majoring in English when composing descriptive texts. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and a descriptive writing test. The findings reveal that grammar is the most significant challenge, with the lowest average score of 69.3 among five assessed categories. Common errors include incorrect tense usage and word choice, leading to unclear or unintended meanings. These findings highlight the need for targeted instructional strategies to enhance students' grammatical competence and overall writing proficiency.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: Unfair competition threatens economic growth and is harder to detect in the digital era. For Indonesia and Thailand, growing digital economies depend on fair online marketplaces, yet these platforms face risks like price manipulation and visibility bias. Addressing these issues is crucial to unlocking their global trade potential. Purpose/Study Objectives: The purpose of this research is to analyze the normative potentials and challenges in enforcing antitrust laws in Indonesian and Thai online marketplaces, particularly in addressing antitrust challenges that are unique to the digital environment. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research utilizes normative legal research method and a comparative legal approach to examine the frameworks for protecting against unfair competition in online marketplaces in Indonesia and Thailand. Findings: Findings of this study highlight that the existing antitrust laws in Indonesia and Thailand are not equipped to address the unique challenges of digital markets, such as algorithm-driven price fixing, product visibility manipulation, and data monopoly. The study proposes a legal framework model focusing on enhancing algorithmic transparency, ensuring search neutrality, establishing robust market monitoring, and integrating data governance with antitrust measures. This model aims to bolster fair competition and consumer protection, positioning both nations to leverage their digital economy potentials effectively. Paper Type: Research Article
