Abstract

Online learning is a learning process that is carried out remotely without face to face but through internet media. Google Classroom is an Internet medium that can be used during courses, such as to send materials, discuss online, and to be able to create, deliver and edit assignments without using paper. Google Classroom facilities are implemented in the Nursing English course. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with percentage data analysis. The research tool used a questionnaire with research subjects namely nursing students who were taking basic English courses in Nursing. The results show that 50% of respondents are satisfied with the display available in the Google Classroom application. 70% of respondents are satisfied with the efficiency of using Google Classroom. Regarding ease of use, 56% of respondents were satisfied with the ease of use of this vehicle. The next factor that was also agreed upon was that 60% of respondents were satisfied with learning English using Google Classroom.

Abstract

This research problem was about language style and figure of speech in a short story and analyze about short story meaning of " Tombak sang Penenun by Benny Arnas based on stylists study .  Purpose of this research was  knowing use language figure of speech and types figure of speech that was in the novel.  This research use stylists approach  .This  Research data used descriptive data in the form phrases, words, and sentence based on short story of " Tombak sang Penenun by Benny Arnas . The results of the study found that research prove existence there is three  type group figure of speech contained in short story that is  group figure of speech comparison that includes personification , metaphor , and antonomasiai while group figure of speech affirmation there isn’t in this short story.

Abstract

Scientific publications measure the progress of scientific education in a region or agency. A good publication must fulfill good writing rules and standards.  A reviewer plays an important role in this journal publication process. This Community service was to improve the competence of lecturers as journal reviewers at the Stikes HangTuah Tanjungpinang institution.  This training was held for one day on 12 June 2024. The training was carried out offline. At the Stikes HangTuah Meeting Room Jl. W.R. Supratman, Air Raja, Kec. Tanjungpinang Tim., Tanjung Pinang City, Riau Islands. Participants who participated in the training were all permanent lecturers of Stikes HangTuah The training was held for one day. The steps taken in this training, 1) Giving a Pre-test to participants to find out the participants' knowledge about OJS and reviewing manuscripts and providing training materials (2 Providing material through lectures, discussions, and offline practices (3 Evaluation after conducting training by giving several questions related to the ability of participants after being given training material through google form media. The post-test results showed an increase of 100% for knowledge questions about the participant's knowledge of the Open Journal System (OJS) website. This proves that OJS is not a new thing for training participants while as much as 100%. Survey results have known how to publish journals This proves that OJS is not a new thing for training participants, while 100%. The survey results know how to publish their journals through the OJS platform. The participant's experience as article reviewers before training was 74%, and 44% had become reviewers, this proves that the lecturers already had experience as reviewers before training but there has not been a significant increase in knowledge. After the training, there was an increase of 100% in the ability of participants to review articles through OJS directly. This shows that the participants managed to understand the entire material presented by the speaker, and this PkM activity was successful with an average survey result of 100%. So it can be concluded that the material provided during the training was useful and improved the ability of lecturers as reviewers by the needs of journal development that they manage.

Abstract

Scientific journals are one of the important indicators for scientific development to facilitate the scientific work of students and lecturers. Every university is obliged to have a journal. The scientific work of students and lecturers is required, and every university must have a scientific journal based on the Open Journal System (OJS) that must be accredited nationally and internationally. Scientific journals based on the Open Journal System must be nationally and internationally accredited. Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjungpinang already has one nursing journal. However, it has not yet been professionally managed regarding article management, review process, and copy editing, so the accreditation requirements have not been met. This training aims to provide explanations and workshops on managing scientific journals so that they can be accredited nationally. This community service activity was carried out in March 2023 for 3 days. This training was attended by approximately 27 participants from Lecturers and Staff who were located in the Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjung Hall Room. Service activities are carried out in 3 stages: 1) OJS Installation Process by the PKM Team with the Partner Team, and Pre-tests to determine the participants' knowledge of journal management with OJS. Journal management with OJS. 2) training through lectures and discussions and direct assistance conducted offline. 3) Evaluation After conducting online journal management training with OJS, the post-test results show an increase in percentage up to 100% for knowledge questions about the Open Journal System (OJS) website. This training is successful and right on target. Suggestions are expected journal training like this can be carried out on an ongoing basis so that journals can develop better.

Abstract

KIPI merupakan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi (KIPI) merupakan suatu kejadian sakit dan kematian yang terjadi setelah menerima imunisasi. Pemberian imunisasi menimbulkan kecurigaan, kekhawatiran dan kecemasan orangtua. Kecemasan adalah respon emosi terhadap situasi yang menekan,mengancam atau ketakutan sesuatu yang tidak jelas.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan reaksi KIPI pada anak dengan tingkat kecemasan orang tua pasca penyuntikan imunisasi DPT-HB-HIB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, (observasional analitik) dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tarempa Timur wilayah kerja Posyandu Nusa Indah. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 responden dengan Sampel berjumlah 67 responden, menggunakan probability sampling yaitu Cluster Sampling.Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan metode uji korelasi Somers’d .Alat pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner reaksi KIPI dan kecemasan orangtua.Hasil penelitian hasil uji somers’d ,nilai sig reaksi KIPI p = 0.024, nilai kekuatan korelasi reaksi KIPI adalah 0.168 dan kekuatan korelasi kecemasan 0.345 adalah sangat lemah dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan reaksi KIPI pada anak dengan tingkat kecemasan orangtua pasca penyuntikan imunisasi DPT-HB-HIB di Posyandu Nusa Indah. Pembahasan : reaksi ringan dari 54 responden( 80.6%), reaksi berat sebanyak 13 responden (19.4 %),dan kecemasan pasca penyuntikan menunjukkan tidak cemas 15 (22.4 %),kecemaan ringan 33 (49.%),kecemasan sedang 17(25.4 %) dan kecemasan berat 2 (3.0%).sehingga dapat ditarik simpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara reaksi KIPI pada anak pasca penyuntikan imunisasi DPT-HB-HIB dengan kecemasan orangtua di Posyandu Nusa Indah Desa Tarempa Timur.Dari penelitian ini diharapkan untuk para orangtua dan tenaga kesehatan saling mencari dan berbagi informasi tentang reaksi pasca penyuntikan imunisasi dan pentingnya pemberian imunisasi DPT-HB-HIB untuk Kesehatan dan kekebalan tubuh anak

Abstract

Preschool education is a vital part of producing a quality generation, and language is a crucial component of the child development process. Flashcard media is one of the media used for children's vocabulary and language acquisition. undefined to find out the effect of using flashcard media on preschool children's language development.  This study used a Pre-Experimental research design with One one-group pretest post-test design. The samples were 20 PAUD students Mulya Baran Barat. Data analysis using non-parametric statistical tests, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results stated that most respondents (65%) were in the age range of 4 years and female gender (65%). While the ability before research using flashcard media was mostly (65%) and after research using flashcard media language development increased by as much as (75%). So the results of the analysis obtained a P- value of 0.00, meaning that there is an effect of using flascard media on the language development of preschool children at PAUD Mulya Baran Barat.
