The Tridaya Eka Dharma Museum commonly known as the Struggle Museum saves many weapons from the soldiers of the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PDRI) and the Revolutionary Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PRRI). Besides that, the museum also displays weapons captured from the war in East Timor. The Tridaya Eka Dharma Museum located in Bukitinggi City. Bukittinggi was chosen as the location for the museum because this city was once the capital of Sumatra province and the capital of the Republic of Indonesia during the PDRI era. Therefore, Bukittinggi has a rich history in Indonesia's struggle for independence, and this museum plays an important role in preserving and commemorating that history. This research was carried out considering that the function of museums for knowledge requires action so that they are not neglected and abandoned by the next generation. Referring to the condition of the younger generation called as Gen Z generation who are more dependent on sources of information via gadgets and the internet, this research needs to be carried out, name to provide an overview of the condition that museums belong to all generations, lest the museum ecosystem itself stops in one generation. This is creating a huge gap between one generation to the next generation. It is hoped that this research will be able to contribute to and maximize the function of museums which act as institutions that protect, develop, utilize collections, and communicate them to the public. The purpose of this research is to find out the collection of objects in the Tridaya Eka Dharma Museum and explain the use of the Tridaya Eka Dharma Museum in learning the History of Indonesian Independence. The research method that will be used as a source of historical learning is the descriptive method.

Kearifan lokal atau dikenal dengan Indigenous Knowledge (IK) adalah pengetahuan yang dikembangkan secara turun temurun oleh masyarakat dalam suatu daerah dari waktu ke waktu, dan telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. Masyarakat adat di seluruh dunia terus menghadapi ancaman terhadap kelangsungan pengetahuan adat mereka karena pengaruh dari kemajuan pembangunan, teknologi dan informasi. Termasuk salah satunya adalah masyarakat adat Minang provinsi Sumatera Barat. Kekhawatiran ini semakin menjadi perhatian khusus terutama bagi pengamat sosial dan pemerhati budaya, karena kultur budaya Minangkabau yang berbasis lisan sehingga informasi pengetahuan masyarakat adat tidak terdokumentasikan, hal ini akan menyebabkan budaya Minangkabau bisa hilang tanpa diketahui oleh generasi penerusnya. Sebagai lembaga informasi, perpustakaan berperan penting untuk mendokumentasikan IK dengan baik, dikemas dan disimpan di perpustakaan dan pusat informasi, agar IK dapat langsung diakses oleh pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kearifan lokal (IK) dapat dikelola dengan baik di perpustakaan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Dengan metode penelitian berupa studi kasus, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan umum di Sumatera Barat telah mengikuti mandat IFLA terhadap pengelolaan dan pelestarian IK, berbagai kegiatan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan IK seperti pengumpulan, pencatatan dan dokumentasi, pengorganisasian, pelestarian dan penyimpanan, diseminasi dan penjaringan. Dari penelitian ini juga menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi langkah-langkah praktis yang harus segera diambil, antara lain pelestarian IK dalam berbagai format dan media, untuk disimpan di perpustakaan umum dan dikurasi oleh pustakawan; pencatatan IK yang dilakukan dalam masyarakat adat atau pun dirumah melalui generasi ke generasi yang membuat catatan harian seperti ritual, doa, dan adat istiadat keluarga; serta pelestarian IK pada website yang dibuat dan dikelola oleh pustakawan di perpustakaan umum; dan perlunya partisipasi para tokoh adat dalam masyarakat adat Minangkabau yang merupakan pembawa hidup IK.

ABSTRACT The research is motivated because of the many changes that occurred in the existing services at the Archives and Libraries of West Sumatra Province during this pandemic. The purpose of this research is to make a draft of the service manual for the archives and libraries of the province of West Sumatra during the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to make it easier for users to understand and find out about service changes implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a development research. The research procedure consists of several stages, namely conducting needs analysis, designing products, developing products, and conducting trials. The result of product development is that the Design Guidebook is effective with the highest score of 42.85%. The trial results have also proven that the result is valid which can be proven by the A value and practical with the highest value of 42.85%. Thus, it can be concluded that the product of the Service Manual for the Service of Archives and Libraries of West Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic is feasible to use. ABSTRAK Penelitian dilatarbelakangi Karena banyaknya perubahan yang terjadi pada layanan yang ada di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada saat masa pandemi ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Rancangan Buku Pedoman Layanan Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19, guna untuk mempermudah pemustaka dalam memahami dan mengetahui perubahan layanan yang diterapkan selama pandemi covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan, merancang produk, mengembangkan produk, dan melakukan uji coba. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah Rancangan Buku Pedoman sudah efektif dengan nilai tertinggi 42,85%. Hasil uji coba juga sudah membuktikan bahwa yang dihasilkan adalah valid yang dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai A dan praktis dengan nilai tertinggi 42,85%. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk Buku Pedoman Layanan Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini telah layak untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci: Buku Pedoman, layanan Perpustakaan, covid-19, Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the emergence of the current Covid-19 Virus. With the emergence of Covid-19, there are many public assumptions about viruses that all viruses are considered deadly even though not all viruses are deadly. The weaknesses of society in dealing with their conditions are delays in handling, lack of clear knowledge and information, especially the lack of educational resources or learning media for children on how to deal with a virus outbreak. In fulfilling information, many people see information through the internet, but not all the news that is disseminated is accurate. The purpose of this research is how to design a product in the form of an index book of the viruses that trigger mass death. The index book of the viruses that trigger mass death will later help readers to find out and understand the information that is available in a valid, effective and practical manner. This index book of viruses that trigger mass death is declared valid because it has collaborated with a validator of library scientists and an expert validator in the field of health sciences. The type of research used is Development Research. The stages that are passed in product development are needs analysis, product design, product creation and product trial evaluation. The results of this study show that the book Index of viruses that trigger mass death can be used by readers in understanding the name of the virus, the symptoms it causes, how to prevent it, a brief description and references about these viruses. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya Virus Covid-19 saat ini. Dengan munculnya Covid-19 banyak asumsi-asumsi masyarakat mengenai virus bahwa semua virus-virus dianggap mematikan padahal tidak semua virus itu yang mematikan. Kelemahan masyarakat dalam menghadapi kondisinya yaitu keterlambatan penanganan, kurangnya pengetahuan serta informasi yang jelas terutama minimnya sumber edukasi atau media pembeljaran untuk anak-anak bagaimana menghadapi suatu wabah virus. Dalam memenuhi informasi banyak masyarakat melihat informasi melaui internet, akan tetapi tidak semua berita yang disebarkan akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana merancang produk berupa buku indeks virus-virus pemicu kematian massal. Buku Indeks virus-virus pemicu kematian massal ini nantinya akan membantu pembaca untuk mengetahui dan memahami informasi yang tersedia secara valid, efektif dan Praktis. Buku Indeks Virus-virus pemicu kematian massal ini dinyatakan valid karena sudah berkolaborasi dengan validator ahli ilmu perpustakaan dan Validator Ahli bidang Ilmu kesehatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitup penelitian pengembangan (Development Research). tahapan-tahapan yang dilalui dalam pengembangan produk taitu analisis kebutuhan, merancang produk, membuat produk dan evaluasi uji coba produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan buku Indeks virus-virus pemicu kematian massal ini sudah dapat digunakan pembaca dalam memahami tentang nama virus, gejala yang ditimbulkan, bagaimana upaya pencegahanya, deskripsi singkat dan referensi-referesni mengenai virus-virus tersebut. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the difficulty of the community in obtaining information about places of traditional medicine in District IV Koto Aur Malintang. Because there is no clear and accurate information about existing traditional medicine places. The purpose of this study is to create a search tool or special manual for places of traditional medicine and include information according to the needs of the community in District IV Koto Aur Malintang, Padang Pariaman Regency and from outside the region. This research will later be useful for the user community or users in finding information about the addresses of traditional medicine places in District IV Koto Aur Malintang, Padang Pariaman Regency. The type of research is development research (Development research). The procedure of this research consists of several stages, namely conducting a needs analysis, designing products, developing products and conducting trials. The result of product development is the Directory Book of Traditional Medicine in District IV Koto Aur Malintang, Padang Pariaman Regency. The results of product trials that are declared valid are proven by the A value that has been obtained from the expert validator. Effectively proven from the results of product trials on a large group where eight out of fifty people chose moderately agree or 16%, thirty out of fifty people chose agree or 60%, twelve out of fifty people chose strongly agree or 24%. Practically proven from the results of product trials where six out of fifty people chose moderately agree or 12%, twenty out of fifty people chose agree or 40%, twenty four chose strongly agree or 48%, based on the results of product trials on a large group . Thus it can be concluded that the product of the Directory of Traditional Medicine in District IV Koto Aur Malintang, Padang Pariaman Regency is feasible to use. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena sulitnya masyarakat dalam mamperoleh informasi mengenai tempat-tempat pengobatan tradisional yang ada di Kecamatan IV Koto Aur Malintang. Karena tidak adanya informasi yang jelas dan akurat menegenai tempat-tempat pengobatan tradisional yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat alat telusur atau buku petunjuk khusus tempat-tempat pengobatan tradisional dan mencantumkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman maupun dari luar daerah. Penelitian ini nantinya akan beguna bagi masyarakat pemakai atau user dalam mencari informasi mengenai alamat tempat-tempat pengobatan tradisional di Kecamatan IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian pengembangan (Development research). Prosedur dari penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan, merancang produk, mengembangkan produk dan melakukan uji coba. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah Buku Diretktri Pengobatan Tradisional Di Kecamatan IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Hasil uji coba produk yang dinyatakan valid dibuktikan dengan nilai A yang sudah didapatkan dari validator ahli. Efektif dibuktikan dari hasil uji coba produk terhadap kelompok besar dimana delapan dari lima puluh orang memilih cukup setuju atau 16%, tiga puluh dari lima puluh orang memilih setuju atau 60%, dua belas dari lima puluh orang memilih sangat setuju atau 24%. Praktis dibuktikan dari hasil uji coba produk dimana enam dari lima puluh orang memilih cukup setuju atau 12%, dua puluh dari lima puluh orang memilih setuju atau 40%, dua puluh empat memilih sangat setuju atau 48%, berdasarkan hasil uji coba produk terhadap kelompok besar. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk Direktori Pengobatan Tradisional Di Kecamatan IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman telah layak untuk digunakan. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the lack of public information about the various motifs typical of Unggan and its philosophy, besides that there is no information search tool that can be used by the public in searching for various existing songket motifs. The purpose of this study was to design and produce an index of the names of the typical songket motifs of Unggan. The method used in this research is the development method by making a product, namely an index book that will help the public in tracing the various existing songket motifs. The resulting product is validated by expert validators and conducts limited trials through individuals and groups. The result of product development is an effective index. The test results also prove that the resulting product is valid and practical. It can be concluded that from this research a product has been produced in the form of an index of the names of the typical songket motifs of Unggan, Sumpur Kudus District, Sijunjung Regency as a source of information for the community. Keyword: Index, Songket Motif, Unggan, Minangkabau ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kurangnya informasi masyarakat mengenai macam-macam motif khas Unggan dan filosofinya, disamping itu tidak terdapat alat telusur informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dalam menelusur macam-macam motif songket yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan menghasilkan indeks nama-nama motif songket khas Unggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengembangan dengan membuat sebuah produk yaitu buku indeks yang akan membantu masyarakat dalam menelusur macam-macam motif songket yang ada. Produk yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan melakukan uji coba secara terbatas melalui perseorangan dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah sebuah indeks yang efektif. Hasil uji coba juga membuktikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan valid dan praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari penelitian ini telah dihasilkan sebuah produk berupa indeks nama-nama motif songket khas Unggan Kecamatan Sumpur Kudus Kabupaten Sijunjung sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the difficulty of the community in finding information about the spell that came from the South Coast, hence the author designing a search tool in the form of a Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri Sutera Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which includes a synopsis short spell. This study aims to assist users in materialize the means to find information about the spell collection in South Coast District. The method used in this research method development, to produce a product that is valid, effective and practical. With the stages of needs analysis, design, test development try products that are produced and validated by expert validators and do limited trials through individuals and groups. Result of Product development is a valid set of mantras, product that is designed is valid and appropriate, can be used with practical and effective. The results of large group trials also prove that the resulting product is practical with an agreed value of 60% and strongly agree 35% also the product produced is effective with a value of agree 35% and strongly agree 62.5%. The results of the study concluded that Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, District This South Coast can make it easier for users to find information about Mantra in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, Coastal District South. KEYWORDS : Local Wisdom, Mantra, Minangakabau, Oral Literature, South Coast ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sulitnya masyarakat mencari informasi tentang mantra yang bersal dari Pesisir Selatan, maka dari itu penulis merancang alat telusur berupa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, yang meliputi sinopsis singkat mantra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mewujudkan sarana untuk menemukan informasi tentang kumpulan mantra di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan, untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang valid, efektif dan praktis. Dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan uji coba produk yang dihasilkan dan divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan melakukan uji coba secara terbatas melalui perseorangan dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah sebuah rancangan kumpulan mantra yang valid, produk yangdirancang sudah valid dan sudah sesuai, dapat digunakan dengan praktis dan efektif. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar juga membuktikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan praktis dengan nilai yang setuju 60% dan yang sangat setuju 35% juga produk yang dihasilkan efektif dengan nilai setuju 35% dan sangat setuju 62,5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari informasi mengenai Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research is motivated by the difficulty of the community in finding information on Nagari regulations because they are not widely disseminated. The purpose of this study was to design and produce an Index of Nagari Regulations in Sutera Subdistric, Pesisir Selatan Regency, 2010-2021 to facilitate users in tracing and obtaining information about valid, effective, and practical Nagari regulations. The method used in this research is the development method. The stages of the development method are need analysis, design stage, development stage, and product testing (evluation). The result of this study resulted in a product in the form of a Nagari Regulations Index book in Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, 2010-2021, which showed that the product had met the valid, practical, and effective criteria. This product is said to be valid, indicated by a value of A. This product is said to be practical based on the percentase of respondents, 90% strongly agrees and 10% agrees with large group trials. This product is said to be effective based on the assessment of the percentase of respondents 80% strongly agree and 20% agree with large group trials.

This research is motivated by the absence of an information search tool regarding the myth of the prohibition of pregnant women in Sutera District. This study aims to design and produce an Annotated Index of Myths on the Prohibition of Pregnant Women in Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency to facilitate users in searching for valid, effective, and practical information on myths about the prohibition of pregnant women in Sutera District. The method used in this research is the development method. The stages of the development method are needs analysis, design stage, development stage, and product testing (evaluation). The results of the effectiveness trials carried out in large groups got a value of 70% of respondents stating strongly agree and 30% of respondents agreeing and practical which was obtained in large group trials with a value of 60% of respondents stating strongly agree and 40% of respondents agreeing, this product has valid evidenced by the value of A 80%, it can be concluded that the annotated index product of the Myth of the Prohibition of Pregnant Women in Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is feasible to use.

This research is motivated by the problem of the absence of a suitable search tool Present complete and detailed information about museum collections, which Making it difficult to find information about the home museum collectionThe birth of Bagindo Aziz Chan. The purpose of this research is to design And produce an information search tool in the form of a museum collection index Bagindo Aziz Chan's birth house that is valid, effective and practical so that you can Facilitate school children, students, students and the community. This research Is a development method. This research procedure consists of several Stages, namely conducting needs analysis, designing products, developing Products, and conduct trials. The test results of this product are declared valid Evidenced by the value of A from the Expert validator, the effectiveness of which is carried out on Large groups get a score of 80% of respondents stated "strongly agree", 20% of respondents stated "agree" and practical obtained in the trial Large groups get a score of 78% of respondents stated "strongly agree", 22% of respondents stated "agree". Then it can be concluded that the Collection Index Bagindo Aziz Chan's Birth House Museum is now worthy of use.
