Abstract

Research on bonds is still limited compared to research on stocks in Indonesia. Bonds can be one type of asset that is quite interesting, because the bond is able to provide fixed income for investors who do not like the risk and can be used as an alternative investment in addition to stocks. This study aims to determine the effect of market interest rate, coupon and bond maturity to the price change of AAA rating bonds and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all listed corporate bonds traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2012 until 2015. Testing research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study is that market interest significantly negatively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, coupon rate significantly positively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, and maturity time significantly negatively affectthe price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Gianyar sebagai salah satu kabupaten di Bali terkenal akan kelezatan dan keunikan kulinernya terutama kue – kue tradisional Bali seperti klepon, bendu, bugis, dadar, bolu, kue mangkok, sirat dan pasung. Kue tradisional tersebut sangat dibutuhkan dalam aktivitas kebudayaan bahkan keagamaan. Pembuatan kue tradisional tersebut dikerjakan di rumah – rumah penduduk sebagai home industri kecil atau dikenal dengan industri rumah tangga (IRT). Dua industri rumah tangga yang menjadi mitra yaitu industri rumah tangga dari Ida Bagus Nyoman Berata dan industri rumah tangga dari Gusti Ayu Diawati yang keduanya berlokasi di Gianyar. Kedua mitra tersebut merupakan industri jajanan tradisional Bali yang masih menggunakan alat tradisional dalam memproduksi jajanan serta tidak memiliki manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan hanya dengan memajang produk mereka di warung dan menunggu pembeli datang. Sehinga kendala yang dihadai oleh masing – masing mitra tersebut terletak pada proses produksi, Manajemen dan pemasaran. industri Ida Bagus Nyoman Berata memiliki kendala dalam pemasaran yang masih manual karena hanya berdasarkan pesanan di sekitar lokasi penjualan, kemasan yang belum sederhana tanpa ada branding, jumlah produksi yang terbatas karena keterbatasan alat. Industri Gusti Ayu Diawati memiliki kendala dalam proses produksi karena keterbatasan peralatan, serta pemasaran yang masih sederhana. Dalam hal peningkatan penjualan, kedua mitra terletak di pinggir jalan utama tetapi arus lalu lintas yang sepi, sehingga model-model promosi sangat diperlukan. Maka, Tujuan dari pengadian masyarakat ini yaitu ingin membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan kedua mitra tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas dari hasil produksi mereka, membantu membuatkan manajemen produksi sampai manajemen keuangan dan membantu membuatkan desain kemasan produk serta membantu menyediakan sarana pemasaran yang berkelanjutan. Target luaran yang telah dicapai sampai saat ini melalui kegiatan ini adalah pembelian beberapa peralatan untuk menunjang usaha telah terlaksana 70% seperti mesin pemarut kelapa, kompor gas, mesin pembuat tepung beras dan lainnya, pelatihan untuk peningkatan manajemen dan pengelolaan usaha telah terlaksana 70%, Pembuatan website untuk meningkatkan pemasaran telah selesai 100%. Gianyar as one of the regencies in Bali is famous for its delicacy and culinary uniqueness especially traditional Balinese cakes such as klepon, bendu, bugis, dadar, sponge, cupcakes, sirat and pasung. Such traditional cakes are needed in cultural and even religious activities. Traditional cake making is done in people's homes as small home industry or known as home industry. Two household industries that are partners are home industry from Ida Bagus Nyoman Berata and home industry from Gusti Ayu Diawati which are both located in Gianyar. Both partners are traditional Balinese hawker industries that still use traditional tools in producing snacks and do not have financial management and marketing management. Marketing strategies are used only by displaying their products in stalls and waiting for buyers to arrive. So the constraints faced by each partner lies in the production process, Management and marketing. Ida Bagus Nyoman Berata industry has an obstacle in marketing that is still manual because it is only based on orders around the location of the sale, packaging that has not been simple without any branding, limited production because of the limitations of the tool. Industry Gusti Ayu Diawati has constraints in the production process due to limited equipment, and marketing is still simple. In terms of increased sales, the two partners are located on the main roadside but the traffic flow is quiet, so promotional models are necessary. Thus, the purpose of this community identification is to help solve the problems of both partners in order to increase the quantity and quality of their products, help to make production management to financial management and help make product packaging design and help provide a sustainable marketing tool. Output targets that have been achieved to date through this activity are the purchase of some equipment to support the business has been done 70% such as coconut engine, gas stove, rice flour machine and others, training for improvement of management and business management has been done 70%, Manufacture website to improve the marketing has been completed 100%.

Abstract

Tabanan tourism objects grow micro crafts in the city of Tabanan, such as the craft of "yarn knitting". Some groups of craftsmen who have produced the yarn knit are IRT Ni Wayan Mursiniati and IRT Ni Wayan Debby Suciawati. Both IRT craftsmen took the initiative to produce ferns and accessories from knitted yarn. The handicrafts from the two IRTs are in great demand by local, domestic tourists and foreign tourists visiting tourist attractions in the Tabanan area. So, then the two IRT craftsmen were made a service partners in the Community Partnership Program. The monthly interest of the two partners is quite large, where IRT partner Ni Wayan Mursiniati can achieve the highest turnover of up to 10 million per month with an average of 7 million per month, while Ni Wayan IRT Debby Suciawati can only achieve the highest turnover of 3 million per month with an average of 2 million per month. The partners' second profit can be 60% - 80%, from turnover because the operations and materials used by the two partners are not expensive. The number of workers from IRT partner Ni Wayan Mursiniati is 10 people, all of whom are housewives in their neighborhood and will increase if there is a large order, while IRT partner Ni Wayan Debby Suciawati has 3 members. When viewed from the start of the IRT partner Ni Wayan Mursiniati's efforts have started since 1999, while IRT partner Ni Wayan Debby Suciawati began her business in 2008. However, the partner has obstacles namely in marketing and production. In marketing both partners only have very narrow marketing and not too many know their production. So far their products are ordered by collectors, or leave them at souvenir shops. Meanwhile, in the knitting production process both partners have only relied on needles and hands in making yarn knits. In this service program the two partners hope to increase their production and marketing. And from the results of partner business observations, there were also things that needed to be improved, such as production equipment, financial management, motive design and marketing training. So, the purpose of this community service is to help solve the problems of the two partners so that they can increase the quantity and quality of their production, help make production management, financial management and help product marketing through ICT and also provide sustainable marketing tools. The output targets to be achieved through this activity are increasing knowledge in the field of 100% financial management, increasing production by 50%, increasing sales by 50% -70% and marketing more effectively. To achieve these outcomes, the methods that will be used are by applying technology in production, increasing management knowledge, and using ICT in marketing and promotion such as creating promotional websites. Training for business management and management improvement has been carried out 100%, website creation for improving marketing has been completed 100%.

Abstract

Given the importance of employee performance, the issue which is of particular interestare the factors that influence it, among others, information technology, discipline, incentiveand turnover. Otherwise in Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar an effort to get employerswho have the performance, have noticed information technology, discipline, incentive andturnover.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether information technologyinfluence to employees performance, whether discipline influence to employees performance,whether incentive influence on discipline, whether incentive influence on employeesperformance, whether incentive influence to turnover and turnover influence on employeesperformancein Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar and to answer the problem, weconducted research with the study population of 130 employees at Rumah Sakit UmumPremagana Gianyar. The method used is a method of population (census) and data collectedby questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOSVersion 20.Based on the results obtained conclusions include : there is significant influencebetween technology information to employee performance, there is significant influencebetween discipline to employee performance, there is significant influence between incentiveto discipline, there is significant influence between incentive to employee performance, thereis negative significant influence between the incentive to turnover and there is negativesignificant significant influence between turnover to employee performance in Rumah SakitUmum Premagana Gianyar.Keyword: information technology, discipline, incentive, turnover and performance

Abstract

Memanfaatkan email untuk pemasaran adalah salah satu strategi marketing yang sangat efektif dan murah. Walaupun demikian, email marketing tidak boleh dikirim secara sembarangan dan terus – menerus. Pengiriman email yang berlebihan serta tidak sesuai dengan minat atau bisnis dari orang yang menerima akan diabaikan atau bahkan dianggap spam oleh penerima. Akibat dari hal tersebut, hubungan bisnis antara perusahaan dengan client atau calon client menjadi tidak terjalin dengan baik. Maka, sebelum mengirim email promosi produk akan lebih baik jika bagian marketing mencari tahu minat dan beberapa informasi penting berkaitan dengan penerima. Informasi tentang minat atau kesukaan dari client dapat ditemukan dari kumpulan email yang pernah mereka kirim ke inbox kita. Namun menemukan minat client dari dokumen email perlu teknik khusus dalam mengolah data teks. Maka dari itu, Pada penelitian ini fokus melakukan studi dan implementasi text mining pada dokumen email. Dokumen email dianalisis dengan memperhitungkan jumlah kata yang muncul pada email tersebut. Representasi teks yang digunakan yaitu single word. Single word tersebut kemudian menjadi masukan dari proses dokumen clustering dengan algoritma K-mean pada fase data mining. Hasil dari clustering inilah yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak marketing sebagai penunjung kegiatan promosi produk. Dari hasil perancangan, pengembangan serta pengujian aplikasi terhadap dokumen email didapatkan hasil yaitu sistem sudah dapat melakukan preprocessing teks menggunakan teknik parsing, stopword removal, dan stemming sehingga menghasilkan kumpulan kata dasar (bag of word). Pada proses pencarian minat dengan term yang dimasukkan, sistem sudah dapat menemukan email client dengan arah minat tertentu menggunakan teknik TF-IDF. Pada proses pengelompokkan dokumen email menggunakan algoritma K-mean clustering pada dokumen email yang sudah dilabelkan sebelumnya memberikan akurasi 63,63% dari 11 dokumen email yang sudah digabung dari setiap pengirim. Dari hasil pengujian sistem sudah dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pemilihan calon penerima email marketing sesuai dengan term / key word yang dimasukkan serta berdasarkan kemiripan dari isi email marketing.

Abstract

Sektor UKM yang terus berkembang sudah selayaknya dapat dikelola dan dikembangkan dengan baik karena memiliki potensi besar untuk dapat mewujudkan usaha menengah yang tangguh. Di sisi lain UKM juga masih dihadapkan pada beberapa kendala, diantaranya terletak pada akuntansi biaya dalam penentuan harga pokok dari suatu barang yang diproduksi. Harga pokok produksi merupakan proses pengumpulan, pengelompokkan dan pembebanan biaya-biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan overhead perusahaan untuk mengolah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi yang siap untuk dijual. Cara yang saat ini digunakan untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi adalah dengan menerapakan cara tradisional. Untuk memperoleh perhitungan harga pokok produksi, maka dipilihlah pendekatan dengan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) yang berpedoman pada proses penentuan product costing (biaya produk) melalui penentuan aktivitas-aktivitas yang diserap produk tersebut selama proses produksi. Perhitungan ini melingkupi semua biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam melakukan suatu produksi barang, termasuk didalamnya estimasi biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Dengan penerapan Activity Based Costing diharapkan menghasilkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) untuk produk mug dan botol yang dihasilkan yang lebih baik, sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam mengalokasikan biaya dan harga jual produk.

Abstract

Harris Hotel Denpasar is one of the 4-star hotels in Denpasar City which has a large value and number of assets, however the asset recording process is still conventionally using microsoft office excel software. This has become a problem that inflicted the burdensome to conduct the data search and distribute it to the related user. In this study, a web-based management information system is advanced using the waterfall model type of development system starting from the first stage namely the analysis stage and specification stage until the last stage namely the operation and maintenance stage. The system information is depicted using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) starting from the Flowmap of the designed system, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram Level 0 and Data Flow Diagram Level 1 along with the data base design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is implemented using the PHP native programming language, MySQL database and template Framework Bootstrap. It has the asset inventory of data management features, including data replenishments, data updates, listing of damaged goods, recording log activities, print reports and view the statistics. The assessment of the web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is done using the Blackbox Testing Method. The result of this study is a web-based asset inventory information system that handles the company's asset management process at Harris Hotel Denpasar which consist of features such as the data additions, data updates, eliminating/reducting the asset request, recording of the damaged goods, recording of the activity log, printing reports into the spreadsheet and being able to display the asset of each department statistically.
