Abstract

The rapid development of information technology demands digitalization across various public service sectors, including child health systems at Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Posts). Posyandu Kenanga Depok conducts monthly child health monitoring activities to ensure nutritional status and child development. However, the manual recording system for Child Health Cards (Kartu Sehat Balita/KSB) creates various operational problems. Posyandu cadres experience difficulties in data recording processes, information storage, and monthly report generation. Additionally, paper-based KSB held by parents are prone to loss and damage, resulting in poorly documented child development data. This research aims to develop a web-based KSB application to address these problems using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The RAD method was chosen for its ability to accelerate system development processes by actively involving users in every development stage. The application was developed using PHP programming language, CodeIgniter 4 framework, MySQL database, and Visual Studio Code editor. The system is designed with three user levels: Posyandu cadres for managing child data and generating reports, parents for monitoring child development, and doctors for managing immunization and vitamin data. Development results demonstrate that the application successfully automates child data recording processes, facilitates monthly report generation, and enables parents to access child development information in real-time. The system also provides growth chart visualizations and immunization schedule reminders to support optimal child health monitoring.

Abstract

A web-based information system plays a crucial role in providing access to information without requiring visitors to physically visit a location. Pandeglang City, located in Banten Province, is home to various natural tourist attractions that remain largely unknown to travelers. Therefore, there is a need for an application that allows both local and international visitors to obtain information about the natural tourist spots in the area. This study aims to design a web-based information system to provide data about the locations and facilities of tourist attractions in Pandeglang City. The Waterfall method is applied in the development process, starting with needs analysis, system design, code writing, testing, and system implementation. The application will assist visitors in learning about tourist spots and supporting facilities around these locations. With the availability of this application, it is expected that tourists can more easily plan their visits. The results of this system's development will simplify access to information about natural tourist attractions in Pandeglang City, potentially increasing tourist visits. This information system is anticipated to positively contribute to the growth of the tourism sector in the region.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; To improve and make it easier for prospective new student registration at Generation Kedde Wali Private Middle School, Availability of an online new student admission information system that has an attractive appearance and is easy to register, To facilitate the PSB process in filling in new student admissions through the website and automatically saved, there is no need anymore to fill in using handwriting, and to improve new student enrollment services at the Generation Kedde Wali Private Middle School. In this study, the data source used was data obtained from direct observation and conducting interviews with schools. The waterfall method was used at the application development stage, while the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) was used as an application design tool. The results of the study show that using a website-based information system can help smooth and facilitate new student registration compared to manual systems, so that it can be accurate and efficient in serving PPDB activities.

Abstract

PT Mobil KIA Indonesia in Bintaro is engaged in automotive sales, targeting middle- to upper-class consumers with stable economic backgrounds. The company offers various car brands imported directly from Korea to meet the demands of this market segment. However, customers often face challenges in selecting a vehicle that matches their personal criteria due to limited information provided in conventional formats. To address this, a web-based sales system utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is required, allowing customers to access detailed information anytime and anywhere. This system not only aids customers by offering recommendations based on their specified criteria but also supports a structured decision-making process in selecting suitable vehicles. By implementing this system, customers are better equipped to make informed decisions that align with their preferences, thereby enhancing their overall purchasing experience and satisfaction.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital semakin menjadi tuntutan di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, namun literasi digital pada pendidik di lembaga nonformal seperti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) masih relatif rendah. Kesenjangan ini terlihat pada kebutuhan administrasi TPA yang semakin kompleks, termasuk penyediaan sertifikat kegiatan, sementara sebagian besar guru belum memiliki keterampilan dasar untuk menghasilkan dokumen digital secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini dirancang sebagai upaya mengatasi gap tersebut dengan membekali guru-guru TPA Sufaini di Tangerang Selatan kemampuan mendesain dan mencetak sertifikat digital menggunakan Canva, aplikasi desain berbasis web yang mudah digunakan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung dalam kelompok kecil, serta evaluasi hasil melalui penugasan produksi sertifikat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis peserta, kemandirian dalam menghasilkan dokumen resmi, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam penggunaan teknologi. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi TPA, tetapi juga membuka peluang adopsi teknologi yang lebih luas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan manajemen lembaga. Program ini menegaskan bahwa intervensi sederhana namun kontekstual dapat menjadi katalis transformasi digital pada lembaga pendidikan nonformal.

Abstract

Tourist sites are a natural sector in the development of economic, business, social and environmental qualities in a country. In various aspects, the growing potential of tourist sites can also have an impact on most developing countries. If a tourist location is developed, modern and maintained, it can provide more value for a country. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for visitors to find tourist sites that they don't know about around Lake Toba and make it easier for them to find routes for tourist locations they want to visit. Making available tourist sites more widely known by tourists, as well as culinary and typical souvenirs from these tourist attractions are also known to tourists. The Simulated Annealing algorithm can provide the closest route from several tourist location points and is implemented in making geographic information system applications. The results of the study in the form of a geographic information system application to determine the route to the tourist location of Lake Toba with the Simulated Annealing method can help tourists to determine the route of tourist sites that they have not yet explored and make it easier for them to go to the location they want to visit so that they can save time on their way.

Abstract

PT. Pena Berkah Ilmu is a medium-sized company engaged in Food & Beverage, social and humanitarian institutions, event organizers, travel and merchandise sales where this company still implements attendance methods such as signatures for employees. The attendance of each employee is recorded through the existing attendance system. However, in its implementation, sometimes there are some persons who do not attend or forget to attend. This results in the employee being considered absent. This desire arose because this company experienced difficulties in processing attendance information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and making it difficult when the company's management intended to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. This study uses the waterfall method which describes a systematic and sequential approach to software, starting with the specification of employee requirements, design, modeling, construction, delivery of the system to employees and complete software support that is produced. With this attendance application, it will be easier for employees to carry out attendance attendance even though they are outside the office and attendance data will later be stored in the database so that it will make it easier for the personnel department to be able to recapitulate employee data.
