Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinankharismatik terhadap produktivitas, baik parsial dan simultan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian iniadalah stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalahproduktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Pendekatan kuantitatif yangbertujuan untuk menggambarkan sifat sesuatu yang tengah berlangsung pada saat risetdilaksanakan dan memeriksa sebab ? sebab dari suatu gejala tertentu. Populasi yang digunakanadalah pengurus Serikat Pekerja Nasional Kawasan Industri PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Adapunteknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Convinience Sampling dengansampel sebanyak 62 responden.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh uji t stres kerja terhadap produktivitas thitung > ttabel (4.885 >2,00100), gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik terhadap produktivitas thitung > ttabel (4.885 > 2,00100)dan diperoleh uji f stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik terhadap produktivitas adalahfhitung > ftabel (18.366 > 3,15). nilai R square sebesar 32,9%. berada pada interval koefisien 0,20-0,399 (rendah). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil uji t adalah bahwa stres kerja berpengaruhterhadap produktivitas dan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik berpengaruh terhadap produktivitasserta hasil yang diperoleh dari uji f adalah stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik secarasimultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas.

Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Influence of Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Organizational Performance with Job Productivity as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at BPJS Kesehatan Branch Serang). Methods of data collection used random sampling methods, and the respondents were all employees totaling 46 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis, which was operated by SmartPLS. The results showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational performance and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job productivity. The path analysis found that job motivation and job satisfaction do not affect organizational performance through productivity. Thus, it can be concluded that productivity does not become an intervening variable between job motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pakuncen Village, Bojonegara Subdistrict, Serang Regency, still faces various problems in the delivery of public services, such as a lack of transparency, accountability and community participation. This results in the low quality of public services received by the community. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of socialization of good governance implementation in an effort to improve the quality of public services in Pakuncen Village. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the socialization of good governance implementation in Pakuncen Village has not been fully effective in improving the quality of public services. This is caused by several factors, such as the lack of public understanding of good governance, the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of good governance, and the unoptimal role of village officials in implementing good governance.

Abstract

The low quality of public services is still a classic problem in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the government to implement e-government as an effort to improve services to the community. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of making online SKCK at MPP Pandeglang Regency as an implementation of e-government and to determine the factors that support and hinder e-government at MPP Pandeglang Regency. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study of making online SKCK at the Pandeglang Regency MPP. This research found that the effectiveness of e-government as seen from the indicators of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and general development is good. The supporting factor is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources and inappropriate placement of officers. This research has the implication that the e-government services provided should be socialized first so that they can be implemented optimally in society.

Abstract

Public services at the village level are the spearhead of successful governance. Good service quality will improve the welfare of the village community and strengthen community participation in development. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the quality of public services in the village and the efforts that have been made to improve them. The research methods used are literature study and case analysis. The results show that the quality of public services in the village is influenced by several factors, such as the capacity of the village apparatus, budget availability, community participation, and local government support. Efforts to improve the quality of public services in the village include increasing the capacity of village officials through training, transparency in village budget management, and community empowerment

Abstract

Culinary tourism in the province of Banten is very much like rabeg pecak bandeng, gemblog, grem asem, tempe pedot, soursop pickles, buffalo meat jerky, candied kolang-kaling, urab and many more but what is very phenomenal is milkfish satay is one of the specialties of Serang City where milkfish satay is very favored by both young and old the reason is this culinary one without thorns so it is easy to consume. Banten has a high historical and cultural value. Its existence is not only a delicious dish, but also a symbol of the preservation of culinary tourism and cultural identity of Serang City. Local and foreign tourists definitely buy milkfish satay souvenirs to take home. Milkfish satay is not only a delicious dish, but also an important symbol of preserving the culinary tourism and cultural identity of Serang City, Banten. Efforts to preserve and develop milkfish satay need to be carried out in a sustainable manner to ensure cultural preservation and increase the attractiveness of culinary tourism in Serang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study design. This research aims to find out the culinary tourism of milkfish satay in the city of Serang, a symbol of the typical food of Serang City which has a high taste that is loved by connoisseurs of culinary tourism in Serang City.
