Abstract

Currently, the world is very easily connected with digital devices, including Islamic learning which must follow the development trends of information and communication technology. Therefore, this research aims to develop a digital learning media in formal electronic modules that is integrated with a problem-based approach to learning Islamic religion. The research method is included in the type of research and development (R&D), the subjects involved in this research consisted of 2 Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers and students, as well as 4 experts. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique with the instrument being an expert validation questionnaire and the practicality of learning media. The data analysis technique used is descriptive with percentages to measure the level of feasibility of electronic module products. The research results showed that validation was carried out by 72% of material presentation experts, 73% of language experts, 79% of material experts, and 96% of graphics experts. The results of the practical test by teacher I was 80%, teacher II was 89% and for the practical test students in the individual test got a score of 86.9% and in the small group test it was 81.9. From these two tests, it was decided that the problem-based electronic module developed for Islamic learning at MTs was deemed suitable for use as a medium for learning activities. It is hoped that this research will be able to have a positive impact on the implementation of Fiqh learning at the junior secondary education level.

Abstract

Self-awareness is considered as the ability to recognize oneself. Lack of self-awareness causes a lack of personal information such as strengths and weaknesses, making it difficult to make career decisions. This research aims to develop ESDILA as a Smart Apps Creator (SAC) media to increase career self-awareness for further studies for class XII students at Karangpandan State High School. This type of research is research and development (R&D), using the 3-phase Alessi and Trollip Instructional System Design model procedure. 202 class XII students taken by random sampling participated in the research. The data in this research are alpha test, beta test, and product effectiveness. The data analysis used during development was Aiken's V coefficient for alpha test analysis, descriptive percentages for beta test analysis, as well as independent t-test, paired t-test, and Cohen's d for product effectiveness analysis. The research results show: 1) Expert evaluation in the alpha test shows that ESDILA is accepted; 2) The usability test in the beta test shows that ESDILA meets the usability criteria in the good category; 3) Compared to conventional counseling, ESDILA has been proven to be effective in increasing career self-awareness for further study for class XII students at Karangpandan State High School. So it is concluded that ESDILA is accepted, meets good usability criteria, and can increase students' career self-awareness so that students are able to recognize themselves and are ready to make career decisions for further study.

Abstract

In the continuously evolving digital era, digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules have emerged as a promising alternative to enhance the effectiveness of learning, particularly in high schools. Furthermore, e-modules as instructional materials can be integrated with various innovative approaches and models of learning, such as problem-based learning. Therefore, this research aims to develop an innovative problem-based e-module for computer science education that is deemed suitable as a learning medium. The research method employed is research and development, adopting the ADDIE model. The research subjects include media experts, subject matter experts, instructional design experts, and students. Data collection is conducted through a media feasibility questionnaire, The data collection instrument uses a feasibility questionnaire for each expert, practitioner and student. As for data analysis was using descriptive percentages. The research findings indicate that the developed e-module received a "Very Good" rating from the experts, with an overall average score of 83%. Thus, this e-module is deemed suitable as a digital teaching material for computer science education. In conclusion, digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules have significant potential as effective learning media for computer science subjects and are considered capable of providing stimuli to enhance higher-order thinking skills for high school students. This e-Module can be an innovation in facilitating computer science learning for high school students.

Abstract

The Semeru eruption in 2021 had a traumatic impact for almost a year. People there live with anxiety and traumatic symptoms, including Children. This study aims to identify the post-traumatic conditions of children in this recovery stage. This research was qualitative research with a phenomenological design. The main subjects were 94 children in the Supiturang village, Lumajang, the closest village to Mount Semeru. Data were collected by observing and interviewing the children. Triangulation of data was carried out by in-depth interviews with six adults (the parents, the village elder, and the teacher of some children). The results showed that (1) anxiety and traumatic symptoms in some children were relatively high; (2) there was an increase in social support from the community for the children, and (3) religious activities made a deeper meaning in the children's recovery process. The results of this study underline that social support and religious approaches as the main factors in children's recovery process. The results of this study underlie the need for alternative treatments based on local wisdom with a collective and religious approach so that the community can do it independently and sustainably for the children.

Abstract

The use of interactive media in vocational schools is extremely important for improving learning effectiveness. In today's digital era, interactive media can inspire students, improve understanding, and provide them with technology-driven skills that are relevant for the future. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the potential and opportunities for creating an interactive multimedia platform called Virtual Lab (V-Lab) for archival learning in vocational schools. This research used a mixed method approach, with a sample size of 2 teachers and 103 students. The data collected includes both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was gathered through observation and interviews, using observation sheets and interview guidelines as tools. Quantitative data was collected through non-test techniques, specifically questionnaires, followed by data analysis using questionnaires as tools. The research data analyzed descriptively through interactive analysis, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research showed that teachers mainly used ICT-based media, such as presentation slides, YouTube, and the internet during the learning process. Additionally, a large majority of students expressed their agreement towards the development of Virtual Lab-based interactive multimedia, as it enhanced their practical learning experiences. This initiative and desire must be realized in order to promote innovative and dynamic learning implementation. The outcomes of this research could serve as a basis for the development of learning innovations, particularly in terms of interactive learning media that incorporate digital elements, which could be accessed through smartphones and support learning activities in vocational schools.
