Abstract

Awot Characteristics in Entrepreneurship in Sub Kenten Melon District of Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of operating Awot melon in Sub Kenten Subdistrict Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the Village District of Talang Kelapa Kenten Banyuasin. In March to May 2016. The method used was a case study, for example the withdrawal method is done deliberately (proposive). Data collection methods used in this study is the observation and direct interview to the respondents who have been determined by using tools such as questionnaires that had been prepared in advance. Processing data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of awot include confidence, perseverance, hard work, self-contained and terkatagori moderate level characteristics.

Abstract

Comparative Study of Combine Harvesting Machine Use Harvesterdan Power Threser On Rice Farming in Sub Rambutan Banyuasin. This study aims to determine how the comparison of rice production using a combine harvester harvesting machinery and power threser and to know how it compares to income of rice farmers use a combine harvester harvesting machinery and power threser. This research was conducted in the village of Gelebak In the District of Rambutan Banyuasin in April 2016 until June 2016. The method used is a survey method. The sampling method used was stratified random method lopsided (disproportionate stratified random sampling). Data collection method is the method of direct observation and interviews with farmers using the example of a list of statements previously prepared and assisted with data obtained from the institutions that have to do with research. Meode data processing and data analysis used is descriptive quantitative method to address issues first, and to answer the second problem is to use the revenue formula, then testing with Wilcoxon rank test. The results showed that the production of rice farmers who use the machine harvesterberbeda combine real than using the engine power threserdi Village Gelebak In the District of Rambutan Banyuasin and income of rice farmers who use the machine combine real harvesterberbeda of farmers using engine power threserper hectare per season tanam.Pendapatan rice farmers combine engine that uses real harvesterberbeda of farmers using engine power threserper hectare per cropping season.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Agricultural Extension Activities in Regional Autonomy And The Benefits Of Agricultural Extension Activities For Farmers In Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas District. This research was carried out in the Tugumulyo sub-district, Musi Rawas regency in May 2019 until July 2019. The research method used was a case study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and random sampling methods. The data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews with respondents who have been determined using questioner tools that have been prepared previously. Data processing and analysis is done using descriptive-qualitative methods. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the extension program in 2018 in the subdistrict of Tugumulyo had run well and smoothly and the implementation of agricultural extension conducted by agricultural extension workers was in accordance with existing guidelines. And the benefits that can be obtained by farmers from the extension activities are increasing knowledge for farmers, being able to control pests correctly, getting assistance in the form of Saprodi and Alsintan and increasing production and the level of technology adoption that is getting better.

Abstract

Produksi laos yang berlimpah dengan fluktuasi harga jual membuat pendapatan petani laos tidak menentu. Kelurahan Sukamulya membangun UMKM Serundeng Laos dengan memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumahtangga untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Namun, produksi serundeng laos menghadapi permasalahan dalam memproduksi, yaitu tidak diproduksi secara kontinu akibat masih rendahnya penjualan. Melihat bauran pemasaran pada produk serundeng laos, pengemasan dan pelabelan produk masih blm tepat. Selain itu, pemasaran produknya juga masih terbatas. Untuk itu, diperlukan penyuluhan pengemasan dan pelabelan serta strategi pemasaran online yang tepat agar UMKM serundeng laos menjadi lebih baik. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan keterampilan kepada masayarakat untuk mampu memahami bagaimana pengemasan dan pelabelan yang tepat serta strategi pemsaran online yang baik. Lokasi Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Sukamulya, kecamatan Sematang Borang Kota Palembang pada tanggal 12-19 Februari 2020. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada peserta tentang pengemasan, pelabelan serta strategi pemasaran online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 26 peserta, yang diikuti dengan antusias dan diskusi yang hidup selama pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pengabdian berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan, seta tanya jawab sangat tepat dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang pengemasan dan pelabelan serta strategi pemasaran online yang tepat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the total area of the Bentayan Wildlife land use rather than as a conservation forest area, know the different types of land use in the region Bentayan Wildlife and find out the reason the public or others in the areas of land use Bentayan Wildlife as a business unit. The data collection was conducted in August to September 2013.The method used is that known location survey research, while collecting data through observation and interviews directly to KK example, the method of result through descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches that explain or describe what it is according to the conditions that exist in the field.From well known results in the use of forest land Forest Wildlife Conservation Bentayan of 50 families in the form of examples is 201.8 ha rubber plantation area of 131.1 ha, 60.7 ha of oil palm plantations and citrus orchards 10 Ha. From the vast number, the rubber plant business type selected Mulyo Beji village community forest land conservation use. While the economy as a reason to make a living day-to-day village of Beji Mulyo encourage people to use forest land Bentayan Wildlife Conservation in District Tungkal Jaya Regency of Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

Kenduri sko adalah budaya perhelatan terbesar masyarakat Kerinci yang sudah berlangsung sejak lama hingga sekarang dan diwariskan secara turun temurun. Selain pelaksanaan pergantian depati (pemimpin adat), perhelatan ini juga dimaknai sebagai wujud syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas keberhasilan panen hasil pertanian masyarakat. Perhelatan kenduri sko dapat menghabiskan sejumlah biaya yang harus ditanggung oleh masyarakat Kerinci agar kenduri berjalan sesuai dengan maknanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kenduri sko sebagai sebuah tradisi masyarakat Kerinci dan melakukan analisis valuasi ekonomi atas biaya yang dikeluarkan selama perhelatan berlangsung. Penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat Kerinci di Dusun Baru Lempur Kecamatan Gunung Raya Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi. Deskripsi perhelatan dilakukan dengan metode etnografi yaitu peneliti ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan perhelatan, sedangkan analisis ekonomi dilakukan dengan pendekatan antropologi ekonomi yaitu dengan melihat fenomena ekonomi sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem organisasi sosial dan unsur-unsur kebudayaan yang telah dimiliki oleh masyarakat Kerinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upacara adat kenduri sko adalah upacara yang memiliki fungsi kebudayaan bagi masyarakat Kerinci, yang, dan fungsi-fungsi tersebut tidak akan berubah dan akan tetap dipertahankan sebagimana terungkap dalam pernyataan mereka bahwa kenduri sko akan tetap ada, tidakkan lekang karena panas dan takkan lapuk karena hujan walau harus mengeluarkan sejumlah biaya ekonomi untuk pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the contribution of the income of fish enlargement patin to the income of rice farming swamp lebak in the village of Kandis District Compensation District Ogan Komering Ilir from December to February 2019. Location determination is intentionally done. The research method used in this research is the survey method. Then the method of withdrawal of examples used in this research is using a method  of sampling saturated samples that were meticulously 15 people. Data collection is done with observation and interviews. Data processing method are used in the quantitative analysis. The result of this research showed thsn the contribution of patin fish enlargement in Kandis village of compensation district 30,72 %.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontiribusi pendapatan pembesaran ikan patin terhadap pendapatan petani padi lahan rawa lebak di Desa Kandis Kecamatan Pampangan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kandis Kecamatan Pampangan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai dengan Februari 2019.  Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purpossive).  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey.  Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sampel yang di teliti sebanyak 15 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi dan  wawancara. Metode pengolahan data adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian kontribusi pembesaran ikan patin di Desa Kandis Kecamatan Pampangan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir adalah sebesar 30,72%

Abstract

This research purpose are to know the marketing strategy and calculate the production profits of UMKM Kopi Semende Cap Bunga. This research was conducted in 16 Ulu Village, Seberang Ulu II Palembang District, South Sumatra from July to August 2020. This research used a case study method with qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. For of data collection using observation method with interviews using questionnaires, and supported by documentation. To answer the first problem, using qualitative analysis and for the second problem formulation using profit analysis. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix, namely the 4P (product, price, place, promotion) has been implemented but, it has not been maximized, especially in the marketing mix of places related to distribution channels, and promotional marketing mix due to limited human resources. UMKM Kopi Semende Cap Bunga during the production process collected revenue of Rp. 30,000,000 with a total cost of  Rp. 16,670,375 and get profit Rp. 13,329,625 production process.

Abstract

The objective of this research were to factors that influence the decision of tidal paddy farmers to adopst ciherang varieties in Pulau Borang Village Banyuasin I district Banyuasin district from April to June 2019.  The research method used is the (case study) method. the sampling in  research this is the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling (unbalanced random). The sample farmers in this study were 68 sample farmers namely 34 strata I sample farmers of rice farmers who still adopted ciherang varieties and 34 strata II sample farmers were 34 farmers, namely farmers who adopted non-ciherang varieties. Data collection methods to obtain primary data while secondary data are obtained from extension services data management methods and data analysis using logictic regression with SPSS 20,0 software tools and quantitative descriptive results of the analysis of logistic models with the level 95 %, continue to adopt ciherang varieties simultaneously are influenced by land area, production costs, age, experience and income. Of the partially the factors that influence the decision of tidal rice farmers to adopt ciherang varieties are age, experience and income

Abstract

The farming bookkeeping system is still a dilemma for women farmers in Indonesia because most of them do not have complete records of the income and expenses of their farming activities. As a result, farmers cannot determine the price set and the real profit obtained. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of farmers, especially female horticultural farmers, about farming bookkeeping and to improve the community's ability to make farming books. This activity was held in Nusa Serasan Jaya Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency on February 16, 2021. In this activity, the methods used were lectures and simulation practices. The presentation of the material using the lecture method and two-way discussion, followed by the simulation practice of doing simple farm bookkeeping. The results of the training activities show that the knowledge of female horticultural farmers in farming bookkeeping is still low. However, the success rate of participants in making simple farming bookkeeping is still low. Based on the results of these activities, it is recommended that participants receive retraining in filling out farm bookkeeping.
