Abstract

Action is an important step to do, given the problems of Metropolitan city located on undisciplined in the traffic and the traffic jams and road transport. The city of Pekanbaru, leading metropolitan cities certainly have to take a stand, so that the problems occurred in the citys metropolitan doesnt happen anyway in the city of Pekanbaru. The action performed by Satlantas Polresta together Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru has not felt up to due to the still large number of cases of violations and traffic accidents and congestion that occurred. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of curbing traffic and road transport performed by Satlantas Polresta together Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of curbing traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory of management and use is the author of management oversight. This research uses qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research indicate that curbing traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru were done by Satlantas Polresta and Dishubkominfo the city of Pekanbaru, yet feels maximum, evidenced from the still high number of violations and accidents that occur each year, weak internal surveillance officers in the field, so there are still officers who commit irregularities for personal gain. The factors that inhibit the action of traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru is the number of officers who conduct surveillance system, still less the budget hasnt been right on target as well as lack of knowledge and awareness of good and safe driving.Keywords: Curbing, traffic and Road Transport

Abstract

Psidium guajava (P. guajava) leaves have been empirically used to stop bleeding. Tannin,one of this plant’s secondary metabolites, may contribute to this activity. However, informationregarding its pharmacologicy activity was limited. Therefore, this study was performedto evaluate local hemostatic activity of P. guajava leaves. This study used Duke method withmale Swiss Webster mice as test animals. The animals were grouped into three i.e., negativecontrol (distilled water), positive control (epinephrin), and P. guajava group. Its tail was cut(2-3 mm) and the bleeding time was calculated. Statistical analysis was performed usingKruskal-Wallis test and continued with Least Significant Different (LSD) test. The mean(SD) of bleeding time for those groups were 246.00 (22.95), 72.40 (5.55), and 88.40 (7.03),respectively. There was a significant difference between the negative control group with theother two groups, but there was not significant difference between the positive control groupand the P. guajava group. In conclusion, P. guajava showed promising local hemostatic activityand can be further developed as potential hemostatic agents.Keywords: Psidium guajava, hemostatic, bleeding time

Benefit Programs Rural Agribusiness Effort (PUAP) For Production To Stock Down Rubber At sembawas district Banyuasins Regency. To the effect this research is subject to be know how role of rural agribusiness effort program (PUAP) in increase rubber seed production. Executed research at sembawas district Banyuasins Regency on month of June 2015. Observational method that is utilized is case study (case study) with farmer respondent that labours to stock down rubber. Meanwhile pull method samples thatis utilized is census method with sample amount 20 person. Methodic data collecting that is utilized is Observation and Interview method, there is data even that gathered consisting of skunders primary and data data. Methodic data processing that is utilized in this research is descriptive method with kualitatifs approaching. With stage earlying to figure or depicts observational object situation base observable fact or as it were mark sense, hereafter new dianalisis descriptive ala. Result observationaling to point out that with marks sense capital loan of Rural Agribusiness Effort Program (PUAP) farmer perceives really assisted deep usahatanis activity because farmer can add usahatanis capital to pembibitan rubber and rubber seed production even progressively increases.

Abstract

Inclusive education is the education given to students who have the disorder, has the potential intelligence and special talents. Also children are not able to learn for one thing: disability, autism, mental retardation, homeless children, the other had the talent and potential. Inclusive education is a system of educational services for children with special needs in the regular school education and this should be done as early as possible. This is in accordance with the policy internationally and nationally as stipulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 on article 32 and Permendiknas number 70 of 2009, by providing opportunities and opportunities for children with special needs to acquire education in schools regular ranging from elementary school, School junior High and High School / Vocational. The success of inclusive education will depend on the cooperation of the government, teachers and parents together.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan dalam melakukan aktivitasnya dalam mencapai tujuan selalu dihadapkan pada suatu masalah baik yang datang dari dalam maupun dari luar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh, insentif, jaminan sosial, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Home Industri Goldia (Aneka Cemilan). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yang hanya satu objek yaitu pada UMKM Home Industri Goldia, dan terdapat variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu, insentif, jaminan sosial, dan motivasi, sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas kerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolienaritas dan uji heteroskedastik, analisis regresi berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji simultan (uji f) dan uji parsial (uji t), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tiga variabel yaitu insentif, jaminan sosial, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Produktivitas karyawan pada Home Industri Goldia (Aneka Cemilan). Pengaruh signifikan terbesar terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan di Home Industri Goldia (Aneka Cemilan), adalah pada variabel Jaminan Sosial dengan koefisien standar beta sebesar 0,808 kemudian diikuti oleh variabel Motivasi dengan koefisien standar beta sebesar 0,741 selanjutnya variabel Insentif dengan koefisien beta 0,638. Dari hasil analisa tersebut dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa Jaminan Sosial merupakan faktor dominan yang mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kecenderungan Produktivitas pada karyawan produksi langsung di Home Industri Goldia (Aneka Cemilan).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the concept of Ibn Qayyim's thought in education for children age 0-2 years. This research uses descriptive content method with the type of library research. Documentation is used as data collection technique, and researcher as instrument. After the data waa obtained, the researcher processes the data by reading and analyzing and then concluding. The results of research conducted, are: (1) Education provided to children age 0-2 years includes: sounding adhan in the right ear of children, and iqomah in the left ear, taking the takhnik, aqiqah, hair shaving, giving a good name, breastfeeding until the age two years, and circumcision. (2) Implications of education according to Ibn Qoyyim on the development of children's potential are, the moral-religious, physical-motor, also cognitive and social-emotional potential.

Abstract

Abstract  This Effect of Audio-Visual Media in Play Skills of Pianika On Music Art Lesson, Fifth Degree SDN 28th North Pontianak research has an aims to otain information about the effect of audio-visual media on play skills of pianika  on results of students education in fifth degree SDN 28th north Pontianak. This research using experiment methods with One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Based on statistical calculation, the average pretest was 80.68 with the lowest score was 69.60, and the highest score was 86.6, while the average post-test score was 84.68 with the lowest score was 78.8 and the highest score was 92.4. Based on statistical calculations, known that the results of student learning using Audio-Visual Media was higher than without the use of audio visual media. This meant that learning using the Audio-Visual Media gives a great influence on the outcomes for fifth degres students of 28th North Pontianak

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelititan ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan guru   dalam menerapkan keterampilan dasar mengajar pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Kota Pontianak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan keterampilan dasar mengajar pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-kota Pontianak. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 10 Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Sampel yang digunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 10 Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan mengenai kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan keterampilan dasar mengajar Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Pontianak tergolong 2 klasifikasi yaitu sangat baik berjumlah 3 orang atau sebesar 30%, dan kategori baik berjumlah 7 orang atau sebesar 70%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan keterampilan dasar mengajar sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Menerapkan Keterampilan Dasar  Mengajar. Abstract: how the teacher's ability to teach basic skills in applying the lessons of Physical Education and Health in Vocational High School Se-Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of teachers' ability to teach basic skills in applying lessons of Physical Education and Health in Vocational High School Se-city of Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a form of survey research. The population in this study is numbered 10 Physical Education Teacher Sports and Health. The sample used total sampling totaling 10 Master of Physical Education and Health. Based on the results of research conducted on the ability of teachers to implement the teaching of basic skills Vocational High School in the city of Pontianak classified as a very good 2 classification that consists of 3 people or 30%, and both categories amounted to 7 people or by 70%. This shows that the ability of teachers to implement the teaching of basic skills are already well underway. Keywords: applying the teaching of basic skills.
