Abstract

This research aims to develop a Kerupuk MSME application that facilitates Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in selling and buying products online. This application involves three main types of users, namely admin, seller, and buyer. This research has successfully implemented features and pages that suit the needs of each type of user, and has gone through a series of thorough blackbox tests to ensure quality and functionality. The test results show that this application functions properly and is ready for widespread use. In addition, this application is expected to increase efficiency in store management, products and orders for sellers, as well as provide a comfortable and safe shopping experience for buyers. With this application, it is hoped that it can increase the exposure and competitiveness of MSME products online, so that it can support the growth and development of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based Stock and Sales Management Information System to improve accuracy, speed up transactions, and support real-time reporting in the retail sector. This system includes recording incoming and outgoing stock, product registration, sales recording, and report generation, and applies the Just-In-Time (JIT) concept to reduce excess stock and storage costs. Developed using the Waterfall method, the design uses UML, and is implemented with PHP Native and MySQL. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a total sco re of 815 from 9 respondents, with an average of 90.56, categorized as "Excellent" with a value of "A", indicating that the system is very user-friendly and efficient. The real-time reporting feature increases transparency and makes it easier for store owners to monitor stock and transactions. Overall, this system offers a practical and effective solution for retail businesses in managing stock and sales optimally.Kata kunci: Data Transparency; Just-In-Time; MySQL; Operational Efficiency; PHP Native AbstrakPenelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Stok dan Penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan akurasi, mempercepat transaksi, dan mendukung pelaporan real-time di sektor ritel. Sistem ini meliputi pencatatan stok masuk dan keluar, registrasi produk, pencatatan penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan, serta menerapkan konsep Just-In-Time (JIT) untuk mengurangi kelebihan stok dan biaya penyimpanan. Dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, perancangan menggunakan UML, dan diimplementasikan dengan PHP Native dan MySQL. Pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor total 815 dari 9 responden, dengan rata-rata 90,56, dikategorikan "Sangat Baik" dengan nilai "A", yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem sangat ramah pengguna dan efisien. Fitur pelaporan real-time meningkatkan transparansi dan memudahkan pemilik toko untuk memantau stok dan transaksi. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini menawarkan solusi praktis dan efektif bagi bisnis ritel dalam mengelola stok dan penjualan secara optimal.

Abstract

Efficiency in managing employee attendance and payroll is crucial for a company's operations. Many businesses still use manual methods, leading to errors, payroll delays, and a lack of data transparency. This study develops a web-based payroll and attendance a system using the waterfall development approach, ensuring flexibility in feature adjustments. The system offers real-time attendance recording with location and photo verification, automated payroll calculations, and comprehensive reporting for management access. Built with PHP Native for the backend and a responsive UI, it enhances user experience. The Waterfall approach allows iterative development to meet operational needs at Bismika Tani Store. Testing shows a 75% reduction in recording errors and a 40% faster payroll process. Real-time reporting improves data transparency, facilitating better attendance and payroll monitoring. This system provides an effective solution for optimizing human resource management and boosting employee productivity at Bismika Tani Store. AbstrakAbsensi dan penggajian sangat penting bagi operasional perusahaan. Banyak bisnis masih menggunakan metode manual, yang menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan penggajian, dan kurangnya transparansi data. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem absensi dan penggajian berbasis web dengan pendekatan Waterfall Development, memastikan fleksibilitas dalam penyesuaian fitur. Sistem ini menawarkan pencatatan absensi real-time dengan verifikasi lokasi dan foto, perhitungan gaji otomatis, serta pelaporan komprehensif untuk akses manajemen. Dibangun dengan PHP Native untuk backend dan antarmuka pengguna yang responsif, sistem ini meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Pendekatan Waterfall memungkinkan pengembangan iteratif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional di Bismika Tani Store. Pengujian menunjukkan pengurangan kesalahan pencatatan hingga 75% dan proses penggajian 40% lebih cepat. Pelaporan real-time meningkatkan transparansi data, mempermudah pemantauan absensi dan penggajian. Sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di Bismika Tani Store.Kata kunci: Efisiensi administrasi; Otomatisasi; Absensi; Transparansi data; Manajemen karyawan.

Abstract

CV Oppa Tour And Travel is experiencing problems with service efficiency because it does not yet have a web-based information system, which has an impact on delays in data access and customer service. This research aims to develop a web-based travel agency application to increase speed, accuracy and service satisfaction. The development method uses the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation. The system is designed with main features such as authentication, data management, search, reports, and backup, and implemented using Laravel and MySQL. Testing is carried out using the Black Box method to ensure functionality runs as required. Test results show that the system is able to increase operational efficiency and provide easy access to information, ordering and printing tickets independently, thereby supporting faster and more professional service in the digital era.Keywords: Travel Agency; Booking; Study; Design; Waterfalls. AbstrakCV Oppa Tour And Travel mengalami kendala efisiensi layanan karena belum memiliki sistem informasi berbasis web, yang berdampak pada keterlambatan akses data dan pelayanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi biro perjalanan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan kepuasan layanan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dirancang dengan fitur utama seperti autentikasi, manajemen data, pencarian, laporan, dan backup, serta diimplementasikan menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan kemudahan akses informasi, pemesanan, serta pencetakan tiket secara mandiri, sehingga mendukung pelayanan yang lebih cepat dan profesional di era digital.

Abstract

Waste bank management at the village level still faces challenges such as manual recording, limited data transparency, unintegrated monitoring of slum areas, and low community participation. The Mustika Melati Waste Bank in Getas Pejaten Village is one such waste bank that still uses a manual system, resulting in suboptimal management. This research aims to develop a website-based digital waste bank system with integrated gamification and a Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS is used to map slum areas based on validated and accurate coordinates, allowing them to be accurately displayed on a digital map. Gamification is implemented to increase community engagement. Black Box testing results indicate that all features function as intended. Attendance data shows an increase in community participation from 6 people before the system was implemented to 16 people after the system was implemented, and this remained stable in the following month. This system supports more participatory and data-driven waste bank management.Keywords: Digital Waste Bank; Gamification; Geographic Information System; Waste Management; WebsiteAbstrakPengelolaan bank sampah di tingkat desa masih menghadapi kendala berupa pencatatan manual, keterbatasan transparansi data, belum terintegrasinya pemantauan lokasi kumuh, serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Bank Sampah Mustika Melati di Desa Getas Pejaten merupakan salah satu bank sampah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga pengelolaannya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem bank sampah digital berbasis website dengan integrasi gamifikasi dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). SIG digunakan untuk memetakan lokasi kumuh berdasarkan titik koordinat yang telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan akurat, sehingga dapat ditampilkan secara tepat pada peta digital. Gamifikasi diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan warga. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Data kehadiran menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi warga dari 6 orang sebelum sistem diterapkan menjadi 16 orang setelah sistem digunakan, serta tetap stabil pada bulan berikutnya. Sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan bank sampah yang lebih partisipatif dan berbasis data.

Abstract

This study developed a web-based futsal court booking system to address manual booking issues, irregular scheduling, and low occupancy and revenue optimization at Campeone Futsal Kudus. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, supported by data collection through observation, documentation study, and interviews. The system integrated a dynamic pricing strategy to optimize revenue and gamification features to enhance user engagement, complemented by a play-request feature to support occupancy improvement. Black box testing results indicated that all core system functions operated according to the defined functional requirements. The main findings showed that the integration of dynamic pricing and gamification in a futsal booking system improved operational efficiency, user engagement, and the potential for higher occupancy and revenue in a more adaptive manner.Keywords: Futsal booking system; Dynamic pricing; Gamification; Court occupancy AbstrakPenelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemesanan lapangan futsal berbasis web untuk mengatasi permasalahan pemesanan manual, ketidakteraturan jadwal, serta rendahnya optimalisasi okupansi dan pendapatan pada Campeone Futsal Kudus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem dengan metode Waterfall, didukung pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi dynamic pricing dan gamifikasi dalam sistem pemesanan lapangan futsal mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keterlibatan pengguna, serta potensi peningkatan okupansi dan pendapatan secara lebih adaptif.

Abstract

The reliance on manual recording in the operational management of Griya Indira has resulted in data redundancy, a high incidence of late payments, and uneven information distribution among residents. This study proposes the development of an integrated boarding house management system that synergizes the WhatsApp Gateway feature for automatic notifications with a digital community module. Utilizing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and Black Box Testing for functional verification, the system is designed to address administrative inefficiencies. The findings indicate that the implementation of Cron Job scheduling successfully transmits bill reminders in real-time and accurately validates digital payments. Based on functional testing results, the system is declared valid in executing centralized database mechanisms, sending automatic bill notifications on schedule, and facilitating single-door information distribution through community features according to design requirements.Keywords: Boarding House Management System; WhatsApp Gateway; Rapid Application Development; Auto-Reminder. AbstrakKetergantungan pada pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan operasional Griya Indira berdampak pada redundansi data, tingginya insiden keterlambatan pembayaran, serta ketidakmerataan distribusi informasi kepada penghuni. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem manajemen kos terintegrasi yang menyinergikan fitur WhatsApp Gateway untuk notifikasi otomatis dengan modul komunitas digital. Melalui pendekatan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan verifikasi fungsional Black Box Testing, sistem dirancang untuk menangani inefisiensi administrasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penjadwalan Cron Job berhasil mengirimkan pengingat tagihan secara real-time dan memvalidasi pembayaran digital secara akurat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional, sistem dinyatakan valid dalam menjalankan mekanisme sentralisasi basis data, pengiriman notifikasi tagihan otomatis sesuai jadwal, serta memfasilitasi distribusi informasi satu pintu melalui fitur komunitas sesuai rancangan kebutuhan.Kata kunci: Sistem Manajemen Indekos; WhatsApp Gateway; Rapid Application Development; Auto-Reminder
