Abstract

Material inventory management at CV Bonanza is still conducted manually, leading to report delays and data inaccuracies. This research aims to design a web-based inventory information system to address these problems. This study employs the Waterfall model for the system development life cycle (SDLC). The requirements analysis phase (as the requirements baseline) was conducted qualitatively from February to April 2025 through structured interviews with 4 stakeholders (owner, admin, foreman, and project executor) and workflow observation (analysis of 50 transactions). The system was implemented using PHP Native and MySQL, with an innovation focus on stock-project management integration, event-driven email notifications (PHPMailer), and a project-check transparency feature. System testing used the Black Box Testing method, covering 55 test scenarios (encompassing 100% of functional requirements). Initial testing found 2 defects (a 3.6% failure rate), which were subsequently fixed, resulting in 100% of scenarios being declared "Valid" upon re-testing. The main outcome of this research is a system prototype that is functionally valid. Claims of "efficiency" and "accuracy" are limited to design targets, as this study was restricted to functional testing and did not include non-functional testing (such as performance, usability/SUS, or security) or quantitative post-implementation impact evaluation.

Abstract

The Kudus Regency Education and Sports Office is responsible for managing the local government's sports facilities and infrastructure, which can also be utilized by the public through a rental system. In addition to being used for government activities, these facilities are rented to companies, organizations, and the general public as a source of increasing regional revenue. Currently, the rental process is still carried out manually, starting from checking availability, submitting applications, to direct payments, which are quite time-consuming and inefficient. This problem has prompted the need to develop a web-based rental information system that can simplify the service process. This system was built using the Waterfall software development method with the Laravel Livewire framework and supported by system design using flowcharts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The implementation of this system is expected to improve ease of service access, accelerate the rental process, and increase the effectiveness of sports facility management. Abstract

Court decision documents in Indonesia are generally lengthy in structure and not yet digitally organized, making the automatic extraction of information a challenging task. Furthermore, the application of deep learning models to legal documents is often constrained by high computational demands. Therefore, this study aims to develop an efficient classification system for legal decision structures (IndoLaw) using the IndoBERT model with the Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) method. The study utilizes the IndoLaw dataset consisting of 111,108 rows of first-level decision text. Data splitting was performed using a document-level split with an 80:10:10 ratio to prevent data leakage across documents. The LoRA method was applied to the attention layers of IndoBERT by inserting low-dimensional matrices, making the fine-tuning process more efficient. The model was then integrated into a Streamlit-based application to support interactive text classification and PDF document extraction. Test results show that the IndoBERT + LoRA model achieved an Accuracy and F1-Score of 0.9944, outperforming the Full Fine-Tuning method which recorded an Accuracy of 0.9939 and an F1-Score of 0.9938. In addition, the use of LoRA reduced trainable parameters by up to 99.74%, decreased GPU VRAM usage by 44% (from 2.5 GB to 1.4 GB), and accelerated computation time per epoch by 36%. Based on these results, the IndoBERT + LoRA approach is proven capable of producing accurate and efficient legal document classification with lower computational requirements.

Abstract

Oil palm block-level productivity (Yield Per Hectare/YPH) relies on complex agronomic, climatic, and operational interactions, yet existing predictive models often neglect internal estate conditions. We developed an XGBoost-SHAP framework using 1,351 block-year observations (2018–2024) from a single plantation in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Features include plant age, land area, rainfall, and a labor ratio functioning as a land-based workload proxy. The baseline random-split testing achieved R² = 0.6276, MAE = 2.2747 Tons/Ha, RMSE = 3.3303 Tons/Ha, and MAPE = 28.73%. However, evaluating the model under grouped block and time-based validation schemes revealed limited spatial and temporal transferability. SHAP analysis identified plant age (47.51%), land area (14.32%), annual rainfall (10.87%), and labor ratio (8.51%) as primary yield drivers, revealing non-linear interaction patterns. Rather than a fully autonomous tool, this framework provides a transparent interpretive heuristic and decision-support prototype to evaluate block-level operational strategies. By quantifying internal operational variables alongside agronomic factors, this study contributes valuable insights for precision agriculture, suggesting future work validate dashboard heuristics with estate managers and incorporate granular fertilization and harvesting logs to further enhance predictive robustness.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program is one of the Indonesian government's public policies that has generated diverse public responses on social media, making sentiment analysis essential for understanding public perceptions as a basis for policy evaluation. This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward the MBG Program on the X social media platform using the IndoBERT model combined with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to address class imbalance. A total of 2,260 tweets were collected through web scraping and subsequently preprocessed through text cleaning, normalization, tokenization, sentiment labeling using the InSet Lexicon, data balancing with SMOTE, and IndoBERT fine-tuning. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that the proposed model achieved an 80% accuracy, with approximately 75% of the data classified as negative sentiment, primarily driven by concerns regarding the state budget, potential corruption, and program distribution. Meanwhile, positive sentiment mainly highlighted the program's benefits for children's nutrition and local economic empowerment. These findings demonstrate that the combination of IndoBERT and SMOTE is effective for public policy sentiment analysis and can provide valuable insights for evaluating the implementation of the MBG Program.
