Abstract

Each fumigation company has its own advantages in running company both in terms of service quality, complaint handling, price and others in order to improve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and complaint handling on customer satisfaction in CV. Armanda Nusantara. CV. Armanda Nusantara is one of the fumigation companies in Surabaya that has many customers and exist in the world of fumigation.Number of customer as population in this research is 135 subscribers, and the sample specified in this research as 101 Sampling  using  a sampling  method saturated. Data collection technique was obtained by spreading the questionnaire through online media or email sent to the customers CV. Armanda Nusantara. then the results of data collection were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.From the analysis result obtained:1. There is individual influence of service quality to customer satisfaction and complaint handling to customer satisfaction proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with level of significance <0,05.2. There is mutual influence of service quality and complaint handling to customer satisfaction proven and accepted reality of partial test result (F) obtained with level of significance <0,000.3. Variable of service quality and handling of complaint have strong relation to customer satisfaction equal to 75,9% and beside that independent variable have contribution equal to 76,4% dependent variable and the rest 23,6% influenced by other variable.  Keyword : Service quality, Complaint handling, dan Customer satisfaction

Abstract

Biological Assets in plantation industry has increasing in value through biological transformation. This different characteristic allow the information to be presented more biased than others industries. PSAK 69- Agricultur authorized by Dewan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (DSAK) and effective per 1 Januari 2018,require all plantation industries to use the standard for the December 31 financial statements. PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia,Tbk as a leading and rapidly growing company was a strong reason for the selection of this research object. The purpose of this research was to analyze how to adopt biological assets based on PSAK 69. This research used library studies and field research and analyze using descriptive qualitative. The result show that PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia,Tbk have made recognition, measurement and reporting based on PSAK 69 except in biological assets depreciation.

Abstract

This paper investigates the effect of profitability, leverage, environmental performance and gender diversity on the quality of environmental disclosure by analyzing annual report of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 - 2019. Based on the purposive sampling method, 25 mining companies were selected. This study used panel data regression as the data analysis method. The result showed that profitability, leverage and gender diversity has not significant effect on quality of environmental disclosure, while environmental performance has positive and significant effect on quality of environmental disclosure. Thus, companies that has ISO 14001 certification tend to disclose information related to their responsibility to the environment more detail in annual reports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh regulasi, kompensasi motivasi dan konsep diri terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik di kota Palembang. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, mahasiswa PPA dan alumni PPA di Kota Palembang, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 500 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasecara simultan Regulasi, kompensasi, motivasi dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik di kota Palembang dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial regulasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik di kota Palembang dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan koofisien regresi -0,274. Sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi dan konsep diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi dosen dengan signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,001, 0,000 dan 0,000.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Mining companies were selected for research because this industry was not included in the business fields that were reported to support the Indonesian economy in 2019, especially with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The high death rate and the rapid spread of this virus have made policies from the government, including limiting activities both domestically and internationally. Even some import-export destination countries have locked down, which of course will affect the productivity and financial performance of the mining industry. From a population of 47 mining companies, only 10 companies met the criteria and were selected as samples. The type of data used is quantitative data. Secondary data sources. Financial performance is measured using a cash flow ratio consisting of 5 liquidity ratios and 2 flexibility ratios. The results showed that based on the cash flow ratio, the majority of mining companies did not have good performance and were still below the standard. Of the eight ratios, only the cash coverage ratio is the most achievable by mining companies. The value of the cash flow ratio of mining companies has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed the business world from traditional to integrated digital platforms. Easy and fast access to information encourages people to engage more in online shopping through e-commerce. Businesses, including MSMEs, must leverage technology to survive and grow. Social media is one of the critical technologies, serving not only to boost sales but also as a marketing communication tool to build brand image and consumer loyalty. However, MSMEs like On's Coffee face challenges such as low educational background, limited entrepreneurial skills, and restricted access to information. Training was provided on audience segmentation strategies, targeted paid advertising, and interactive features such as polls and video content to address these issues. The program successfully enhanced partner understanding, inspired creative content development, and improved business profits by optimizing social media as an effective digital marketing platform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects on audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period consisting of factors such as company size, audit period, and audit committee. The secondary data source for this study is the financial statements of companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 period. A total of 21 companies that met the sample selection requirements became the research sample. Logistic regression analysis is the method used for data analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period is simultaneously influenced by company size, audit tenure, and audit committee. In Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period, company size has a partial effect on audit quality. Audit tenure does not have a partial effect on audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the 2020–2023 Period, companies in the Food and Beverage Subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were partially impacted by audit quality from the audit committee.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak, terutama pada tahap awal pendidikan dasar. Namun, observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas 1 di SDN 1 Lancar masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenali, mengekspresikan, dan mengelola emosi, serta menunjukkan interaksi sosial yang terbatas di lingkungan sekolah. Permasalahan ini menjadi perhatian penting mengingat kecerdasan emosional yang rendah dapat berdampak pada motivasi belajar dan hubungan sosial anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional anak melalui penerapan alat permainan edukatif (APE) Feel-O-Spin. Kegiatan melibatkan 29 peserta didik kelas 1 dan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan: sosialisasi siswa dan kepada guru, pendampingan bermain menggunakan media edukatif Feel-O-Spin, serta evaluasi melalui observasi perubahan perilaku dan keterbukaan emosional siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah anak yang mampu mengenali dan menyampaikan perasaan secara verbal, menunjukkan empati, dan berinteraksi sosial dengan lebih baik. Anak-anak juga tampak lebih antusias dan termotivasi mengikuti pembelajaran. Pengalaman lapangan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis permainan edukatif dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mendukung penguatan kecerdasan emosional pada peserta didik awal jenjang sekolah dasar.
