Abstract

Pelaporan Kinerja terhadap suatu pekerjaan dalam sebuah instansi Pemerintahan di Kelurahan Bendungan Hilir merupakan suatu tahapan dalam evaluasi kerja yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan bagi kelancaran dan kelangsungsan aktivitas dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Kinerja yang diinginkan terhadap Pekerja Prasarana dan Sarana Umum memiliki standart mutu untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan kerja para pekerja Prasarana dan Sarana Umum. Namun dalam hal pelaporan dilapangan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excell dan mengirim gambar melalui Whatsapp. Mengontrol pekerjaan dilapangan masih tidak efektif sehingga diperlukan adanya aplikasi yang terkomputerisasi untuk memudahkan menyimpan dan mengakses data jika diperlukan sewaktu waktu untuk memantau dan membuat laporan kinerja menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Perancangan Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah untuk membuat laporan dan memberikan penilaian para pekerja prasarna dan sarana umum pada Kelurahan Bendungan Hilir. Perancangan tersebut menghasilkan aplikasi untuk platform Android yang dapat digunakan secara langsung oleh pengguna untuk melaporkan pelaksanaan kerja secara real-time.

Abstract

Pusat Pembinaan Jabatan Fungsional Auditor (Pusbin JFA) sebagai lembaga pembina jabatan fungsional auditor internal pemerintah masih memiliki kendala dalam melakukan penerbitan rekomendasi formasi auditor bagi unit Aparatur Pengawasan Internal Pemerintah (APIP) yang dimana proses saat ini masih berjalan manual dan lambat sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah unit APIP dalam melakukan pengusulan dan mempercepat proses verifikasi dan validasi pada Pusbin JFA agar proses penerbitan rekomendasi formasi auditor menjadi lebih baik. Framework Laravel cocok digunakan untuk aplikasi ini, dimana aplikasi yang dibutuhkan adalah aplikasi berbasis web. Framework Laravel sangat mudah digunakan dan mempercepat proses pengembangan applikasi, kemudian dikombinasikan dengan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme Programming (XP), yang dimana metode pengembangan ini sangat cocok diterapkan di instansi pemerintah dan pada tempat yang jumlah pengembang aplikasinya sedikit. Dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan metode pengembangan XP, pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan cepat sehingga aplikasi dapat segera diimplementansikan.

Abstract

The goal of every service provided by a government or private agency, organization, or company, of course, is to offer the best possible service to its customers. Non-ministerial government organizations such as the BKN IT Infrastructure Directorate must ensure that they provide the best service to all work units and employees within the State Civil Service Agency. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the quality of services that have been provided. One method is to carry out an IT infrastructure service satisfaction survey. Currently, the BKN Information Technology Infrastructure Directorate has conducted a customer satisfaction survey. However, the process still uses the conventional method, which starts from informing the survey and completing the data to the process of making reports which are done manually. This research was carried out by searching for theories and journals related to satisfaction ratings. System design is carried out using the Codeigniter 3 Framework combined with the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method where this development method is suitable for application in government agencies and places where there are few application developers. By using the CodeIgniter 3 Framework and the XP development method, it is hoped that the development of this application will run smoothly and quickly so that the application can be implemented immediately.

Abstract

In fact, there are problems that result in a low understanding of the concept of employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara, especially in terms of personal data protection. This is because the approach in delivering material is still too dominated by the Team Leader and the lack of tools for delivering material. So that the ability to think holistically (overall), creatively, objectively and logically cannot be developed. This study aims to design a Visual Novel Game Media for the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to Increase PT Infomedia Nusantara Employees' Conceptual Understanding. The development model used in this research is MDLC (Multimedia Development Live Cycle). With the research design Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results obtained from this study are: 1) The results of increasing employee understanding based on the gain test show that the gain value for the control class is 0,58 and that for the experimental class is 0,71; 2) Employee responses to visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material resulted in an overall average percentage of 91.50% in the "Very Good" category. The conclusion is that the visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to increase employee conceptual understanding has been developed to be suitable for use as well as to increase employee conceptual understanding.

Abstract

Implementation of the activity reporting system for DKI Jakarta DPRD members is a system to facilitate the reporting of activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members. The DKI Jakarta DPRD member activity reporting system has been widely used in companies with various technologies and systems. The author raised the problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. There is no special program for storing data and making reports at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of cost savings. Previously, data processing was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and Word, by designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members had been stored in a database to simplify the process of daily activities. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the objects under study and requesting the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers with sources to complete the data and obtain the necessary information.The system designed is an information system for the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members which was created using PHP and MySQL. This system was created to be able to manage data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members and reports. The information system designed is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the system currently used so that work activities are more effective, efficient and controlled.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL) is under and responsible to the Minister of Transportation and is led by the Director General. The Directorate General of Sea Transportation has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the shipping sector. To create a more effective and efficient organization and work procedures to improve the performance of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL), optimal human resource management is needed. The use of information technology has now become mandatory in managing human resources in the government sector. Currently, data processing for education, training and careers within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation still uses manual methods, causing several obstacles, including irregular data archiving which makes it difficult to search for data as a reference for building a management information system that can provide information regarding management activities within the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, is one of the sections tasked with providing training for employees. Employees who have completed training are then placed according to the results of the training. The Web-Based Information System Design Application for the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (SETDITJEN) was designed using a PHP program and a database using MySQL, so that it can be easily accessed anywhere.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penelitian pada Bank Sampah Induk Rawasari Jl. Rawasari Selatan No. 35 RT. 016 RW. 02 Kel. Cempaka Putih Timur Kec. Cempaka Putih Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, dibawah bimbingan (Pembimbing I : Zulhalim, S. Kom, M.TI) dan (Pembimbing II : Akmal Budi Yulianto, ST, MM). Untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan pada Bank sampah Induk Rawasari Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup masih bersifat manual biasanya menggunakan catatan pada selembar kertas atau mengirimkan email dengan demikian ada kemungkinan data pencatatan dan laporan tersebut hilang atau tercecer. Untuk itu, sistem informasi ini dibuat sebagai solusi agar data laporan tersebut terdata dengan baik dengan harapan dari penelitian ini adalah memilikinya data informasi laporan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi pelaporan ini dapat membantu pencatatan laporan bank sampah secara digital. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah ini adalah dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan literature sejenis. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan dan implementasi pemodelan sistemnya menggunakan bahasa pemograman php dan database managemen MySQL, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Design Thinking

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology requires companies to have an effective and efficient project document management system. PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia faces several challenges in managing project documents, such as the absence of a centralized system, difficulty in tracking project progress, and the risk of document loss or duplication. This research aims to develop a web-based project document management information system to address these issues. The method used is prototyping, involving steps such as requirements gathering, prototype creation, evaluation, coding, testing, and system implementation. The system is designed using Laravel and MySQL technologies, and tested using the black-box method to ensure that each function operates as expected. The final result is a web application that enables centralized storage of project documents, access sharing between users (admin and engineer), and real-time tracking of project status. This system is expected to improve project team efficiency and minimize errors in the document management process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pusat Penilaian Kompetensi Pegawai (PPKP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. Analisis meliputi SWOT, Value Chain, PESTEL dan McFarlan Strategic Grid untuk mengevaluasi kondisi sistem saat ini, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan strategis dan memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi di UPT PPKP belum terintegrasi secara optimal, menghambat pengelolaan data dan pengambilan keputusan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi pengembangan aplikasi terintegrasi, modernisasi infrastruktur dan teknologi, serta pelatihan sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung implementasi sistem. Rekomendasi saran strategi yang dirumuskan diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi penilaian kompetensi dan pengelolaan data pegawai secara real-time.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi terus meningkat di berbagai bidang kehidupan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Salah satu implementasi teknologi informasi adalah penggunaan aplikasi absensi yang dirancang untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Human Resources Information System (HRIS) menjadi sistem yang umum digunakan perusahaan untuk mengelola data kepegawaian, seperti kehadiran, penggajian, manajemen kinerja, hingga rekrutmen. Implementasi HRIS juga meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan melalui transparansi dan kemudahan akses terhadap informasi kepegawaian. Bank ABC telah mengadopsi HRIS melalui aplikasi DigiHC, yang menyediakan berbagai fitur seperti absensi, informasi kepegawaian, pelatihan, dan evaluasi pegawai berdasarkan pola absensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan aplikasi DigiHC menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan, kepuasan, serta produktivitas pegawai. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis sebelumnya, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi variabel penting seperti persepsi kemanfaatan, kemudahan penggunaan, serta faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
