Abstract

Implementation of the activity reporting system for DKI Jakarta DPRD members is a system to facilitate the reporting of activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members. The DKI Jakarta DPRD member activity reporting system has been widely used in companies with various technologies and systems. The author raised the problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. There is no special program for storing data and making reports at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of cost savings. Previously, data processing was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and Word, by designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members had been stored in a database to simplify the process of daily activities. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the objects under study and requesting the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers with sources to complete the data and obtain the necessary information.The system designed is an information system for the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members which was created using PHP and MySQL. This system was created to be able to manage data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members and reports. The information system designed is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the system currently used so that work activities are more effective, efficient and controlled.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL) is under and responsible to the Minister of Transportation and is led by the Director General. The Directorate General of Sea Transportation has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the shipping sector. To create a more effective and efficient organization and work procedures to improve the performance of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL), optimal human resource management is needed. The use of information technology has now become mandatory in managing human resources in the government sector. Currently, data processing for education, training and careers within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation still uses manual methods, causing several obstacles, including irregular data archiving which makes it difficult to search for data as a reference for building a management information system that can provide information regarding management activities within the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, is one of the sections tasked with providing training for employees. Employees who have completed training are then placed according to the results of the training. The Web-Based Information System Design Application for the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (SETDITJEN) was designed using a PHP program and a database using MySQL, so that it can be easily accessed anywhere.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penelitian pada Bank Sampah Induk Rawasari Jl. Rawasari Selatan No. 35 RT. 016 RW. 02 Kel. Cempaka Putih Timur Kec. Cempaka Putih Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, dibawah bimbingan (Pembimbing I : Zulhalim, S. Kom, M.TI) dan (Pembimbing II : Akmal Budi Yulianto, ST, MM). Untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan pada Bank sampah Induk Rawasari Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup masih bersifat manual biasanya menggunakan catatan pada selembar kertas atau mengirimkan email dengan demikian ada kemungkinan data pencatatan dan laporan tersebut hilang atau tercecer. Untuk itu, sistem informasi ini dibuat sebagai solusi agar data laporan tersebut terdata dengan baik dengan harapan dari penelitian ini adalah memilikinya data informasi laporan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi pelaporan ini dapat membantu pencatatan laporan bank sampah secara digital. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah ini adalah dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan literature sejenis. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan dan implementasi pemodelan sistemnya menggunakan bahasa pemograman php dan database managemen MySQL, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Design Thinking

Abstract

This study aims to enhance PT Maspion's marketing strategy effectiveness by clustering customers using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. By leveraging customer transaction data, this research successfully grouped customers into four clusters based on their purchasing patterns. Each cluster was analyzed to identify key characteristics and provide relevant marketing strategy recommendations, such as volume-based discounts, personalized services, and loyalty programs. The results indicate that implementing K-Means Clustering helps PT Maspion better understand customer needs, increase loyalty, and optimize company revenue. This study offers practical contributions to the company and enriches academic literature on the application of machine learning in marketing.

Abstract

Syekh Ali Ad-Daba’ adalah seorang ahli di dunia Qiraat di masanya, namun ada yang jarang dikupas dari sosok beliau adalah kemuliaan akhlak yang beliau pancarkan dalam Pendidikan Qiraat pada murid-muridnya. Ekspektasi yang dilakukan beliau adalah untuk memenuhi harapan para orang tua di Mesir agar anak-anak mereka dapat mencintai Al-Qur’an dan menyikapinya di dalam berprilaku mulia di kehidupan seharian mereka. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang termasuk library research.. Analisa yang digunakan adalah Analisa deskriftif untuk menemukan korelasi dari adab berqiraatulqur’an dengan akhlakulkarimah dalam perspektif Syekh Ali Ad-Dabba’.Temuan yang ditemukan, ternyata adab-adab yang dibangun oleh Syekh Ali Ad-Dabba’ menggambarkan kekuatan penuh terhadap hubungan/korelasinya dengan akhlakulkarimah. Dimulai dengan membuat adab membaca Al-Qur’an kepadamurid-muridnya agar menanamkan keikhlasan, kecintaan kepada Allah Swt dengan penuh kedekatan, bagaikan berbincang dengan-Nya, hanya mengharapkan rido-Nya bukan amplop dan pujian orang-orang di sekitarnya. Bahkan menanamkan adab untuk tidak membacanya di tempat yang bernajis seperti kamar mandi dan WC. Semua adab yang dibentuk oleh beliau merupakan sebuah disiplin yang akan membiasakan mereka dan membangun sebuah prilaku yang menghubungkan mereka kepada akhlak yang mulia

Abstract

Abstract: Inventory information systems play an important role in supporting inventory management and ensuring smooth company operations. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo has implemented an inventory information system; however, several issues are still encountered in its implementation, such as discrepancies in stock data, delays in information updates, and a system interface that does not adequately support user needs. This study aims to evaluate the performance and quality of the inventory information system at CV. Multi Sarana Packindo using the PIECES Framework and McCall’s Software Quality Model. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The PIECES framework is used to assess the operational aspects of the system, while McCall’s model is applied to evaluate the technical quality of the software. The results indicate that the inventory information system has not yet operated optimally. The PIECES analysis reveals weaknesses in the performance, information, efficiency, and control aspects. Meanwhile, the McCall analysis shows low quality in terms of correctness, reliability, efficiency, and usability. Therefore, comprehensive improvements to both the system and business processes are required to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management. Keywords: Inventory Information System, PIECES Framework, McCall’s Software Quality Model, System Evaluation, Software Quality Abstrak: Sistem informasi inventory berperan penting dalam mendukung pengelolaan persediaan dan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo telah menerapkan sistem informasi inventory, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian data stok, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta antarmuka sistem yang kurang mendukung kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kualitas sistem informasi inventory pada CV. Multi Sarana Packindo menggunakan PIECES Framework dan McCall’s Software Quality Model. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. PIECES digunakan untuk menilai aspek operasional sistem, sedangkan model McCall digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas teknis perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi inventory belum berjalan secara optimal. Analisis PIECES mengungkap adanya kelemahan pada aspek performance, information, efficiency, dan control, sementara analisis McCall menunjukkan rendahnya kualitas pada aspek correctness, reliability, efficiency, dan usability. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan menyeluruh pada sistem dan proses bisnis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the service quality of the Tokopedia application based on user reviews using the E-SERVQUAL approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic content analysis approach. The research data comes from user reviews of the Tokopedia application available on the Google Play Store. The data were analyzed by grouping the reviews into seven E-SERVQUAL dimensions, namely efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. The validity of the data was tested through credibility, transferability, and dependability tests. The results show that user perceptions of Tokopedia's service quality vary. Some users consider Tokopedia's services to have provided easy access and fairly good data security. However, dominant complaints are still found in the dimensions of efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, and responsiveness, especially related to system stability, service speed, accuracy of order fulfillment, and customer service response. Based on these findings, Tokopedia needs to prioritize improving service quality in the dimensions that are most complained about by users. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan aplikasi Tokopedia berdasarkan ulasan pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan E-SERVQUAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi tematik. Data penelitian bersumber dari ulasan pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia yang tersedia di Google Play Store. Data dianalisis dengan mengelompokkan ulasan ke dalam tujuh dimensi E-SERVQUAL, yaitu efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, dan contact. Keabsahan data diuji melalui uji credibility, transferability, dan dependability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan Tokopedia bersifat beragam. Beberapa pengguna menilai layanan Tokopedia telah memberikan kemudahan akses dan keamanan data yang cukup baik. Namun, masih ditemukan keluhan yang dominan pada dimensi efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, dan responsiveness, terutama terkait kestabilan sistem, kecepatan layanan, ketepatan pemenuhan pesanan, serta respons layanan pelanggan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Tokopedia perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas layanan pada dimensi-dimensi yang paling banyak dikeluhkan pengguna. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology requires companies to have an effective and efficient project document management system. PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia faces several challenges in managing project documents, such as the absence of a centralized system, difficulty in tracking project progress, and the risk of document loss or duplication. This research aims to develop a web-based project document management information system to address these issues. The method used is prototyping, involving steps such as requirements gathering, prototype creation, evaluation, coding, testing, and system implementation. The system is designed using Laravel and MySQL technologies, and tested using the black-box method to ensure that each function operates as expected. The final result is a web application that enables centralized storage of project documents, access sharing between users (admin and engineer), and real-time tracking of project status. This system is expected to improve project team efficiency and minimize errors in the document management process.
