Abstract

Analysis of the sticking problem on the xyz tablet using the PDCA method at PT. Sunthi Sepuri. Products that have a good level of quality will certainly get its own value for consumers. That's why the quality of a product is a measure of the success of a product.. Every company must carry out activities in its business and every activity has certain goals to be achieved as the direction of the implementation of its activities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to control and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company's business. PT. Sunthi Sepuri is one of the companies in Tangerang that produces pharmaceutical products or known as pharmaceutical manufacturers and PT. Sunthi Sepuri is a subsidiary of Nugra Santana Group. During the product production process, there must be imperfections in producing tablets, resulting in defects in tablets. Problems with tablets include black spots, sticking (clots), capping (broken/split), variations in weight and variations in hardness. Based on observations for one month, the most defect problem in XYZ tablets is sticking. Fishbone Diagram is a problem solving technique that helps to think through the many possible causes of a problem to be solved. And PDCA is a model for continuous improvement by planning, doing, checking, and taking action. Abstract

The construction of the main entrance to Sumbawa's Sultan Kaharuddin Airport was carried out by CV. Swadaya Mas Engineering. Based on the results of observations in the field, potential work accidents were discovered. HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) is a systematic, thorough, and structured hazard identification method for identifying various problems. The results of the analysis at the airport are 50% with extreme potential risk (Extreme Risk), 25% with high-risk level (High Risk), 25% with moderate risk level (Moderate Risk), and 14% with low-risk level (Low Risk) and potential classification There are 29% potential hazards in the work attitude classification. 14% potential danger in work procedure classification, and 57% potential danger in workplace classification. Suggestions for improvement (1) organize materials to make them neater by installing warning gates, (2) implement SOP and provide outreach to workers regarding the importance of K3 and the use of APD, (3) directly implement the priority of using APD. Abstract

PT. XZ is a company engaged in the manufacture of flip-flops. One of the sandal products produced is Screen-printed flip flops. However, in every production process failure is inseparable in the form of defective products in the production process. The purpose of this research is to minimize defects in Screen printing products. To reduce these defects, it is necessary to analyze the production process using the Statistical Process Control method. The analysis was carried out by using Seven Tools and 5W+1H tools. The results of the analysis show that the types of defects that occur in Screen printing products are the color of the paint is uneven, the paint is smeared and peeled off, and the Screen printing is not precise. Based on the three types of defects, the most dominant defect is uneven paint color with a percentage of 41,8%. Screen printing product defects are caused by human, machine, material, and method. Improvement efforts made to minimize the occurrence of uneven/fading paint color defects, namely conducting briefings and conducting supervision and checking on Screen printing results, checking on the Screen before printing is done, checking paint before printing, and providing training on rework standardization to employees and conducting regular performance evalutions. Abstract

The manufacturing industry in the current era of globalization is very strict. Speed to produce products is important now, not only in terms of process. Developing a new product at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia has been running well, only in the process there are still found the exceeded of time or schedule of work plans that have been made. The preparation process for carrying out this test will take more time. Because the test aids have not been prepared or have not been grouped according to the type of finished goods or according to the series. It is necessary to analyze using the seven tool method and assisted by factor analysis to find the dominant cause and corrective action. It was found the old problem in the inspection process was the dress-up process or preparation for the test. Because the test kits are incomplete and not permanent, also the test kits do not have a storage area and lack of employee’s ability to process them. Employee education, complete equipment components, and also need to make permanent test kits and according to the specifications of finished goods. Storage area for the test kits so that it is not scattered and messy.

Abstract

Cirebon Maritime Vocational School is located in the Cirebon Coastal Area which is close to the Mundu Fish Landing Site (TPI) Cirebon Regency, where in this area there are by-catch fish (HTS) which have not been well utilized. The aim of this community service is to increase the use of HTS fish, especially low economic fish around the waters of Mundu Cirebon so that their use can be optimized by Partners in increasing the added value of fishery products into innovative Non MSG NU Rasa flavoring products. The training activity method used consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage (counseling, practice or demonstration), evaluation stage and mentoring stage. Training activities on the use of by-caught fish into innovative non-MSG NU Rasa flavoring products at the Cirebon Maritime Vocational School can not only increase the knowledge and skills of partners in producing innovative products by applying appropriate technological tools but can also increase motivation in entrepreneurship as a development of business incubation at the school.

Abstract

Mitra Pokdakan Aji Segoro Ilir di Kabupaten Cirebon menghadapi dua masalah utama: (1) penurunan kualitas air kolam akibat ketergantungan pada air sungai selama musim kemarau, (2) biaya listrik tinggi untuk pompa sirkulasi dan penerangan. Keduanya menyebabkan kematian benih ikan mencapai 15% dan produksi tidak optimal. Kelompok ini juga kesulitan mengelola kolam intensif karena keterbatasan SDM. Untuk itu, diperlukan solusi teknologi tepat guna berbasis energi terbarukan guna meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah mengimplementasikan Teknologi E-Ox Level untuk memantau kualitas air kolam, mengurangi biaya listrik, dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi ikan lele. Selain itu, teknologi ini diharapkan memudahkan manajemen usaha mitra. Metode meliputi penyuluhan teknis, instalasi E-Ox Level berbasis panel surya, pendampingan selama 6 bulan, dan monitoring parameter kualitas air (suhu, pH, oksigen terlarut). Teknologi ini diuji pada kolam bioflok mitra dengan kepadatan 150 ekor/m² dan dibandingkan dengan data historis. Implementasi E-Ox Level berhasil menurunkan tingkat kematian benih dari 10% menjadi 1% dan mempersingkat durasi panen dari 4 bulan menjadi 3 bulan. Produksi ikan meningkat dari rata-rata 652 kg/panen menjadi 784 kg/panen. Teknologi ini menghilangkan ketergantungan pada listrik PLN melalui penggunaan energi surya. Mitra mampu melakukan perawatan mandiri, seperti membersihkan filter pompa dan memantau baterai. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan 90% mitra puas dengan efisiensi dan kemudahan penggunaan alat. E-Ox Level terbukti efektif meningkatkan produksi ikan lele dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Teknologi ini layak direplikasi ke kelompok pembudidaya lain di wilayah Cirebon.

Abstract

Village tourism is one of the community empowerment programs to maximize the potential of a village to improve the welfare of its people. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study of documents. Community empowerment is done by optimizing the village tourism program to be a tourism commodity based on the local potential of the community so that the household economy of the local community can improve. Untung Jawa tourism village has provided a change for the community especially in increasing the knowledge and economy of the community. Therefore the community empowerment program in the Tourism Village can be used as a reference in other community empowerment activities. Continuous Development Improving the Quality of Human Resources in Facing Global Competition as a Tourism Area, Community-Based Economic Empowerment on Local Potential Against Household Economic Improvement. The development of community-based tourism objects or community based tourism is the concept of developing a tourist destination through the empowerment of local communities, where the community contributes to the planning, management, and voting in the form of decisions in its development. The purpose of community empowerment assistance to local potential is to provide assistance for the creation and utilization of local potentials in improving the economy.
