Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. QEON INTERACTIVE.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesisHasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan          kerja karyawan sebesar 35,7%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial  diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,151 > 1,995), sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. QEON INTERACTIVE. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 39,9%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,714 > 1,995) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. QEON INTERACTIVE. Uji hipotesis simultan pengembangan karir dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (29,386 > 2,740), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara pengembangan karir dan disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. QEON INTERACTIVE. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Primacipta Graha Sentosa di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel kompensasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,710 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,838 dengan kriteria baik. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 15,490 + 0,617X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,729 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 53,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

Waste management in South Tangerang City has become an increasingly complex environmental issue along with population growth and urbanization. Although various regulations are already in place, such as Law Number 18 of 2008 and related regional regulations, the implementation of waste management policies still faces numerous challenges, including issues related to legal substance, law enforcement structure, and the legal culture of the community. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to analyze the implementation of waste management policies from an environmental law perspective and to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement in South Tangerang City. The method used is a normative-empirical approach, with activities including seminars, interactive discussions, and workshops involving the community and stakeholders. The findings indicate a gap between preventive regulations and the reality in the field, which remains largely reactive. The main factors contributing to the low effectiveness of law enforcement include limited facilities and infrastructure, weak supervision, and low public awareness regarding waste management. Through this activity, it is expected that public understanding of the importance of environmentally based waste management will increase, along with greater active participation in preserving environmental sustainability. In addition, strengthening derivative regulations, optimizing law enforcement, and implementing technology-based and community-based waste management systems are necessary to achieve effective and sustainable waste management.
