Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that support the country's economy with the principle of kinship and prioritize common interests and mutual cooperation in general and can advance the prosperity of its members in particular. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining proceeds of the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City. The object of the research used was the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City, 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is the last 5 years of financial report data so that the data taken is 60 data. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test first, coefficient of determination, F test and t test with SPSS tools (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research based on the F test show that capital (X1) and total assets (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of operating income (Y).

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the effect of work stress, work motivation, Work Environment on the perfomance of police officers of sectoral Tulungagung district Police Station . The research population in this study were members of the police from portion of the population used respondents namely 36 police officer. The data collection techniques used is questionnaire. The research uses multiple liniear regression. F test and t test for statistical analysis. The result of this research show that work motivation, job stress, work enviroment influence the police perfomance. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work stres, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a significant value = 0,000. Calculation of regression coefficient of work motivation indicator (X2) has the highest t test value of 5,337 on employee performance. With this the work motivation (X2) has the greatest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

This research was conducted at automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the period 2015 - 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah. Sarana Tbk in 2015-2019 using the Du Pont System method and what factors affect differences in financial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the du pont method. The data used in this research is the financial statement data of the companies PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the last five years in 2015-2019. The results of the research that has been done show that the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for five years, the authors can conclude that based on the average Return On Assets (ROA), the average Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the average Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), during 2015-2019 shows that PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, has a better financial performance than PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. As for the factors causing the decline in the value of TATO, NPM and ROA, namely the decrease in net income due to the influence of total costs and the company's ineffectiveness in managing existing assets, so that the profit resulting from the comparison of the value of net income to total assets is very small.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online promotions, packaging design and product innovation on purchasing decisions in MSMEs of A-syifa Manisrenggo Tempe Chips, Kediri City. The variables in this research are Online Promotion (X1), Packaging Design (X2), Product Innovation (X3), and Purchase Decision (Y). The location of this research is the UMKM Tempe Chips A-syifa Manisrenggo, Kediri City. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 94 respondents. The analysis used uses quantitative methods with SPSS version 22 software program analysis. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of multiple linear regression statistical tests in this research, it shows that there is an influence between Online Promotion (X1), Packaging Design (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions (Y). These results can be seen from Sig. F is 0.000 < 0.05 which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It is known that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.539 or 53.9%. These results show that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 53.9% and the remaining 46.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee welfare, work motivation, and training on employee performance at Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3 and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test it is known that the variables of employee welfare (X1), work motivation (X2), and training (X3) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the three variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Then in the F-test it shows that the results of the significance value are 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that employee welfare, work motivation, and training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at RS Bhayangkara Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of income and impulsive buying on gen Z investment decisions in Kediri City with self control as a moderating variable. The data taken for this study is the response from participation, the response is taken using a questionnaire method with purposive sampling technique. In this study, the population is gen Z with the characteristics of the people of Kediri City and already has an income registered with the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Kediri City. The data collection method is a questionnaire and the data analysis method is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted by SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) There is no significant influence between income on investment decisions. 2) There is a significant influence between impulsive buying on investment decisions. 3) There is a significant influence between income on investment decisions with self control as a moderating variable 4) There is no significant influence between impulsive buying on investment decisions with self-control as a moderating variable.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a central role in helping organizations achieve their goals, particularly in digital companies facing rapid technological and business changes. Alongside advanced infrastructure and technology, companies must establish adaptive policies, including HR empowerment, to ensure workforce potential is utilized effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze HR career opportunities in digital companies by examining (1) HR development practices and (2) the transformation of HR career opportunities in the digital era. The study employs a narrative research approach supported by secondary data from books, scholarly journals, and relevant publications. The findings show a clear shift in HR career opportunities from administrative functions toward strategic partner roles in business innovation. HR responsibilities increasingly move beyond payroll and routine administration toward strategic talent management, organizational culture transformation, HR technology integration, and continuous skill development. These results highlight that HR careers in digital companies require stronger strategic, analytical, and technological competencies to align workforce capabilities with organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan industri hiburan yang menuntut pengelola untuk menerapkan strategi promosi yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk mendukung omzet penjualan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis strategi penggunaan voucher diskon mulai dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak pengelola dan petugas operasional Game Fantasia, serta observasi terhadap proses pelaksanaan promo voucher di lokasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan Voucher Discount dilakukan secara sistematis melalui penetapan ambang minimal transaksi, segmentasi konsumen ke dalam kategori member priority dan customer regular, serta penerapan skema bonus yang bersifat periodik, yaitu bonus 10 persen pada hari biasa dan bonus saldo 50 persen pada periode tertentu. Pelaksanaan strategi dilakukan melalui penawaran langsung pada saat transaksi, yang mendorong pengunjung untuk meningkatkan nilai transaksi agar memenuhi ketentuan voucher. Respon pengunjung terhadap voucher discount menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, terutama dari pelanggan member priority, serta persepsi nilai yang lebih positif terhadap promosi yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, khususnya TikTok. Indikator keberhasilan strategi diukur melalui jumlah voucher yang digunakan dan peningkatan omzet yang diperoleh setiap periode. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmu pengatahuan pemasaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi voucher discount yang dirancang secara tersegmentasi dan dipromosikan melalui media sosial dapat menjadi rujukan praktis bagi pengelola industri hiburan dalam meningkatkan minat transaksi, loyalitas pelanggan, dan omzet penjualan. Kata kunci: strategi promosi; voucher diskon; loyalitas pelanggan; omzet ABSTRACT The increasing competition in the entertainment industry demands that managers implement effective and adaptive promotional strategies to support company sales turnover. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of using discount vouchers, starting from planning and implementation in the field. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Game Fantasia managers and operational officers, as well as observations of the voucher promotion implementation process on site. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that the Discount Voucher planning was carried out systematically by setting a minimum transaction threshold, segmenting consumers into priority members and regular customers, and implementing a periodic bonus scheme, namely a 10 percent bonus on weekdays and a 50 percent balance bonus during certain periods. The strategy was implemented through direct offers during transactions, which encouraged visitors to increase transaction values ​​to meet voucher requirements. Visitor responses to the Discount Voucher showed high enthusiasm, especially from priority members, as well as a more positive perception of the value of promotions disseminated through social media, particularly TikTok. The strategy's success is measured by the number of vouchers used and the increase in revenue achieved each period. This research contributes to marketing knowledge. The implication of this study indicates that a segmented voucher discount strategy promoted through social media can serve as a practical reference for entertainment industry managers in increasing transaction interest, customer loyalty, and sales turnover.
