Abstract

Due to the high demand for Internet network connections, there are now several choices of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that offer various Internet service features for public use. ISPs conduct promotional activities by placing promotional media, such as billboards, at various locations to market their products. The problem faced by ISPs is the limited detailed information about the billboards’ locations. ISPs have difficulty determining the exact location for placing billboards. Because the process of collecting data related to location details is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for selecting the location for placing promotional media billboards using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The data collection method is descriptive-analytical and related to detailed location information. Ten detailed location points were collected, which will later be used as billboard placement locations by ISP Biznet. The criteria used in SAW are Price, Billboard Size, Traffic Flow, Visibility, Traffic Light Distance, and Exposure Duration, resulting in an accuracy value calculated using Spearman’s Rank correlation getting a result of 0.66 in the “High” category, which means that there is a significant change in the ranking of promotional media location recommendations between the previous method and after using the SAW method.Internet merupakan hal yang cukup penting di era saat ini, internet dianggap mampu untuk memfasilitasi berbagai macam aktifitas dan juga pekerjaan di berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Di tengah tingginya kebutuhan jaringan internet, kini tersedia beberapa platform Internet Service Provider (ISP) yang menyediakan berbagai fitur layanan internet yang bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat. Beberapa ISP melakukan kegiatan promosi dengan dengan cara menempatkan media promosi di berbagai titik lokasi untuk memasarkan produk yang mereka tawarkan, namun masih terbatasnya informasi mengenai lokasi dan informasi rinci mengenai media lokasi cukup menyulitkan pihak ISP untuk menentukan titik lokasi penempatan media promosi yang tepat dikarenakan proses pengumpulan data terkait detail lokasi masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), maka permasalahan terkait pemilihan titik lokasi penempatan media promosi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan beberapa proses yang terpadat dalam metode SAW. melalui metode pengumpulan data yang bersifat deskriptif-analisis yang berkaitan dengan informasi detail lokasi, dikumpulkan 10 detail titik lokasi yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai lokasi penempatan media promosi oleh ISP Biznet. Hasil perhitungan yang dari metode SAW mendapatkan kenaikan akurasi sebesar 61,47% dari perhitungan manual dan hasil perhitungan tersebut akan digunakan untuk penerapan sistem danakan digunakan oleh ISP Biznet sebagai sarana untuk menentukan titik lokasi penempatan media promosi.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan dan pengembangan profesional guru merupakan faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menengah swasta. Namun, keterbatasan mekanisme evaluasi kinerja sering menghambat proses kenaikan status menjadi Guru Tetap Yayasan (GTY), padahal status tersebut menjadi syarat utama untuk mengikuti sertifikasi PPG yang berperan besar dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberikan rekomendasi kenaikan status guru secara lebih objektif. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria pedagogis, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial beserta subkriteria pendukungnya. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan prototipe aplikasi penilaian guru yang diuji menggunakan standar ISO 9126 dan memperoleh kelayakan 87,8%. Uji pengguna melalui metode PSSUQ menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 94,2%, sedangkan validasi hasil menggunakan Spearman Rank memperoleh korelasi 0,67. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan efektif, layak digunakan, dan selaras dengan penilaian manual sebelum penerapan AHP.

Abstract

Air quality in Bogor City is becoming increasingly complex due to the rising number of motor vehicles, small-scale industrial activities, and seasonal dynamics that are difficult to analyze using conventional methods. The Environmental Agency of Bogor City routinely monitors air quality through the Air Quality Monitoring System (AQMS); however, data utilization remains confined to monitoring and reporting, necessitating advanced analysis to achieve a more comprehensive view of air quality patterns. This study aims to classify time periods based on air quality parameters using the K-Means clustering method to identify good and bad air pollution categories. The research data was obtained from the Bogor City Environmental Agency's AQMS for the period from January 2023 to June 2025. The results indicate that the K-Means method successfully clustered the data into two groups: good and bad air quality categories. Good air quality was identified in 2023 (January, February, March, April, November, and December), 2024 (January, February, March, April, October, November, and December), and 2025 (January to May). Conversely, poor air quality occurred in 2023 (May to October), 2024 (May to September), and 2025 (June). The findings of this research are expected to support pollution control strategies and early warning systems based on air quality data.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of lecturers and students in applying their knowledge in the field of information technology taught in lectures and daily teaching. One of the real implementations carried out is building an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in recording the medical status of patients at the Bagja Waluya Foundation. The main problem faced by partners is in recording the assessment of patients who are being treated still using paper. Where recording is done when the patient is first admitted as an inpatient until the fifth day, or commonly referred to as the patient observation stage. Then for the next recording is only done for certain cases. When needed for the next assessment, officers often have difficulty in searching for previous medical record data. Therefore, this electronic medical record system is expected to be a solution to the above problems. The target output of this activity is an application that can help medical officers in recording patient medical records so that it makes it easier for officers to search for patient data, in addition, data stored electronically has a longer retention period so that it will be easy to use for any number of years. In addition, the output of this activity is the formation of reports and journals of community service. The method of implementing the service includes System needs analysis, system design, system development, socialization and training to foundation officers and implementation. The several processes carried out in the Analysis, socialization, training and implementation stages require a relatively long time because it requires adjustment and habituation from officers and users
