Abstract

This study is a survey research on Regions Bank Headquarters Lamongan with title "The Influence of Customer Decision to Save the Savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks ". The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze if there is partial effect, simultaneous and dominant among the factors of interest, quality of service and gifts to the customer's decision to save. To determine the influence of the relationship between the variables used multiple regression analysis, t test and F test test data analysis using the SPSS version 17 with the results of (1) Y = 0.157 + 0.127 + 0.480 X1 + 0.396 X2 X3 + X2 E showed the most dominant variable ( 2) test the t interest (1,992), quality of service (5.314) and gifts (4.778), the value of t count> t table (1.986) means a partial effect on the dependent variable (3) F count (312 329)> F table 2,70 means the simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is the variable of interest, quality of service and reward influence the customer's decision to save the savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks.

Abstract

Batik is one of the ancestral cultural heritage of Indonesia. With the diversity of batik patterns, it is able to attract the attention of the world through its characteristics. Several regions in Indonesia have become centers of batik production, one of which is Jetis Village in Sidoarjo sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. The increasingly sharp competition in batik production encourages batik craftsmen to always maintain the price of batik and the quality of batik in order to be able to compete with batik from various other regions, both in the local market and in the international market. Methods This research uses quantitative methods which are carried out by distributing questionnaires as respondent data. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, data processing using SPSS statistical program. The conclusion of the research shows that price and product quality have a significant and positive effect on consumer buying interest in Batik Jetis products. Promotion is the most dominant product. Judging from R2 of 79.2 percent, it can be concluded that the production diversification of 79.2 percent of the variables can be determined from the predictive variable, while the remaining 20.8 percent is determined by other factors. Abstract

Brick business is a business that produces raw materials into ready-to-use goods that are used for building houses or high-rise buildings. By using cement and sand as the main raw materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of production (X1) and product demand (X2) affect the level of income (Y) of the bricks of the residents of Klopo Ten Gedangan Village - Sidoarjo after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The data analysis method used is the quantitative method, the analysis used in this study is multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F_test, data processing using the SPSS statistical program. The conclusion of the research results show that the amount of production (X1) and product demand (X2), has a significant and positive effect on the level of income (Y). Product Demand is the most dominant variable. Judging from R2, which is 95 percent, it can be concluded that the diversification of product demand at 5 percent can be determined from other variables that are not included in the regression equation model in this study.

Abstract

The existence of social and economic factors that are owned by each farmer certainly results in differences. This can be attributed to the capacity of the farmers in producing rice crops and increasing business income in agriculture. The purpose of the study is to explain the analysis that affects the income of rice farmers. The research method used is quantitative method using analytical test tools in the form of T-test, multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, and F-test. The results of the data analysis are known that for X2 t test results obtained tcount (3.286) is greater than ttable (1.984) with df = (n-k), at a significant level = 0.05 (0.05/2 = 0.025). So that tcount ttable then H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between Economic Factor variables on income, while the results of multiple linear regression tests show that Constant (α ) is 0.439, indicating the magnitude of the influence of Social Factors (X1), Economic Factors (X2 ), to Income (Y) meaning that if the independent variable is a constant, (X1, X2, = 0) then the income is 0.438. For the results of the coefficient of determination are Social Factors (X1), Economic Factors (X2) to the dependent variable, namely Income (Y) is 0.744. This means that 74.6% of the dependent variable, namely income, can be explained by the independent variable, namely social factors, economic factors. And the remaining 25.4% of income can be explained by other variables or other factors, here another factor is the selling price. And for the results of the F-test which shows that the Fcount is 84.568 with a sig level. of 0.000. At the level of significant value = 0.05.

Abstract

Soybean became known in Indonesia since the 16th century. Initially, the spread and cultivation of soybeans was on the island of Java, then developed to Bali, Nusa Tenggara and other islands. Soybean is one of the main ingredients in the process of making tofu. Industry can run well because it is influenced by employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of employees in the tofu industry in Durungbedug Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is Descriptive – Quantitative. Using a sample of tofu industry employees, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, to test the hypothesis used the coefficient of determination, F test and T test. The results of data processing, namely the T-test, obtained t count for work discipline of 1.592, motivation of 0.856 and leadership style 2.815. To determine the t table, use the statistical attachment t table, using α = 5%. The procedure for testing the t test is to use a 2-tailed test (a = 5% : 2 = 2.5%), with (df) n-1 or 50-1=49. Then obtained t table 2.009. The results of the multiple linear regression test ???? = 1.608 + ????.328???????? + ????.410???????? + ????.554???????? + ???? namely the leadership style variable (X3) is more dominant in influencing the variable (Y) namely employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.554 . Which is greater than the regression coefficient variable work discipline (X1) and motivation (X3). The results of the F-test show that work discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and leadership style (X3) simultaneously affect employee performance (Y). Where is the calculated F count of 24.362 with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Bukan hanya uang dan dorongan yang penting ketika suatu bisnis ingin menjadi besar. Teknologi, manajemen, dan sistem keuangan yang stabil semuanya sangat penting untuk dipahami oleh para pelaku bisnis. Kerajinan yang terbuat dari tanah liat (pot) dibuat khusus untuk menampung dan menyiapkan makanan. Pelak sering digunakan untuk membuat nasi liwet, sayuran panas, bahkan jamu. Dimensi bergeser tergantung pada tujuan penggunaan. Yang lebih kecil adalah benda yang akan Anda temukan di sebagian besar dapur biasanya untuk wadah ikan atau petis. Kerajinan pelak di desa laren merupakan komoditas kerajinan tanah liat dengan kelembapan tanah yang didapat dari bengawan solo. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat di produksi kerajianan tanah liat Laren Lamongan ini yaitu : 1) pemberdayaan perempuan desa 2) perkembangan kerajinan tanah liat. 3) proses pengembangan pemasarannya 4) proses manajemen produksi 5) Meningkatkan peran aparat desa dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk peningkatan perekonomian. Masyarakat Desa Laren memberdayakan perempuan dan UMKM kerajinan tanah liat di Desa Laren yang berciri khas desa,tujuan peningkatan perekonomian adalah untuk memberi wadah masyarakat perempuan untuk berperan menjadi perempuan yang sejahtera yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerah sekitar, karena masyarakat punya anggapan beragam mengenai kerajinan tanah liat periuk tentang proses produksinya dan proses penjualannya. Teksture tanahnya mengikuti cuaca di daerah sekitar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi Desa Laren memang sebenarnya sangat dekat dengan bengawan solo dan itu menjadi salah satu ciri khas desa Laren dan menjadi patokan sumber mata pencaharian  perempuan di Desa Laren Lamongan. Sebagian besar barang yang diproduksi mencakup dimensi, estetika, dan kualitas yang tidak sama. Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di industri tanah liat tampaknya sebagian besar terfokus pada mempertahankan operasi mereka. Akibat dari permasalahan tersebut, kami para akademisi merasa terpanggil untuk membantu para mitra UMKM di Desa Laren Lamongan Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berada dalam posisi genting untuk berkembang. Seminar pelatihan dengan manajemen pemasaran dan sumber kewirausahaan, serta pendekatan diskusi dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan, adalah solusi yang diusulkan. Hasil pelatihan dan akses pemasaran dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas, oleh karena itu dilakukan juga kegiatan pendampingan dan pemantauan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan produksi perusahaan.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia mendorong tumbuh kembangnya sektor industri dan perdagangan. Hal ini menimbulkan dampak persaingan yang ketat bagi perusahaan dalam kegiatan pemasaran. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok di lingkungan masyarakat, perusahaan mempunyai tujuan ingin meningkatkan volume penjualannyan. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisisa dan menerapkan faktor kekuatan dan peluang yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menetapkan strategi pemasaran tepat guna dengan mempertahankan mutu atau kualitas produk agar konsumen tetap memilih beras medium dibandingkan beras premium Serta metode pendekatan Antara pemasok (petani) dengan pengusaha penggilingan padi.
