Abstract

ABSTRAK Mata pencaharian masyarakat Desa Panggungasri adalah pertanian dan sebagian besar dari mereka memiliki hewan ternak sapi dan kambing. Memiliki ternak memang memberikan manfaat bagi pemiliknya, namun adanya virus penyakit yang mengancam, secara ekonomi dapat merugikan para peternak di desa. Salah satunya yaitu virus Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK). Penyakit ini menular dengan menyerang hewan berkuku belah, baik hewan ternak maupun hewan liar seperti sapi, kerbau, domba, kambing, dan lainnya. Salah satu upaya untuk menangani kasus tersebut adalah dengan sosialisasi mengenai pencegahan PMK di masyarakat. Tujuan sosialisasi ini ialah mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya penanganan dan pencegahan PMK yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi, pemberian informasi berupa edukasi dengan media leaflet dan praktek langsung pada hewan ternak bersama peserta. Parameter keberhasilan kegiatan PkM ini adalah peserta memenuhi target 32 orang. Peserta sosialisasi antusias mengikuti sosialisasi awal akhir acara bahkan mengikuti praktek bersama dokter hewan terhadap ternak yang terkena virus PMK. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan solusi yang baik bagi masyarakat dalam mengantisipasi penyakit PMK sehingga stabilitas ekonomi masyarakat tetap terjaga. ABSTRACTThe livelihood of the people of Panggungasri Village is agriculture and most of them have cattle and goats. Owning livestock does provide benefits for the owner, but the existence of a threatening disease virus can economically harm the farmers in the village. One of them is the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) virus. This disease is transmitted by attacking cloven hoofed animals, both livestock and wild animals such as cows, buffaloes, sheep, goats, and others. One of the efforts to handle this case is by socializing the prevention of FMD in the community. The purpose of this socialization is to educate the public about the importance of proper handling and prevention of FMD. The method used is the socialization method, providing information in the form of education using leaflets and hands-on practice on farm animals with participants. The parameter for the success of this PkM activity is that participants meet the target of 32 people. The socialization participants enthusiastically participated in the socialization at the beginning of the event and even took part in the practice with veterinarians on livestock affected by the FMD virus.

Abstract

This research aims to address a teacher's efforts in dealing with students who experience underachievers in class VII at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri. In this study, the qualitative approach was included in the case study research. Techniques for collecting data include; interviews, observation, and documentation. In the data analysis section, there are several steps: data reduction, data presentation, and then a conclusion is drawn by checking the validity of the data carried out by participation and triangulation. The research findings are: The teacher's efforts in dealing with underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri by identifying problems with underachiever students, the teacher conducts, approaches and directs the underachiever students, the teacher provides the correct pattern of thinking for underachiever students, provides effective learning style in underachiever students, instils a disciplined attitude. Regarding the factors supporting underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri, namely support from the homeroom teacher for class VII underachiever children, other teachers fully support handling underachiever students, and teachers use school facilities and infrastructure as optimally as possible. The inhibiting factors in dealing with underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri are the lack of openness to underachiever students and problems in communication with parents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.
