Abstract

Padamenak Village, located in the Jalaksana District, covers an area of 33.130 hectares and is situated at an altitude of 500-600 meters above sea level, with a tropical climate. It consists of 2 RW (neighborhood units) and 6 RT (community units), divided into two hamlets: Dusun Padaasih and Dusun Padamulya. One of the initiatives for empowering women is the ecoprint craft training, which utilizes natural materials without harmful chemicals. Through this workshop, women are trained to create fabrics, bags, and accessories based on ecoprint, enhancing their skills and economic independence. This program not only enriches the art of handicrafts but also supports a sustainable creative economy.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kebugaran jasmani adalah hal yang penting dimiliki oleh setiap orang, terutama pada siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik, anak dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi saat belajar di sekolah maupun di rumah. Salah satu komponen kebugaran jasmani adalah kekuatan otot. Pelatihan jump rope bermanfaat untuk kekuatan otot. Jump rope adalah program kebugaran terbukti memiliki teknik yang bermanfaat dan keunggulan efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manfaat jump rope training dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai siswa SD. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen one sample population dengan pre and post test. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Cinere 02 dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan sampel 59 siswa. Sebelum pelatihan Jump rope dilakukan pengukuran kekuatan otot. Pelatihan jump rope diberikan selama 5 minggu, setelah itu dilakukan pengukuran kekuatan otot kembali. Hasil: Data dianalisis dengan paired T-test, mean ± SD pre-test laki-laki di dapatkan hasil 42,89 ± 2,564, perempuan 34,83 ± 2,120 . Sedangkan mean ± SD post-test laki-laki 52,00 ± 4,116 perempuaan 38,39 ± 3,040. Dari hasil uji normalitas pre-test dan post-test laki-laki dan perempuan didapatkan nilai p >0,05dan uji hipotesis menggunakan paired T-test didapatkan mean ± SD pre-test 37,29 ± 4,363, post-test 42,54 ± 71,61 dan p= 0,001. Kesimpulan: Latihan jump rope yang selama 5 minggu dapat meningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai siswa SD Negeri Cinere 02. Kata kunci : kebugaran jasmani, kekuatan otot tungkai, latihan jump rope The Effect of Jump Rope Training to Strength of Muscle in Elementary School Students Background: Physical fitness is important for everyone, especially for elementary school students. By having good physical fitness, children can increase concentration while studying at school or home. One component of physical fitness is muscle strength. Jump rope training is beneficial for muscle strength. Jump rope is a fitness program proven to have useful techniques and effective advantages. This research aims to assess the benefits of jump rope training to improve the leg muscle strength of elementary school students. Method: This research method uses a quasi-experimental method with pre and post-test design without a control group. The population of this study was elementary students of Cinere 02 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of samples was 59 students. Before the Jump Rope training, a measurement of muscle strength is carried out. Jump rope training is given for 5 weeks, after which the muscle strength is measured again. Results: Data were obtained and analyzed statistically, the mean ± SD of the male pre-test was 42.89 ± 2.564, female 34.83 ± 2.120. While the mean ± SD post-test for men 52.00 ± 4.116, female 38 38.39 ± 3.040. From the results of normality tests for male and female pre-test and post-test p values> 0.05 and hypothesis testing using paired simple T-tests obtained mean ± SD pre-test 37.29 ± 4.363, post-test 42.54 ± 71.61 and p = 0,000. Conclusion: Jump rope exercise which for 5 weeks can increase leg muscle strength of Cinere 02 Elementary School students and there is a significant increase in leg muscle strength in male students compared to female students.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tuntutan keberhasilan belajar mengajar yang dapat menimbulkan kecemasan akademik pada siswa dengan IQ superior. Kecemasan akademik yang dirasakan oleh siswa IQ superior akan membutuhkan penyelesaian masalah melalui konseling individual yang dilaksanakan oleh guru BK dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan dalam bimbingan dan konseling seperti pendekatan psikoanalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas konseling individual dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis klasik dalam menurunkan kecemasan akademik siswa dengan IQ superior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen designone gruop pretest-posttest populasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII dengan IQ superior, dan sampel terdiri dari 5 siswa dengan kecemasan akademik, dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil yang didapat nilai Significan Asyimp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil (<) dari 0,05 yaitu nilai Significan Asyimp. Sig (2-tailed) yaitu 0,05 berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan maka disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis klasik efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan akademik siswa pada siswa dengan IQ superior. Implikasinya, sekolah dan konselor sebaiknya mempertimbangkan pendekatan ini dalam program konseling untuk membantu siswa mencapai potensi akademik optimal.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah kurangnya keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa.  Hal ini karena, siswa menganggap kegiatan belajar yang dipimpin guru kurang menarik dan memotivasi, sehingga diperlukan adanya peningkatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi untuk siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review sebagai metodenya. Hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh bahwa  peningkatan keterampilan menulis bisa dilakukan dengan pemilihan dalam penggunaan metode, media, teknik, strategi, serta model yang tepat dalam pembelajaran. Adapun faktor yang mengalami rendahnya keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi setelah melalui literature review faktornya berasal dari siswa, berupa kurangnya semangat belajar sehingga memengaruhi nilai keterampilan menulis yang diperolehnya. Faktor lainnya berasal dari pemilihan alat dan bahan pembelajaran oleh guru yang tidak mengikuti standar kemajuan zaman. Cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani masalah rendahnya keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi yaitu menggunakan Penelitian tindakan kelas, yang  dilakukan mulai dari prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Dari review 30 artikel terkait peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi untuk siswa terdapat kesamaan dan perbedaan. Adapun persamaannya yaitu memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Sedangkan perbedaannya terletak dari lokasi dan waktu penelitian, pemilihan metode, media, teknik, strategi, dan model yang bervariasi, serta perolehan nilai akhir dari setiap artikel juga rata-ratanya berbeda.Improving Writing Skills Explanation Text for Students: Systematic Literature ReviewThe problem in this study is the lack of explanatory text writing skills of students. This is because students consider teacher-led learning activities to be less interesting and motivating, so improvements are needed. The purpose of this research is to improve explanatory text writing skills for students. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review approach as the method. The results of the study showed that improving writing skills can be done by selecting the right methods, media, techniques, strategies, and models in learning. The factors that experience low explanatory text writing skills after going through literature review come from students, in the form of a lack of enthusiasm for learning, which affects the value of writing skills obtained. Another factor comes from the selection of learning tools and materials by teachers who do not follow the standards of the times. The way that can be used to deal with the problem of low explanatory text writing skills is to use class action research, which is carried out starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. From the review of 30 articles related to improving explanatory text writing skills for students, there are similarities and differences. The similarities are that they have the goal of improving and the type of class action research. Meanwhile, the difference lies in the location and time of the research, the selection of methods, media, techniques, strategies, and models that vary, and the final score of each article is also different on average.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability and death in Indonesia, especially in the pre-elderly and elderly groups with risk factors for hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and a sedentary lifestyle. This community service program aims to increase public awareness, knowledge, and skills in stroke prevention through health education, physical activity, dietary management, and clean, healthy living behaviors (PHBS). Implementation includes socialization, health counseling, physical activity training, healthy eating support, and optimization of Posbindu and Elderly Posts. The activity results showed increased knowledge among cadres and the elderly about stroke risk factors, increased participation in physical activity, changes in healthy eating behaviors, and greater compliance among the elderly with routine health check-ups. The use of simple technologies, such as WhatsApp groups, gymnastics videos, and applications of the Ministry of Health's Posbindu information system, supports the program's sustainability. The elderly have a moderate stroke risk of 62%, which is the highest risk of stroke. Cadre knowledge increased from 57.5 to 84. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased after interval walking training (IWT). Community-based empowerment through educational approaches, physical exercise, and simple technology has been shown to increase the capacity of people at risk of stroke and to improve health and productivity. It is recommended that this community-based empowerment model be integrated into public health programs on an ongoing basis to expand its impact on stroke prevention and productivity. Keywords: Stroke Risk, Elderly, Education, Physical Activity.
