Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, keragaman produk, dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia (Studi pada Pengguna Tokopedia di Praya). Besar sampel adalah 40 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien beta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,751 < 2,028). Secara parsial keragaman produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,833 < 2,028). secara parsial kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,393 < 2,028). Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan, yang terlihat dari nilai f hitung yang lebih besar dari f tabel (13,550 > 2,870). Hasil uji koefisien beta menunjukkan bahwa keragaman produk merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia sebesar 0,491 atau 49,1%. Nilai R sebesar 50,9% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to test the partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of Brand Association, Brand Awareness, and Perceived Quality on the decision to use Gojek services. The population of this study were undergraduate students of Management at Mataram University. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, with the criteria of undergraduate students of management at Mataram University who had used Gojek transportation more than 2 times. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, T test, F test, beta coefficient test. The results of the T test study obtained that Brand Association had a significant partial effect on the decision to use Gojek services. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.046 <0.05. Perceived Quality had a significant partial effect on the decision to use Gojek services. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. then Brand Awareness did not have a significant partial effect on the decision to use Gojek services. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.613> 0.05. From the F test, the results obtained were that Brand Association, Brand Awareness, and Perceived Quality had a significant simultaneous effect on the decision to use Gojek services. seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value and f table of 23.643 > 2.92. From the beta coefficient test, the most dominant value was obtained, namely Perceived Quality of 0.460.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs faces challenges in preparing financial reports due to a lack of basic understanding of financial record-keeping, weak awareness of the importance of good bookkeeping or financial management, and limited information on good financial governance. Based on these conditions, this activity was designed in the form of structured counseling and mentoring regarding simple financial record-keeping and report preparation by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This training/mentoring activity on preparing simple financial reports can increase the understanding of Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSME actors about the importance of regularly recording every financial transaction based on valid evidence, as a basis for preparing daily and periodic financial reports by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This activity also successfully raised awareness of the importance of good, neat, and sustainable financial administration governance, as one of the important foundations for business sustainability. It is hoped that MSME actors will be disciplined in implementing good financial administration governance practices, which will have a positive impact on operational efficiency and better decision-making, so that the business can survive and even continue to grow.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and consumption patterns on the investment choices of the millennial generation in the city of Mataram, both partially and simultaneously. The millennial generation is a productive age group that plays a strategic role in economic development but often faces challenges in financial management and long-term investment planning. The approach used is explanatory associative quantitative with purposive sampling technique on 100 millennial respondents aged 25 to 44 years. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results of the data analysis show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity, and there is no multicollinearity. Partially, financial literacy and consumption patterns each influence investment choices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, both variables significantly influence millennials' investment choices. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy and controlling consumption behavior in shaping rational and sustainable investment habits among the younger generation, particularly in urban areas like Mataram City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel Komunikasi dan Kepribadian terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat pada pelayanan publik Kantor Desa Dasan Geria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden, Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variable komunikasi dengan kepuasan masyarakat yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,822  > 2,012); terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kepribadian terhadap kepuasan masyarakat yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,307 > 2,012); dan terdapat berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel komunikasi dan kepribadian terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dilihat dari nilai f hitung > f tabel (46,669 > 3,195); dan dilihat dari koefesien beta (β) bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan adalah variabel komunikasi. Besarnya sumbangan efektif (R Square) untuk masing-masing varibel komunikasi dan kepribadian terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat. Sebesar 66,5% sisanya sebesar 33,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.
