Abstract

Banyak remaja yang terjerumus dalam perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi sehat. Selama ini, sebagian masyarakat merasa takut untuk membicarakan tentang masalah menstruasi dalam keluarga, sehingga remaja kurang memiliki pengetahuan sikap yang cukup baik tentang perubahan fisik dan psikologis terkait masalah menarche. Remaja putri yang pengetahuannya kurang tentang menarche mengatakan timbul perasaan negatif cemas, takut, malu dan bingung ketika mereka menghadapi menarche. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang menstruasi dengan kesiapan menghadapi menarche di SD Negeri 187 Maluku Tengah tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study Tekhnik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 33 yang berumur 9-11 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas (>0,388) dan reliabilitas (0,789). Analisa data chi-square test. Hasil uji statistic menunjukan nilai p value = 0,036 pada Hubungan Pengetahuan Remaja Putri Dengan Kesiapan Menghadapi Menarche. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan nilai p value = 0.001 pada Hubungan Sikap Remaja Putri dengan Kesiapan Menghadapi Menarche. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putrid tentang menstruasi dengan kesiapan menghadapi menarche.

Abstract

Mengatur jarak kehamilan dapat mencegah angka kematian ibu dan angka kematian bayi. Anjuran BKKBN agar pasangan usia subur menunda kehamilan selama masa pandemi covid 19. Hamil di masa pandemi juga dinilai berisiko karena banyak fasilitas kesehatan dipenuhi oleh pasien Covid-19 sehingga bisa menimbulkan kecemasan berlebihan pada ibu. Kurangnya minat ibu untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi IUD di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling KB IUD terhadap Sikap dan Minat calon akseptor KB di Puskesmas Melai Kecamatan Murhum Kota Bau Bau. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian quasi experimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu Nifas di Puskesmas Melai Kecamatan Murhum Kota Bau Bau sebanyak 55 Orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang dengan Teknik pngambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan uji statistik menggunakan uji Nonparametric Wilcoxon Test. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Rank Test diperoleh Sikap dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000  dan minat nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05) artinya ada pengaruh pemberian konseling KB IUD terhadap peningkatan Sikap dan minat calon akseptor KB di Puskesmas Melai Kecamatan Murhum Kota Bau Bau. Diharapkan kepada ibu yang telah memiliki Sikap positif agar kiranya menggunakan KB IUD untuk menekan kehamilan dan persalinan sebagai upaya penurunan kematian ibu dan bayi. Serta diharapkan keluarga ibu terutama suami untuk selalu memberikan dukungan dan motivasi agar semakin menguatkan minatnya untuk menggunakan KB IUD.

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is still a priority health problem in Indonesia, and around 1.5 M people experience TB resistance where the treatment rate is only 38% in 2019 and the global TB treatment rate is only 57% successful, resistant TB costs a lot, is difficult treated so that it becomes a priority for global TB control programs. The high burden of disease and treatment for patients, poor recovery, mortality, and high mortality lead to distress for patients, families, and caregivers. This study aims to determine the success of the program, program achievements include detection rates, conversion rates, cure rates and cross checks, as well as management of human resources and facilities in implementation, as well as obstacles to pulmonary TB disease control programs in Pangkep Regency, the research method used is descriptive to obtain an overview of the P2TB Pulmonary Program in Pangkep Regency. Based on the results of the evaluation of the P2TB program at the community health centers, when viewed from the input aspect, the process is still not in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines, the detection of positive smear patients does not reach the target, the cure rate is low below the national target, the error rate is unknown because no cross check is carried out, so it is necessary to have officer training and refreshing courses for laboratory staff, carry out cross checks and cross-program collaboration and PMO guidance, and there is a need for screening activities in areas where there are many sufferers.

Abstract

Education is one way that can be used to increase one's knowledge. Education can be given in various fields, including health. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health Education on increasing the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of elderly people with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area in 2023. This type of research used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design study with pre-test and post-test design treatment, while the population was patients 90 people who suffer from hypertension at the Pangkajene Health Center use total sampling. The results of this study used the Wilcoxon test analysis. Knowledge was -8.132 and a significant value was 0.000 (p<0.05), Attitude was -8165 and a significant value was 0.000 (p<0.05), and Behavior was -8267 and a significant value was 0.000 ( p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the results of the Health Education pretest and posttest on the attitudes of the elderly with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Health Education on the attitude of the elderly who experience hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. The conclusion of the study showed that there was an effect of Health Education on the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of elderly people with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. it is expected that the puskesmas will carry out home care because elderly people with hypertension cannot carry out health checks because there is no family to take them to health services because they are busy with their daily activities.
