Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Ta’dibul Ummah Foundation Bogor. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 6.725 + 0.839X1, The coefficient of determination was 33.2%. Hypothesis test obtained value of t count > t table or (5,176 > 2,004). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 15,406 + 0.658X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 33.7%. Hypothesis test obtained value of t count > t table or (5,244> 2,004). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 3.176 + 0.509X1 + 0.411X2. The coefficient of determination is 41.2% while the remaining 58.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (18,549 > 3.172 ) Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between organizational culture and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ta’dibul Ummah Foundation Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan para pegawai sebagai sample dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang, dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 24 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai thitung 4,674 > ttabel 2,007 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Demikian pula, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai, dengan nilai thitung 5,881 > ttabel 2,007 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 18,686 > Ftabel 3,175 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y = 15,147 + 0,168X1 + 0,450X2, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan,  motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,533 > 1,984). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,1%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,499 > 1,984). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,1%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,597 > 1,984). Pelatihan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,746 + 0,243X1 + 0,304X2 + 0,370X3. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (39,934 > 2,470).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and compensation on employee job satisfaction and performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) DKI Jakarta Branch. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance with a value of 76.7%. Organizational culture contributes significantly to job satisfaction by 86.8%, but does not directly affect performance. Compensation is proven to influence employee performance by 25.9%, although it does not significantly affect job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction does not have a direct influence on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve transformational leadership and a conducive organizational culture to improve employee performance at BSI. This study contributes to the understanding of factors that influence job performance and satisfaction, and provides suggestions for better human resource management in the future.
