Abstract

Untung Jawa Village, DKI Jakarta is one of the tourist destinations of both local and international tourists in the Administrative District of the Thousand Islands District. As a tourist attraction, Untung Jawa Island cannot be separated from the problem of garbage or waste, one of which is the waste is in the form of a plastic bottle for drinks. The Industrial Engineering Study Program, Pamulang University, in its Community Service activities, carries out the activities of utilizing plastic bottles to become science learning media or interactive science in the form of water rocket props. The water rocket props not only enhance the understanding of scientific phenomena related to Newton's Law but can also open up opportunities for students to take part in regional, national and international water rocket competitions. Untung Jawa Village Community, Untung Jawa residents of DKI Jakarta who participated in the program of developing plastic bottle waste utilization as many as 45 participants and gave positive responses to interactive science learning media as many as 30 participants (66%), interested in regional competitions 26 participants (58%), interested international competition 15 participants (33%), and interested in applying the science learning media + competition 9 participants (20%)Keywords: plastic bottle waste, science learning media, water rocket

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. Besides playing a role in economic growth, it also plays a role in employment. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in 2018 the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is 64,194,057, while the absorption of MSME workers is 116,978,631. The number of MSMEs in South Tangerang City according to the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in South Tangerang City is 26,700. Covid-19 began to hit Indonesia in February 2020. Covid-19 was not just a health disaster, it also caused chaos in the economic sector, not only large industries that were exposed, it also included MSMEs in Indonesia. Efforts should be made to help MSMEs to recover and increase their business activities so that productivity and turnover will gradually increase again. To that end, the Community Service Team (PKM) of the Industrial Engineering Study Program of the University of Pamulang (UNPAM) consisting of Lecturers and Students helps MSMEs principals especially in Serpong Village, Setu District, South Tangerang City. In carrying out its business, SMEs are expected to implement seven tips for success in business and must be able to see opportunities and challenges going forward besides the need to understand the tin main problem in the business.

Abstract

PT.Triharja Jasa Utama merupakan perusahaan kecil menengah (UKM) dalam bidang konstruksi yang menurut undang-undang yang berlaku, dalam melakukan kegiatannya wajib menerapkan keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).  Perusahaan merasa bahwa untk meningkatkan kinerja safety perlu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dalam pembuatan rencana K3. Untuk ikut berperanserta dalam penanggulangan masalah tersebut tim kami mengadakan penyuluhan terhadap karyawan yang dipilih dalam pembuatan rencana keselamatan kerja yang secara umum bertujuan membantu pelaku usaha kontruksi PT. Triharja Jasa Utama dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi saat ini.  Menselaraskan dengan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini, dipilih metoda penyuluhan secara on-line disamping untuk mengikutsertakan karyawan sebanyak mungkin juga mereka dapat mengikuti penyuluhan tanpa meninggalkan tempat kerja. Peserta penyuluhan diberikan pengetahuan dalam mengidentifikasi secara terukur tingkat resiko setiap tahapan kegiatan kontruksi yang berdampak terhadap karyawan, inventaris perusahaan, lingkungan alam dan lingkungan sosial. Kemudian dari kegiatan yang mempunyai angka tingkat risiko yang paling tinggi dapat ditentukan sebagai  prioritas utama  dalam upaya pengendalian K3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat rancangan perhitungan harga pokok produksi berbasis excel pada obyek penelitian yaitu UMKM Ajiebb Boga Raya dengan metode full costing. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan perancangan sistem perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan excel adapun tahapan penelitian: 1) Merancang laporan harga pokok produksi berbasis excel, 2) Melakukan perbandingan hasil rancangan dengan yang digunakan obyek penelitian dan 3) Melakukan analisis hasil dari perbandingan. Hasil penelitian adalah perancangan laporan harga pokok produksi metode full costing dengan perhitungan yang sistematis dan lebih informatif, dari 4 penyajian yang dimiliki UMKM bertambah menjadi 13 penyajian laporan.

Abstract

The success of a project is very dependent on the planning and control in its implementation. Improper planning and inefficient control will cause delays and increase project costs. Yayasan Cahaya Pena Emas will build a Masjid dan Pesantren Usia Emas located in Jonggol, Bogor Regency with funding from the community in the form of endowments. So that in the implementation of the project there are no problems, especially those related to time or duration, a tool is needed in the form of scheduling for planning and controlling. In this research, the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) methods will be used. With this method, the Yayasan Cahaya Pena Emas can be assisted in determining critical activities and determining the estimated time to complete the project. From the research results of the two methods, the CPM and PERT methods obtained the critical path on activities A - B - C - D - E - F and N and the duration obtained by the CPM method obtained results of 32 months, while the PERT method obtained the completion duration 33.83 months. It is hoped that the results of this reserach can be used as a guide in project management and it can be known when the pesantren usia emas can start operating.
