Abstract

CV. Zai Berkat Mandiri Cooperative is an economic entity actively supporting the community in economic matters and achieving social prosperity. This study aims to evaluate the enhancement of service standards through the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) techniques at CV. Zai Berkat Mandiri Cooperative. The QFD method is used to identify the actual needs of customers and link them with the cooperative's internal processes. This research involves the analysis of primary data by distributing a preliminary questionnaire (pretest) to 85 respondents. The study results indicate high needs but low customer satisfaction in factors such as the comfort of the waiting area (65%), the layout and tidiness of the waiting area and the arrangement of places used by customers (69%), services to customers based on the received queue number (68%), parking area security (65%), and the attentiveness of customer service (66%). There is a gap between customer expectations and the services provided. The cooperative is advised to improve service quality by enhancing the comfort of the waiting area, parking area security, and customer service attentiveness. The findings of this study are expected to assist other cooperatives in strengthening their position in a competitive market through internal process changes, employee training, and improvement of other facilities.

Abstract

Dalam konteks lingkungan kerja kantor modern, postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis seringkali menjadi faktor kesehatan yang terabaikan. Sebagian besar karyawan kantor mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat dari postur duduk yang buruk selama berjam-jam. Oleh karena itu, identifikasi penyebab dan implementasi solusi perbaikan menjadi hal yang esensial. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menerapkan serta menilai keefektifan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) sebagai alat analisis postur kerja yang inovatif bagi pekerja kantor. Metode ROSA dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengidentifikasi faktor risiko terkait dengan Gangguan Muskuloskeletal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 pekerja dengan skor akhir 8, 7 pekerja dengan skor akhir 7, dan 1 pekerja dengan skor akhir 6, semuanya berisiko tinggi dan memerlukan tindakan perbaikan. Penyebab utama risiko tinggi ini adalah fasilitas kerja yang belum mendukung, yang mengurangi kenyamanan selama bekerja, dan kurangnya kesadaran pekerja mengenai pentingnya ergonomi dalam bekerja. Solusi yang diimplementasikan meliputi pembaruan fasilitas, penerapan prinsip ergonomi, serta pelatihan dan sosialisasi tentang ergonomi kantor kepada para pekerja.

Abstract

Each company wants to improve the efficiency of the production process so that it can compete in terms of price and quality with other companies. The company that is the object of this research is engaged in electronics manufacturing. The problem that occurs is the difference in production results between the company's target and the reality that occurs, with an indication of a decrease in the effectiveness of production machines. The highest reduction in machine effectiveness occurred in primary winding machines. The purpose of this research is to measure the value of the effectiveness of the primary rolling machine using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method and six big losses. Furthermore, to analyze the factors that are the main priority as a basis for improvement proposals to increase production efficiency using a causal diagram. In the calculation, OEE measures effectiveness with 3 points of view, namely availability, performance, and quality. To determine the decrease in machine effectiveness, the six big losses method was used. The results showed that the average effectiveness level of the primary rolling machine during the study period was 80.7%, with an average value of 97.75% availability, 68.15% performance, and 99.65% quality. Meanwhile, the one that most affected the decrease in the effectiveness of the primary rolling machine was reduced speed losses.

Abstract

In the modern industrial era, waste management becomes a crucial aspect that not only impacts the environment but also occupational safety and health (OSH) in the workplace. The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) area represents a critical zone that requires special attention regarding risk management and the potential hazards that may arise. The potential OSH hazards in the WWTP area include electric shock, poisoning, skin irritation, eye irritation, respiratory distress, and slipping. This study aims to explore the application of HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) as a tool for identifying, assessing, and managing risks in the WWTP area. The implementation of HAZOP is considered an effective strategy for reducing the potential OSH hazards in the WWTP area. HAZOP, which is one of the most widely recognized risk and safety analysis techniques, allows for the systematic identification of potential hazards as well as operational deviations that may occur in the wastewater treatment process. The findings of this study indicate that the level of OSH risk in the WWTP area is high at 55%, medium risk at 20%, and low risk at 25%. Keywords: HAZOP, OHS Hazard Potential, WWTP

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of Brand Image, service quality, and Customer Relationship Management on customer trust in private universities in Banten. The type of research used is descriptive survey research and explanatory research with verification methods. The study population was students from five universities in Banten, with the most significant number of students in South Tangerang; in this study, the sample size is determined in the form of statistical tests that will be used as a model of structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while the determination of the minimum number of samples in this study is to use the Slovin formula according to Sevilla, 1998—a selection of 354 respondents. Questionnaires collected data. The Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM) and its tools using Lisrel 8.80. The results revealed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on customer trust, and Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on customer trust.

Abstract

In facing this globalization Era, the wheel of educational competition must be designed in such a way that the educational process can go hand in hand with the development of advanced technology. many potential residents of Banten who will continue their education to college. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of Brand Image, service quality, and Customer Relationship Management on word of mouth in private universities in Banten. In this study the sample size is determined in the form of statistical tests that will be used is a model of structural Equation Modeling (SEM). the sample in this study was as many as 354 student respondents from 5 private universities in Banten province, while the population in this study was 32,637 students. The sampling method used in this study is to use probability sampling. Questionnaires collected data. The Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM) and its tools using Lisrel 8.80. The results revealed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on word of mouth, and Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesesuaian antara ekspektasi pelanggan dengan persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh minimarket, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi atribut-atribut layanan yang memerlukan peningkatan kualitas serta atribut yang kinerjanya sudah sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dan patut dipertahankan. Sebanyak 100 responden dipilih secara purposive sampling dan diminta untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap 50 atribut layanan melalui instrumen kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menghitung Tingkat Kesesuaian Indeks (Tki) dan memetakan setiap atribut ke dalam empat kuadran dalam kerangka IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 15 dari 50 atribut layanan tergolong dalam kuadran Concentrate Here, yang menandakan bahwa atribut-atribut tersebut memiliki tingkat kepentingan tinggi namun performanya masih rendah, sehingga menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki. Di sisi lain, sebanyak 14 atribut masuk ke dalam kuadran Keep Up the Good Work, yang mencerminkan bahwa minimarket telah memberikan layanan dengan kualitas baik dan sesuai harapan pelanggan, sehingga keberlanjutannya perlu dijaga. Sisa atribut tersebar pada kuadran Low Priority dan Possible Overkill, yang mengisyaratkan adanya peluang untuk efisiensi dalam alokasi sumber daya tanpa mengorbankan kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, studi ini merekomendasikan agar manajemen minimarket memfokuskan upaya perbaikan pada atribut-atribut yang dianggap penting namun belum memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan, sekaligus mempertahankan kinerja atribut yang telah berjalan optimal. Diharapkan, strategi tersebut dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan secara menyeluruh serta mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Untung Jawa Village, DKI Jakarta is one of the tourist destinations of both local and international tourists in the Administrative District of the Thousand Islands District. As a tourist attraction, Untung Jawa Island cannot be separated from the problem of garbage or waste, one of which is the waste is in the form of a plastic bottle for drinks. The Industrial Engineering Study Program, Pamulang University, in its Community Service activities, carries out the activities of utilizing plastic bottles to become science learning media or interactive science in the form of water rocket props. The water rocket props not only enhance the understanding of scientific phenomena related to Newton's Law but can also open up opportunities for students to take part in regional, national and international water rocket competitions. Untung Jawa Village Community, Untung Jawa residents of DKI Jakarta who participated in the program of developing plastic bottle waste utilization as many as 45 participants and gave positive responses to interactive science learning media as many as 30 participants (66%), interested in regional competitions 26 participants (58%), interested international competition 15 participants (33%), and interested in applying the science learning media + competition 9 participants (20%)Keywords: plastic bottle waste, science learning media, water rocket

Abstract

Indonesia is still struggling against the Corona virus to date, the number of cases of the Corona virus continues to grow with several reports of recovery, but not a few who died. This PKM activity was carried out in Central Java province which included 10 provinces with the most cases of COVID-19. This PKM activity is precisely carried out in Kalitorong village, Randudongkal sub-district, Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The problem that will be solved in this activity is how to break the distribution chain of COVID-19. The method that will be used in this community service is through online counseling, discussion and simulation activities, with materials to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and Hand Sanitizer Product Design. The result is to look at the results of the questionnaire respondents who are very understanding 11 people or 45.83%, understand 12 people or 50%, lack of understanding 1 person or 4.17%, meaning that respondents can make hand sanitizer products and can be developed as business products and as a prevention of the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan cedera mata akibat paparan produk cair di lingkungan industri farmasi, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Data terkait kecelakaan kerja diperoleh melalui analisis laporan insiden, wawancara mendalam, serta observasi langsung di sebuah perusahaan farmasi yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa cedera pada mata merupakan jenis kecelakaan kerja yang paling sering terjadi, dengan total 8 kasus yang tercatat, melebihi jumlah insiden kecelakaan lainnya. Melalui penerapan metode FTA, teridentifikasi 11 basic event yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan tersebut. Faktor-faktor utama yang menjadi pemicu antara lain ketidakpatuhan dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), kurangnya pelatihan keselamatan kerja yang berkelanjutan, kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak memenuhi standar keselamatan, serta lemahnya implementasi kebijakan K3 di tingkat manajerial. Hasil analisis Minimal Cut Set mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi antara perilaku tidak aman dari pekerja dan ketidakefisienan kebijakan manajemen menjadi penyebab kritis terjadinya insiden. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, strategi pencegahan diarahkan pada peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap penggunaan APD, pelaksanaan pelatihan keselamatan secara berkala, serta penguatan sistem pengawasan K3. Pendekatan FTA terbukti memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengidentifikasi akar penyebab kecelakaan, sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar untuk merancang program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang lebih terarah dan efektif.
