Abstract

Matano Village has great potential in the agricultural sector, especially pepper production, as well as tourism potential that has been recognized nationally. This article discusses the development of a prototype of the Matano Village Information System, called Smartano, as a digital solution to integrate pepper agricultural product marketing and village tourism promotion. This system is designed to provide support for the local community in increasing the competitiveness of pepper products in the market and optimizing the tourism potential of Matano Village through an information technology-based approach.

Abstract

In an effort to enhance promotion at the Universitas Sembilanbelas November (USN) Kolaka, an Augmented Reality (AR) application has been developed incorporating the smart campus concept. This application is designed to provide interactive 3D visualizations of campus facilities, allowing prospective students and visitors to explore the infrastructure virtually. It has undergone extensive black box testing across various devices, demonstrating high technical reliability with key functionalities operating stably. Media expert evaluations gave an average score of 4.9, reflecting a very high level of satisfaction with its design and functionality. Moreover, a usability evaluation conducted with students noted that 80% of them rated it as excellent, describing the application as user-friendly and engaging. This success underscores the potential of AR applications in enriching campus experiences, reinforcing USN Kolaka's image as a modern and technologically adaptive educational institution, and opening opportunities for its use in broader campus promotion and marketing efforts.

Abstract

Koperasi pada umumnya memiliki masalah pada manajerial dan partisipasi anggota yang kurang aktif. Sementara hidup matinya koperasi tergantung partisipasi keseluruhan anggotanya. Koperasi mahasiswa merupakan sebuah koperasi yang berisikan para mahasiswa milenial yang tentunya memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mempelajari sesuatu dan mengaplikasikannya. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perkoperasian para anggota koperasi mahasiswa sehingga partisipasi mereka semakin baik lagi dalam berkoperasi. Untuk itu Pendidikan dasar koperasi dirasa sangat perlu diberikan kepada anggota koperasi mahasiswa agar dapat memahami lebih jauh lagi terkait dengan perkoperasian sehingga dengan begitu partisipasinya dalam koperasi dapat meningkat. Kegiatan Pendidikan dasar koperasi ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari dengan menggunakan metode ceramah serta tanya jawab. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini terlihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan perkoperasian para anggota yang dilihat dari hasil evaluasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk games kelompok

Abstract

Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka) memiliki beberapa jenis Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) sebagai sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat dan kreatifitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan permasalahan belum terkomputerisasinya pendataan UKM yang ada di USN Kolaka. Seperti dalam pendaftaran anggota barupun masih menggunakan formulir kertas yang rawan hilang dan rusak. Berdasarkan permasalah yang ditemukan maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi UKM yang ada di USN Kolaka. Kemudian untuk menilai kelayakan sistemnya digunakan metode PIECES. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dibangun terbebas dari kesalahan program hal itu diketahui dari menggunakan metode black box testing. Kesimpulan selanjutnya adalah Berdasarkan analisis metode PIECES terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem informasi UKM USN Kolaka. Untuk variabel performance, information, economic, control, efficiency dan services. Maka dalam tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk masing-masing indikator yaitu indikator performance memperoleh nilai 4,10 dengan kategori Baik, information, economy, control, efficiency, dan services masing-masing mendapat nilai secara berututan 4,13, 4,18, 3,97, 4,19, dan 4,17. Ke lima variabel tersebut mendapatkan kategori Baik.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a website-based Education Development Contribution (SPP) payment information system at SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga using the Waterfall method. The general problem faced is the management of conventional SPP payments which is inefficient, prone to errors, and lacks transparency. In particular, SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga experienced difficulties in manually recording SPP payments which resulted in data accumulation, loss of payment cards, and errors in presenting reports. Needs analysis was carried out through interviews and observations with related parties, resulting in functional requirements such as student data management, SPP bill management, printing proof of payment, and payment reports that can be accessed by the school principal. Coding is done using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a MySQL database. The WhiteBox test results show that this system is free from errors with cyclomatic complexity, region and independent path values ​​of 52. A total of 14 flowgraphs received good validation. User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing with 36 respondents, including treasurers, school principals and students, showed positive results with a final score of 64%, indicating this system is good and feasible to implement. Implementation of this system increases efficiency and transparency in managing SPP payments, as well as making access to information easier for students and schools. Challenges in user adaptation to new systems can be overcome with intensive training. This research proves that information technology can provide an effective solution in managing SPP payments and can be used as a model for other schools that face similar challenges.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the challenges faced by village administrations in managing public services that remain highly manual, inefficient, and prone to errors. This study aims to design an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Village Information System to improve administrative efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach through requirement analysis, system design, prototype development, integration of an AI Generative Model and a Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbot, followed by functional testing using the Black-box method and usability evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that functional testing achieved a 95% pass rate and the SUS evaluation scored 87.0, placing the system in the “Excellent” category. These findings indicate that the system effectively automates document creation, validates citizen data, and supports interactive services through an NLP-based chatbot. The study contributes to the modernization of digital village governance in Indonesia by demonstrating how AI integration can reduce administrative workload, minimize errors, and enhance service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk digitalisasi data alumni dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan data alumni Fakultas Teknik Komputer Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo (FTKOM UNCP) dalam bentuk website. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak kampus FTKOM UNCP didapatkan permasalahan setelah lulus sulit mendapatkan data atau informasi tentang alumni, dan komunikasi antar alumni kurang baik, sehingga menyulitkan pihak FTKOM UNCP dalam menyebarkan informasi terkait dengan kebutuhan kampus seperti informasi tracer study, lowongan kerja, mitra kampus dan lain-lain. diperlukan inovasi untuk membantu mengatasi masalah sulit mendapatkan data atau informasi tentang alumni, dan komunikasi antar alumni kurang baik. Inovasi tersebut berupa digitalisasi data alumni berbasis website sehingga dengan adanya digitalisasi tersebut, pendataan Alumni FTKOM UNCP ini alumni dapat bertukar informas dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik sesama alumni maupun terhadap pihak FTKOM UNCP. Penelitian ini berhasil membuat aplikasi data alumni pada FTKOM UNCP. Website yang telah dibuat diharapkan bisa memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pengelola dan alumni. Peneliti mengharapkan untuk proses penggunaan jangka panjang maka diperlukan aspek pemeliharaan agar sistem dapat terus digunakan.

Abstract

To support the roadmap for coexistence with Covid-19, contactless biometrics is needed as an individual identity verification technology in daily activities such as control systems, recording attendance at offices/schools/agencies and access rights to a room. An example of contactless biometrics is palm vein-based biometrics. Because it is contactless, this biometric system does not require direct contact between the user and the sensor device, providing several advantages in terms of comfort during acquisition and is more hygienic. In the palm vein recognition system, the palm vein pattern can be considered as a texture feature. Therefore, this study proposes a contactless biometric system based on palm vein recognition using the Local Line Binary Pattern method to extract texture features of palm vein images resulting from the decomposition of the 2D Wavelet Transformation, so as to produce a small texture descriptor that is compatible with the texture characteristics of thin veins. The proposed texture feature extraction method has been tested using the fuzzy k-NN classification method on 600 palm images with a CRR accuracy of 95.0% with a computation time of 0.057 seconds.

and minimizing the impact of storms and waves that occur every year. This effort is carried out in a soft structure through mangrove planting. Apart from that, this activity also aims to strengthen the capacity of the Tahoa Village community regarding the importance of the mangrove ecosystem in protecting the coastal environment from storms and waves. The mangrove seeds selected were of the Rhizophora mucronata type. The choice of this type is based on the nature of this type of mangrove which is quite tolerant and adaptive to changes in environmental conditions. Apart from that, the selected mangrove seeds also have criteria that are ready for planting, including having a number of leaves ?4, being fertile, not diseased and not deformed/broken. The mangrove planting activity involved the Tahoa Village community and the Tahoa Village Mangrove Activist Group. Apart from that, this mangrove planting activity also involved the entire USN Kolaka Academic Community. The evaluation activity on the results of mangrove planting was carried out 2 months after the planting activity by taking into account several factors, including seedlings that might have broken roots during the transportation process from Kendari to Kolaka, as well as uncontrolled sea wave conditions. For this reason, mangrove replanting was carried out on several dead mangrove seedlings.

Abstract

Digital libraries (digital libraries) or also known as electronic libraries (e-libraries) are introduced with the advantage of providing collections in electronic form that can be accessed by users without limitations of place and time by using electronic media such as computers, laptops or gadgets connected to computers. The E-Library information system for areas without a signal at SMPN Satap 1 Kolaka Utara is a data processing system that is enabled to process new member registration data, visit data processing, transaction data processing, book data processing, and fine processing. The research method uses the method of literature study, observation, interviews, and the system development method uses the waterfall. The analysis and design tools used are data flow diagrams (DFD) and database design using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), the programming language used is hypertext preprocessor (PHP), and the database uses MySQL. The test method uses Blackbox and UAT testing. From the results of the discussion in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that the E-Library information system for areas without a signal at SMPN Satap 1 Kolaka makes it easy for members to read books offline and makes it easier to manage book data and borrow books.
