Abstract

The phenomenon of motorcycle gangs and disrespectful acts among teenagers is one of the social issues that can interfere with the growth of character, security, and the future of young people. Teenagers are an age group who are looking for identity and are easily affected by a bad environment, such as joining a motorcycle gang, using social media incorrectly, fighting, being insulted, and doing actions that are not in accordance with good values. Therefore, it is necessary to make prevention efforts by providing socialization that can increase awareness and understanding of adolescents about the adverse effects of these behaviors. Socialization activities conducted to the students of in  Medan aims to provide an understanding of the dangers of motorcycle gangs and juvenile delinquency. This activity also aims to instill the value of discipline, responsibility, and form positive characters for students. Activities are carried out by providing material, actively discussing, watching explanatory videos, and conducting question and answer sessions. The material covered includes understanding and various types of juvenile delinquency, the causes that make teenagers involved in motorcycle gangs, legal and social impacts that occur, as well as ways to build good and beneficial relationships. The results showed an increase in participants ' understanding of the risks and consequences of involvement in motorcycle gangs and juvenile delinquent behavior. In addition, participants showed a more positive attitude towards the importance of maintaining relationships, obeying social norms, and developing their potential through useful activities. This activity is expected to be one of the preventive measures in forming a young generation with character, achievement, and free from negative environmental influences

Abstract

This article aims to examine persuasive communication strategies used by property agents in increasing consumer buying interest. This study uses a qualitative approach to the literature study method through the review of books and academic publications that are relevant to persuasive communication, marketing communication, the role of property agents, and consumer buying interests. The results show that persuasive communication has an important role in influencing consumer attitudes, perceptions, and purchasing interests in the property sector involving high transaction value and long-term decisions. Effective persuasive communication strategies include interpersonal approaches, clear and transparent delivery of information, tailoring messages to consumer needs, and building trust between agents and consumers. The strategy is able to reduce consumer doubts and strengthen confidence in purchasing decision making. This article concludes that persuasive communication strategies are an important factor in increasing consumer buying interest as well as building long-term relationships in property marketing

Abstract

Mengetahui strategi komunikasi pembangunan yang digunakan dalam pemberdayaan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas rumah layak huni sebagai impelmentasi program BSPS di Desa Karang Sari Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun (2) untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program BSPS di Desa Karang Sari Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Berlokasi di Desa Karang Sari Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah tiga belas orang, terdiri dari tiga orang fasilitator, PPK BSPS, Kordinator Kabuapten dan Ketua Tim Verifikasi Wilayah I sebagai perwakilan dari tim BSPS, empat orang masyarakat penerima bantuan yang menjalankan program BSPS dan tiga orang dari masyarakat yang tidak mendapat bantuan. Teknik pengambilan data melalui proses wawancara menggunakan panduan wawancara (semi terstruktur), observasi dan penelusuran dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman, dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pembangunan sebagai implementasi program BSPS berhasil terlaksana dengan adanya kebijakan yang dijalankan bersama dengan komunikasi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, sehingga implementasi program BSPS berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkompenten. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program ini adalah pembangunan yang belum selesai pada waktunya karena penerima bantuan tidak menyadari pentingnya kerja sama dan komunikasi dalam pembangunan.
