Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Wafdullah Tamu Mulia Cabang Bengkulu adalah mengenai semakin meningkatnya persaingan diantara penyedia layanan umrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi diferensiasi produk umroh yang diterapkan oleh PT. Wafdullah Tamu Mulia Cabang Bengkulu dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di industri travel umroh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menerapkan strategi diferensiasi melalui variasi produk umroh, peningkatan kualitas layanan, penggunaan media digital, serta penguatan sumber daya manusia. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dengan meningkatnya jumlah jamaah setiap tahun sejak cabang dibuka. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada kuadran I, yang mengindikasikan posisi strategis untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang secara optimal melalui strategi agresif (SO). Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya inovasi dan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dalam mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif di sektor perjalanan ibadah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social responsibility. business characteristics, religiosity on increasing z-mart business turnover, Z-Mart Program is a productive zakat program held by BAZNAS to empower mustahik through the provision of business capital and entrepreneurship training. The purpose of this research is economic empowerment in the form of developing stalls / shops owned by mustahik with a micro to small scale to overcome poverty and turn mustahik into muzaki. This research uses quantitative methods of data collected through distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 50 people who met the criteria, namely mustahik beneficiaries of the z-mart program. Hypotheses are formulated or tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of social responsibility, business characteristics, religiosity on increasing z-mart business turnover. Amounted to 0.656 which means 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model that have not been studied.

Abstract

Purpose:This study aims to analyze the role of social communication in increasing the adoption of the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) application to support the effectiveness of services at the Pegadaian Syariah Bengkulu Branch. The low use of the PSDS application by customers is the reason for the importance of this study, it is hoped that the results can provide recommendations for more effective communication strategies. Methodology:This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with 10 informants (employees and customers), and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the help of Atlas.ti software for thematic coding and interpretation. Results: The findings show that direct interaction between employees and customers is the most effective communication channel compared to social media. The PSDS application has been proven to increase service efficiency, but still faces obstacles such as system errors and limited understanding of technology by customers. Findings:Social communication strategies can increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of applications. Recommendations from the social environment also play an important role. Novelty:This study combines social communication analysis and the use of Atlas.ti software to reveal the effectiveness of sharia-based digital services. Originality:This study provides a new perspective on the importance of a social communication approach in driving the adoption of digital financial services at the local level. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to comprehensively analyze the socio-economic implications of declining papaya prices on the livelihoods of farmers in Manggilan Village, Pendopo District. Method: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through field research involving direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data were systematically analyzed using Atlas.ti, a qualitative data analysis software, to extract key themes and generate coding patterns. Results: The findings indicate that low papaya prices significantly undermine farmers’ income, weaken household resilience, and adversely affect their social welfare. Several consequences were identified, including diminished financial capacity, disrupted consumption and savings patterns, reduced access to healthcare and education, and psychosocial stress. Findings: Farmers have adopted various coping strategies, such as diversifying crops, informal borrowing, and reducing household expenditures, yet these remain insufficient to offset long-term economic vulnerability. Novelty: This research uniquely integrates Atlas.ti in the socio-economic study of smallholder horticultural farmers, providing a rigorous and structured analytical framework that enhances the validity of qualitative agricultural research. Conclusion: The ongoing price decline poses a critical threat to sustainable rural development. Urgent policy interventions—such as price stabilization mechanisms, post-harvest management improvements, and cooperative marketing models—are necessary to safeguard farmer welfare. Abstract

This research examines the relevance of Islamic banks' marketing ethics in the era of digital marketing, which is characterized by global connectivity, rapid information access, interactivity, and personalization. The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes in the way banks interact with customers, with the adoption of social media, e-commerce, big data, and artificial intelligence for more interactive and personalized marketing. While offering efficiency and wide market reach, the digital era also presents ethical challenges, including issues of data privacy, information transparency, and potential manipulation of consumer behavior. This study analyzes how sharia marketing ethics, with its basic principles such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice (adl), and sharia compliance (ittiba' al-shariah), remains highly relevant and even crucial to maintain trust amidst the torrent of digital information that is often manipulative. The theoretical study includes the relevance of ethics in general, conventional marketing ethics, sharia marketing ethics in depth, as well as the concept of marketing digitalization and its weaknesses and advantages. The results show that sharia marketing in the digital era has high relevance because it is able to answer the challenges of the times without sacrificing the principles of sharia. Islamic ethical values become a strong foundation in dealing with potential ethical deviations in the digital space, such as misleading advertisements, data exploitation, and promos.

Abstract

This COVID-19 case can affect macroeconomic aspects in general. In this journal, aspects of previously published by McKibbin and Wilcoxen will be developed of Warwick McKibbin and Roshen Fernando. In this Journal will analyze sharia management on transactions using money by the Central Bank, nominal wages and financial policy. The journal uses qualitative research methods with natural research methods because the research is conducted in natural conditions. The findings of this study are First, transactions using the central bank. The concept of Islamic economics, transactions using official money issued by the government. money is used in transactions for activities that work and works as a precaution in an emergency conversation. Second, the nominal payment has been realized properly in accordance with the Islamic economy, it can be seen from the policies set by the government and related ministries. The third concerning economic policy has objectives related to Islamic economics. For further research, it is expected to conduct research on asset accounts and fund flows and the merging of two different models between households and companies so that aspects of McKibbin and Wilcoxen can be full analyzed.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of academic administration and students services in IAIN Bengkulu. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling, where in this case, the selected respondents are students who use the services of Academic Administration and Student Affairs who are active students from the beginning until the end of the semester with a sample size obtained that consists of 100 respondents. The data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression analysis results from several related quality of academic administrative services obtained that the better the quality of Academic and Student Administration services, the higher satisfaction of students of the Faculty of Islamic Economy will be.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendampingan adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat khususnya para petani guna meningkatkan pemahaman tentang akses pembiayaan syariah untuk mengembangkan UMKM masyarakat pada pengelolaan limbah jangkos sawit di Desa Talang Rio Kecamatan Air Rami Kabupaten Mukomuko. Sebelum pendampingan dilaksanakan, banyak sekali warga Desa Talang Rio yang masih belum mengetahui mengenai akses pembiayaan berbasis syariah dan kurangnya edukasi mengenai akses pembiayaan. Dimana seharusnya akses pembiayaan ini bisa dimanfaatkan oleh Masyarakat untuk memulai, menjalankan dan mengembangkan UMKM dengan memanfaatkan hasil pengelolaan limbah jangkos sawit. Kemudian pada akhir pendampingan, dari kegiatan berupa Pendampingan akses pembiayaan, seminar pembahasan teori tentang produk pembiayaan, jenis akad pembiayaan, proses pengajuan, memahami prinsip syariah, serta keuntungan menggunakan pembiayaan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari ketertarikan penulis terhadap keistimewaan labschool PIAUD IAIN Bengkulu. Keistimewaan tersebut antara lain guru yang membimbing masih belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik seperti lulusan Diploma IV atau S1, serta orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar yang selalu mendukung keberadaan labschool PIAUD IAIN Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Manajemen Pengelolaan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini yang meliputi Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil latar di labschool PIAUD IAIN Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) pola pengelolaan pendidikan anak usia dini labschool PIAUD IAIN Bengkulu menggunakan metode POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling). (2) faktor pendukung dalam pengelolaan pendidikan anak usia dini adalah: adanya semangat belajar siswa, adanya kerjasama antara sesama pendidik, terdapat peran dari masyarakat, adanya sikap sering terbuka antara pendidik dengan orang tua siswa, adanya kerjasama antara guru dengan orang tua siswa, terdapat kerjasama dari pemerintah/kampus. (3) Hasil manajemen pengelolaan labschool PIAUD IAIN Bengkulu adalah: peningkatan jumlah siswa yang cukup meningkat pada setiap bulannya.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pengelolaan, PIAUD
