Abstract

This community education activity aims to improve the community's understanding of capital management and financial governance of MSMEs. Creativity and innovation are very important so that capital management and financial governance can support MSME operations well. The educational method used is in the form of counseling. The main material presented is to provide an understanding of capital management and simple financial governance for MSME business forms. As a result, 24% of participants understood the material presented very well and 70% of participants understood the educational material presented in the counseling activity. Thus, the objectives of this community service activity have been achieved well and are able to provide changes in understanding to the community. Through this increase in understanding, it is hoped that it can have a positive impact on the development of MSMEs in Pantai Bhakti Village, Muara Gembong, Bekasi.

Abstract

 Community service activities through the Student Work Lecture (KKM) program. In improving the village economy through Community service activities through the Student Work Lecture (KKM) program. In improving the village economy in development through creativity and innovation, Pantai Bhakti Village, Muara Gembong, Bekasi, has potential natural resources that can support the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). However, limitations in terms of creativity, innovation, and market access are still an obstacle for local communities in optimally developing their UMKM. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of UMKM in Pantai Bhakti Village through training that focuses on product creativity, innovation in seafood processing, and digital marketing strategies. Through a participatory approach, the community is given an understanding of unique and valuable product development, digital-based marketing techniques, and sustainable utilization of local resources. The results of the program showed an increase in the community's ability to create innovative products and expand their marketing reach. This article reviews the role of creativity and innovation as key to UMKM development in coastal areas and the importance of collaborative support to achieve local economic sustainability.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan lingkungan menjadi kotor dan menyebabkan pendangkalan sungai yang mengakibatkan timbulnya banjir. Sebagian besar permasalahan sampah berasal dari limbah rumah tangga, baik sampah organik maupun anorganik. Sampah anorganik yang dapat didaur ulang, seperti botol plastik bekas air mineral dapat bernilai ekonomis dengan cara di tabung pada bank sampah, sementara sampah organik seperti sisa sayuran dan buah dapat diproses lebih lanjut menjadi eco-enzyme. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk sosialisasi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco-enzyme, sehingga para karyawan di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Utara dan masyarakat sekitar dapat mengetahui cara pengolahan sampah yang benar dan dapat berperan serta dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pemahaman yang bersifat mengedukasi dalam hal pengolahan sampah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukan hasil yang baik  dengan adanya pengetahuan dalam menerapkan pembuatan eco-enzyme yang dapat mengurangi sampah organik dan peserta sosialisasi aktif dalam memberi pertanyaan serta diskusi bersama. Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Pengolahan Sampah, Sampah Organik, Eco-enzyme  ABSTRACT Waste that is not managed properly can cause the environment to become dirty and cause siltation of rivers which results in flooding. Most of the waste problems come from household waste, both organic and inorganic waste. Inorganic waste that can be recycled, such as plastic bottles used for mineral water, can have economic value by being deposited in a waste bank, while organic waste such as vegetable and fruit scraps can be further processed into eco-enzyme. The community service activity aims to socialize the processing of organic waste into eco-enzyme, so that employees and the surrounding community can know how to process waste properly and can participate in preserving the environment. The method of implementing this activity is the socialization method by providing an understanding that is educational in terms of waste management. This socialization activity showed results with knowledge in applying eco-enzyme making that can reduce organic waste and active socialization participants in giving questions and discussions together.

Abstract

PT MBKV (Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura) is a non-bank private financial institution that engages in microfinance activities. This study aims to ascertain whether microfinance and business assistance exert a combined and partial influence on the business development of customers of PT Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura Tanah Tinggi Branch in Tangerang City.  The population comprised 203 customers, while the sample size was limited to 135. The data collection process involved the use of observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique employs instrument testing and hypothesis testing. The independent variable comprises microfinance and business assistance, while the dependent variable is business development. A multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of data processing through SPSS 27 indicate that microfinance and business assistance exert a significant influence on the business development of customers of PT Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura Tanah Tinggi Branch in Tangerang City. The influence of microfinance and business assistance on business development is significant, with a magnitude of 47.3%. Furthermore, the provision of microfinance and effective business assistance can facilitate continuous business development, thereby achieving optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image which is moderated by the effectiveness of using the application on purchasing decisions. The population in this study used a sample of 326 respondents who are Ruangguru application users in Indonesia. The data collection technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling by distributing research questionnaires using Google forms on social media. The data processing method uses smartPLS with the aim of testing the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the effectiveness of using applications has proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the effectiveness of using applications has proven significant and can moderate on the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions, the effectiveness of using the application is proven to be significant and can moderate the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions. This research recommends Ruangguru to increase purchases, it is suggested to be able to further increase the effectiveness of the application so that customers can easily use the Ruangguru application. This is because some Ruangguru application users have difficulty understanding and using the features in the Ruangguru application. The Ruangguru application is expected to be able to maintain a brand image and service quality that is good enough to maintain or increase purchasing decisions on the Ruangguru application.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shopee Pay Later dan Fasilitas Member terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online di Shopee dengan Games Shopee sebagai Pemoderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen di  Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna Shopee Paylater di Jakarta. Sample yang digunakan adalah 152 dari pelanggan yang menggunakan Shopee Paylater. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan bantuan Software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Shopee Paylater berpengaruh positip dan  signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Fasilitas Member berpengaruh positip dan  signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Interaksi Shoppe Games mampu memperkuat dan signifikan atas pengaruh Fasilitas Member terhadap Keputusan Pembelian tetapi Interaksi Shoppe Games memperlemah dan tidak signifikan atas pengaruh Shoppe Paylater terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata Kunci : Shopee Paylater, Fasilitas Member, Keputusan Pembelian, Shopee Games  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shopee Pay Later and Member Facilities on Online Purchase Decisions at Shopee with Shopee Games as Moderators. This research was conducted on consumers in Jakarta. The population of this study are consumers who use Shopee Paylater in Jakarta. The sample used is 152 from customers who use Shopee Paylater. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the help of Smart PLS Software. The results of this study indicate that Shopee Paylater has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Member facilities have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Shoppe Games interactions are able to strengthen and significantly affect the influence of Member Facilities on Purchase Decisions but Shoppe Games Interactions weaken and are not significant for the influence of Shoppe Paylater on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: Shopee Paylater, Member Facilities, Purchase Decision, Shopee Games

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan limbah plastik di Kelompok Tani Jati Rejo-1, Desa Partimbalan, Bandar Masilam, Kabupaten Simalungun. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan teknis dalam pengolahan limbah plastik menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota kelompok tani dalam mengolah limbah plastik. Hasil kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between HRM and job satisfaction and employee performance, with work quality acting as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 109 respondents who are employees of the North Jakarta Environment Agency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire survey method and is distributed online using Google, from which it is sent to respondents. The results show that HRM has a significant positive relationship with the performance produced by employees. Job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with the performance of employees. The quality of work has a significant positive relationship with the performance of an employee. Quality of work is able to weaken the relationship and moderate HRD's impact on an employee's performance. The quality of work is able to strengthen and moderate the relationship between employee satisfaction with their work and employee performance. The research that has been carried out has recommendations aimed at the North Jakarta Environmental Service that want to improve the performance of an employee, so the strategy that can be done is to make employees feel fair, pay according to policy, and give appreciation to employees who have achievements

Abstract

The informed consent form is a mandatory legal document that must be completed before any medical procedure, especially surgical interventions. The completeness of informed consent is essential to ensure patient safety, fulfill ethical standards in healthcare services, and provide legal protection for both medical personnel and hospitals. In practice, however, incomplete informed consent documentation is still frequently found, which may reduce the quality of medical records and increase the risk of medico-legal disputes. To determine the completeness of informed consent documentation for inpatient surgical patients at RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen and to identify the components most frequently left incomplete. This study employed a quantitative descriptive design with a sample of 118 inpatient surgical medical records. Data were collected using an observation checklist based on key informed consent components, including patient identity, attending physician’s signature, clarity of procedure information, and date and time of consent. The data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the frequency and percentage of completeness for each component. Of the 118 records analyzed, 90 records (76.3%) were categorized as complete, while 28 records (23.7%) were incomplete. The highest rate of incompleteness was found in the clarity of procedure information component, with 24 incomplete records (20.3%). The attending physician’s signature was incomplete in 12 records (10.2%). Meanwhile, patient identity and date and time components each showed 3 incomplete records (2.5%). The completeness of informed  consent documentation for inpatient surgical patients at RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen is categorized as adequate but does not yet meet the ideal standard (≥90%). The components most frequently incomplete were clarity of procedure information and attending physician’s signature. Improvements in healthcare personnel compliance, document format refinement, and strengthened verification systems are necessary to enhance the quality of informed consent documentation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di maksudkan untuk memperkuat ekonomi perempuan Indonesia di Malaysia melalui usaha alternatif berfokus pada tepung Mocaf (modified casaffa flour). Kegiatan ini di laksanakan antara Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta Indonesia dengan berkerja sama dengan Persatuan Anak Rantau Indonesia (PARI) dan Dewan Majelis Perundingan Melayu (MPM) sebagai mitra strategis untuk melaksanakan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan perempuan migran di Malaysia. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi, keterampilan dan penambah pendapatan keluarga perempuan yang menjadi migran di Malaysia melalui sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan dalam pengolahan tepung mocaf menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup 1) observasi awal, 2) sosialisasi mengenai peran perempuan dalam memperkuat ekonomi keluarga, 3) serta praktik dalam pembuatan produk turunan mocaf seperti mie singkong, sirup glukosa, dan permen. Pembahasan dengan hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait potensi mocaf sebagai alternatif bahan pangan yang sehat, mudah diakses, dan memiliki peluang pasar yang luas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan kewirausahaan perempuan, memperkuat jaringan usaha, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berbasis pada pangan lokal.Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi contoh pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan bagi perempuan migran Indonesia di Malaysia, serta mendukung upaya diversifikasi pangan dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap impor gandum.
