Abstract

This paper focuses on discussing the rationalization of the Trade War between the United States (US) and China from 2018 to 2022. The US and China action in the trade war were widely recognized as irrational, and given the negative impact on trade balance in both. The argument in this paper aims to prove that the protectionist policies of the both countries constitute a rational foreign economic strategic policy. The theory used to justify the aspect of rationality both uses Game Theory, namely the Chicken Game. On the other hand, the orientation of the Foreign Policy of the two countries which is considered rational, will be emphasized by the parameters of Cost and Benefit, by looking at the political motives being pursued for national interests by the US and China in the International Political Economy order. The methodology used in this paper is descriptive analysis, with a qualitative approach. The ideas to build arguments in this paper using previous literature reviews, with the narrative literature review method, according to relevant topics of discussion, concepts, and theories. On the other hand, as a justification for strengthening the parameters of the benefits of the both countries in the context of a trade war, this paper uses the Hegemonic Stability theory as benefit orientation for the US, as well as the Modified Structural theory from China's benefit perspectives. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan keuangan pada UMKM Apotek Wawai Farma melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi akuntansi digital G-POS. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, pengendalian arus kas yang belum optimal, keterbatasan laporan keuangan, serta rendahnya pemahaman terhadap teknologi akuntansi digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara langsung kepada pemilik dan staf apotek dalam penggunaan aplikasi G-POS. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi digital mitra, yang ditandai dengan kemampuan mencatat transaksi penjualan, pembelian, dan persediaan secara real-time dan terstruktur. Penerapan aplikasi G-POS mampu mengurangi kesalahan input hingga sekitar 80%, mempercepat proses rekapitulasi transaksi harian, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan otomatis berupa laporan laba rugi, arus kas, dan neraca sederhana. Selain itu, mitra menjadi lebih mampu memantau kondisi keuangan dan menggunakan laporan digital sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan usaha. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan aplikasi akuntansi digital yang disertai pelatihan dan pendampingan efektif dalam mendorong transformasi digital serta meningkatkan profesionalisme dan keberlanjutan UMKM di sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the safety of the KM. Lambelu passenger ship schedule on its Parepare-Balikpapan route using the uncertain Max-Plus Linear (uMPL) approach. The uMPL model is used to represent the dynamics by considering the uncertainty of travel times between ports. Forward reachability analysis is conducted to verify whether the ship scheduling system meets the established safety criteria. The analysis results show that the analysis indicates that the KM. Lambelu scheduling system has safety vulnerabilities. This finding indicates the presence of potential accident or incident risks and emphasizes the need for evaluation and improvement of scheduling system to ensure ship operation within safe limits. This study identifies potential problems and risks associated with these findings and provides recommendations for improving the ship schedule.
