Abstract

This study aims to determine the related parts, documents used and flowcharts in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ. The Accounting Information System is a subsystem of the management information system that provides accounting and financial information as well as other information obtained from the routine processing of accounting transactions at PT. XYZ. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the related parts in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ have functioned well according to their respective roles and responsibilities. The documents used in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ have been systematically structured and meet the needs of the sales process, and the flowchart in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ has been designed with a clear and comprehensive structure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik passing dalam permainan sepakbola melalui media audiovisual Pada Siswa SMP Citra Mulia Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan pada siklus I, dan 3 kali pertemuan di siklus II yang dirancang melalui empat tahap yaitu: 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Observasi, dan 4) Refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Citra Mulia sebanyak 25 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes psikomotor, afektif dan kognitif dalam RPP. Indikator Keberhasilan pembelajaran mencapai 80 %-100% ketuntasan secara Klasikal. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar passing dalam permainan sepakbola melalui media audiovisual dengan ketuntasan pada siklus I adalah 19 orang dengan persentase 76 % dan terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan pada siklus II adalah 25 orang dengan persentase 100 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMP Citra Mulia Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of corporate social responsibility/CSR is carried out by PT. XYZ Indonesia is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and to find out the effect of implementing these Corporate Social Responsibility activities. The method used in this study is observation by collecting data obtained through interviews with the company and the community and paying attention to the supporting literature. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively and presented in detail descriptive by the author. Based on the results of the research and the data obtained, it can be concluded that the CSR activities carried out by PT. XYZ Indonesia in the form of compensation for orphans and slaughter of sacrificial animals which aims to build a positive image and create an image that the company pays attention to the condition of the surrounding community. There are several obstacles faced by the company in carrying out this CSR activity, namely a lot of data that is not in accordance with the database that has been made by the committee, and the difficulty of managing the people who come. However, these obstacles can be overcome with various solutions carried out by the organizers such as coordinating with the local RT/RW and creating a coupon exchange system that has been made before.
