Abstract

This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe the cognitive level of UTS and UAS made by teacher Mathematics class VII. The subject is midterm exam and final exam class VII created by the mathematics teacher according to curriculum 2013. This Data analyze based on three levels of cognitive, namely (1) Level 1 knowing in the form of cognitive processes, remembering and understanding, (2) Level 2 applying in the form of cognitive processes, cognitive processes applying, and (3) Level 3 reasoning cognitive processes analyzing, evaluating and creating. Generally cognitive levels distributed in a comprehensive way so that educational evaluations measure educational attainment. The data also obtained using classification paper of level cognitive, interview guidelines and expert validator. The results showed that subjects are dominated by the level of knowing with a percentage of 50% by 10 items in the cognitive processes of understanding. While the level of application with a percentage of 45% is 9 items in the cognitive process of applying and the level of reasoning with a percentage of 5% is 1 item of the cognitive process analyzing.

Abstract

Language is a tool or medium that humans use to communicate. The Sumbawa language has a figurative language that can be used for memories or can be used to express feelings to someone. It is called proverbs. Proverbs are groups of words or sentences that convey either about someone's condition, or about praise, satire, parables. This research is a classroom action research. In this study, the researchers used two techniques in data collection, namely documentation and observation. In analyzing the data, the researchers used three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and analysis, and drawing conclusions. Eleven Sumbawa language proverbs were selected as they contain the meanings of social phenomena. There were five participants in this study. From these five participants, this research can be said to be successful. Students succeeded in explaining social phenomena in English by using pictures as the media.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mempunyai tugas menyediakan data dan informasi statistik berkualitas. Data dan informasi statistik yang berkualitas merupakan rujukan dalam perumusan kebijakan dalam menyusun perencanaan, melakukan pemantauan atau monitoring, dan mengevaluasi program-program agar sasaran-sasaran yang telah ditetapkan dapat dicapai dengan tepat. Salah satu tugas tahunan dari Publikasi Statistik adalah menerbitkan Buku Kecamatan Dalam Angka 2021. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menggambarkan bentuk keterlibatan mahasiswa PKL dalam membantu BPS dalam menyusun Buku KDA 2021. Buku ini berfungsi sebagai bahan rujukan dan evaluasi serta penyediaan data untuk perencanaan pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif dalam pengumpulan data sekunder dari berbagai instansi, survey dan sensus. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Majene. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbitnya buku kecamatan dalam Angka 2021 yang merupakan publikasi statistik tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Majene. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terbitnya Buku Kecamatan Dalam Angka 2021 merupakan bentuk keberhasilan keterlibatan mahasiswa PKL dalam membantu pembuatan buku KCDA 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Merdeka Curriculum policy through a literature review of its theoretical foundations and implementation practices in educational institutions. The Merdeka Curriculum represents an educational reform effort that promotes flexible, character-based, and student-centered learning approaches. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes scientific publications from 2020 to 2024. The findings reveal that the curriculum is grounded in strong philosophical underpinnings, particularly the ideas of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, humanistic education, and constructivist pedagogy. Despite its robust conceptual basis, implementation faces several challenges, including teacher readiness, leadership capacity, infrastructure limitations, and regional disparities. Some schools have successfully adopted differentiated instruction and character-building projects, especially when supported by transformative leadership and active teacher learning communities. However, the implementation gap remains significant, particularly in underdeveloped and remote areas. This study recommends strengthening context-based training, establishing responsive evaluation mechanisms, and fostering collaboration among schools, parents, and local communities. In conclusion, the success of the Merdeka Curriculum depends on adaptive policy support, full engagement of the educational ecosystem, and a strong commitment to equity in access to quality education.

Abstract

This study investigates the optimization strategies of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOSP) in enhancing community education empowerment through Community Learning Centers (PKBM) in Surabaya. Despite BOSP’s potential as a public funding mechanism, many PKBMs face persistent issues such as weak managerial capacity, delayed fund disbursement, and inadequate financial reporting systems. The study aims to fill this research gap by analyzing how participatory and transparent fund management contributes to community empowerment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected from 18 informants consisting of PKBM managers, tutors, and learners across four BOSP-recipient PKBMs through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews. The findings reveal that PKBMs allocating BOSP towards functional skill training such as sewing, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy successfully enhanced learners’ economic and social capacities. Moreover, institutions that adopted transparent financial reporting and community-based planning fostered higher participation and accountability. However, structural challenges remain, particularly in standardizing reporting systems and improving managerial skills. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting BOSP’s role not merely as an operational budget but as a strategic instrument for social transformation, emphasizing digital accountability and inclusive participation as prerequisites for sustainable non-formal education governance.

Abstract

Business actors in advancing their business, each e-commerce company must be able to compete in improving its services, one of which is in terms of cash on delivery (COD) payment methods. The use of the COD method in e-commerce is increasingly in demand because in addition to being easier, it also offers various benefits for consumers. However, it is also possible to cause problems, such as consumers who do not have good intentions in terms of payments. For this reason, business actors are also entitled to protection if their rights are ignored. So the parties involved must pay attention to what their rights and obligations are so that no party feels aggrieved. The responsibilities that arise in online buying and selling transactions using the COD method on shopee are born based on the legal relationship of the parties.
