Abstract

The LP3I Pekanbaru Polytechnic community service team carries out routine activities every semester, which this time are held in Pandau Jaya Village, Jalan Kapling RT 02, RW 20, Kampar Regency. This activity takes the form of training for housewives in making papaya chips, where papaya fruit is very easy to find anywhere, the price is affordable and on average, several houses use their yards by planting papaya fruit. The aim of the training that we provide from the community service team at LP3I Pekanbaru Polytechnic is so that housewives can utilize their time by utilizing plants in their yard, apart from being a healthy family snack, they can also earn side income, which aims to help the family economy and The next target is the formation of papaya stick MSMEs in Pandau Jaya Village.

Abstract

Human resources is considered as an importantresource for the organization, because without qualified human resources, the organization will not be able to survive in the competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the ieffect iof compensation, work environment, leadership style and motivation on employee productivity in CV Larasati Abadi Jaya Temanggung partially and simultaneously. Data collection techniques by questionnaire distributed to respondents are iemployee of CV Larasati Abadi Jaya Temanggung throughtout the department. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, and T test. The population considered was 130 employes CV Larasati Abadi Jaya Temanggung. By calculating using the Slovin formula and getting sample results from 60 respondents. The result showed that Y + e, with value of constanta is 12,775. According to the t-tes, the compensation has no influence on work productivity, work environment has no influence on work productivity, leadership style has no influence on work productivity, and motivation has an impact on work productivity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Bank Sampah Sewagati Pasekan Lor Balecatur Gamping Sleman, DIY. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan sampah, digitalisasi sampah dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra sasaran dari kegiatan ini sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga. Terjadi peningkatan dan penerapan bank sampah digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi SMASH. Mitra sudah menerapkan teknologi tepat guna berupa timbangan sampah digital dalam kegiatannya. Dampak dari kegiatan ini mampu memberikan kontribusi untuk efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha bank sampah .
