Abstract

The cancellation of Land Rights are encumbered with Mortgage Rights which are decided by a District Court Decision with legal force will still result in legal consequences for the rights of creditors holding mortgage rights. The cancellation of the object of this guarantee also has an impact on creditors. Therefore, this study examines the position of the Mortgage Certificate of land rights that are guaranteed after a court decision cancels the basis of the land rights and examines the legal protection of creditors holding mortgage rights on land whose rights are declared null and void. The research method used is a normative research method with a statutory, conceptual, and case approach. The results of the study indicate that in the event that the base of land rights that have been encumbered with Mortgage Rights is canceled by a court decision with permanent legal force, it can result in the cancellation and cancellation of the Mortgage Certificate. In addition, it can also be done binding additional guarantees in the form of individual guarantees (Borgtoc Hak Mortgage) while for repressive protection in the event of non-performing loans can be done through credit restructuring which if not successful can be continued with credit settlement by filing a lawsuit to the court on the basis of default and Banks can also do this by write-off.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 50 Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers as respondents from 16 ECE institutions in the Samarang District. Questionnaire format The instrument used was a standard instrument that had been tested and used in the GTK ECE DIKLAT Tiered Application training module version 1.0 in accelerating stunting reduction which was published by GTK ECE Kemendikbudristek. Data was collected through questions with 12 answer method questions with a yes score of 1 and a no score of 0 (zero) using a checklist (V) so that the yes and no answers were used to measure the level of understanding. The results of the research show that the level of understanding of ECE teachers regarding stunting mitigation in Samarang District is in the “Low” category at 70% (35 teachers), “Medium” at 30% (15 teachers), ECE teachers with an understanding of stunting mitigation in the “High” category do not exists (ZERO). The average understanding score is 1.8%, indicating that ECE teachers’ understanding of stunting mitigation is “Low”. So it can be concluded that the level of understanding of ECE teachers in Samarang District regarding stunting mitigation is relatively low.

Abstract

Particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5) is a pollutant that negatively impacts environmental quality and poses health risks to populations exposed over long periods. In Yogyakarta, PM2.5 is the primary pollutant, particularly in urban areas with heavy traffic, such as train stations. This study analyses the risk level of PM2.5 exposure among workers at Yogyakarta Railway Station using an environmental health risk analysis approach. The data was obtained from BB Labkesmas Yogyakarta's study in October 2023, involving 15 respondents working in the station's waiting area. PM2.5 analysis was conducted using a High-Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) with the gravimetric method, and respondents were selected through incidental sampling. The results show that the PM2.5 concentration at Yogyakarta Railway Station (74.97 µg/m³) exceeds the air quality standards set by The Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 02/2023. Risk analysis calculations indicate that most workers remain within the safe category (HQ ≤ 1) for both a 30-year lifetime exposure projection and a real-time exposure projection. However, a respondent is exposed to an unsafe risk (HQ>1), so precautions must be taken to reduce the risk to a safe level. Additionally, it is necessary to conduct a risk analysis study based on a specific period in the future.

Abstract

Beauveria bassiana is one of the insect pathogens that can be used as a biological control agent. The interaction between Beauveria bassiana and other natural enemies in biological control can affect the effectiveness of pest control as a biopesticide. The efficacy of these fungi was also influenced by the toxin produced (beauvericin, bassianin, bassiacridin, beauvericin, bassianolide, cyclosporine, oosporein, and tenellin) which may interfere the nervous system and kill the target insects. The use of chemical pesticides, which has been one of the farmers’ choices in pest control, has negative impacts on the environment, human health, and pest resistance therefore, B. bassiana as an alternative, biological pest control and biological control are increasingly considered as environmentally friendly and sustainable control methods, so that biological control can become an important alternative to reduce the use of chemical pesticides. Facing this problem, alternative methods including the use of entomopathogenic fungi as biopesticide could be a sound measure to preserve the environment, biodiversity and ensure good quality of crops.

Abstract

An assemblage of endophytic fungi was isolated from Moringa oleifera Lam. collected from Lombok island, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Fungal endophytes were isolated using surface sterilization methods with slight modification. Forty-six selected endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the leaves, petioles, and stems of M. oleifera. The fungal strains identification through morphological observation and ITS rDNA-based molecular analysis showed that fungal endophytes were associated with host plants belonging to the taxa Alternaria, Cladosporium, Colletotrichum (Glomerella), Corynespora, Curvularia (Cochliobolus), Fusarium, Mucor, Ochrocladosporium, Phomopsis (Diaporthe), and Trametes. In this study, endophytic Phomopsis dominating the obtained strains, whereas 26% (12/46) strains were isolated from host plant samples.
