Abstract

This study aims to examine the Transformation of Tomini Bay Tourism Governance through the application of Agile Governance as a strategy to improve human resources in the tourism sector of Tomini Bay, Gorontalo. Agile Governance is a governance approach that is responsive and adaptive to change, enabling public organizations to face dynamic challenges. Institutional revitalization in this context aims to increase the effectiveness of coordination, synergy between stakeholders, and strengthen the role of human resources in managing leading tourist destinations in Tomini Bay. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews and analysis of related policy documents. The results of the study show that the implementation of Agile Governance can increase flexibility in governance, strengthen cross-sector synergy, and improve the quality of human resources in tourism management. The main challenges faced include sectoral egos, limited funding, and lack of competence of local human resources. This study concludes that Agile Governance can be an effective solution in increasing regional tourism competitiveness if supported by inclusive and collaborative policies.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the historical field trip learning model as an effort to increase student learning motivation in history subjects at SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach that describes the historical field trip learning model as an effort to increase student learning motivation in history subjects at SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo. The data obtained in this study through primary data sources, namely interviews with history subject teachers and students. While secondary data was obtained from reference books, journals, and other relevant information. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: during the pre-cycle, students in history learning are less motivated due to several factors, namely a teacher in using a less effective learning model, students who are only busy going in and out of class and some even sleep in class, and from the results of observations that researchers obtained in the field, the percentage of students who are less motivated is 56%, in history learning. Based on the results obtained, researchers use the historical field trip learning model to increase student motivation in history learning. The historical tour was held on Thursday, September 19, 2024. After the action, students who were motivated in learning history reached 87%. Thus, the historical tour learning model in history subjects can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana awal terbentuknya Desa Pilomonu tahun 1995, serta dinamika perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat Desa Pilomonu, baik dari sektor ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan juga politik pemerintahan desa, dari kurun waktu tahun 1995 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, adalah penelitian sejarah dengan tehnik pengumpulan data heuristik (pengumpulan sumber), kritik sumber (verivikasi sumber) yang dalam cakupannya yaitu kritik eksternal dan internal, interpretasi (penafsiran), dan yang terakhir adalah historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Tehnik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan tehnik observasi lapangan, wawancara informan, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terbentuknya Desa Pilomonu berdasarkan SK Gubernur Sulawesi Utara (SULUT) E.E. Mangindaan No. 95 tahun 1995 di Desa Pilomonu pada tanggal 15 April 1995. Desa Pilomonu menjadi satu desa secara definitif yaitu atas beberapa faktor. Pertama akses jarak, kedua perjanjian politik, ketiga konflik sengketa. Seiring berjalan waktu, perkembangan Desa Pilomonu sudah mulai dapat dilihat bahkan dirasakan oleh masyarakat Desa Pilomonu. Perkembangan yang sangat signifikan terlihat dari beberapa aspek, seperti di bidang sosial, dimana para migran sudah bisa berbaur dan tidak lagi memihak pada kelompok tertentu. Kemudian pada sektor perekonomian sudah dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat karena perkembangan pembangunan, industri pertanian dan pendidikan mendapat perhatian yang besar. Selanjutnya di bidang politik, Desa Pilomonu mengalami banyak perkembangan, dulunya masih menjalankan program-program dari desa induk, kini banyak melahirkan program-program baru yang tentunya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Terakhir budaya masyarakat di Desa Pilomonu sangat beragam, hal ini terjadi karena adanya migran dari berbagai wilayah di Gorontalo yang bermigrasi ke Desa Pilomonu, yang kemudian menjadi pencampuran budaya masyarakat di Desa Pilomonu.

Abstract

Implementation of food security policies and their implications for food availability for community members (Study in the transmigration placement area of Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province). The purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of the local government's food security policy in Wonosari District and its implications for food availability for residents in the Boalemo Regency of Gorontalo Province. And the benefits of research to determine the impact of implementing food security policies on the food availability of community residents in the Boalemo Regency area of Gorontalo Province. The method used in this research is with a qualitative type of research through a descriptive analysis approach. Based on the results of research, it shows that the food policy of the local government of Boalemo regency, Gorontalo Province, especially in the Wonosari sub-district area as a placement of transmigration residents, has had an impact on food availability for the local government of Boalemo Regency. This is shown by rice production, livestock production, vegetables (horticulture) and the very high trade business sector originating from Wonosari district. In addition, the assessment of the national resilience index in the Wonosari sub-district has been fulfilled as a manifestation of the implementation of food security policies. As evidence, the local government of Boalemo Regency has made efforts to improve the quality of life of its residents through education, health and community welfare policies in the form of ease of obtaining superior seeds, making irrigation, improving facilities and infrastructure to support food security, accelerating electricity in villages, opening access to clean water for its residents. Theresearch above has opened up the understanding of local ethnic residents about the importance of the presence of transmigration residents in the Boalemo district area for food availability. So that the results of the research have answered the hypothesis that the placement of transmigration residents in Wonosari sub-district will have the potential for friction that leads to conflicts between local ethnicities and transmigration residents.

Abstract

Artikel ini secara khusus menyoroti kondisi pendidikan kaum proletar Inggris pada masa Revolusi Industri. Peristiwa terjadinya Revolusi memiliki dampak luar biasa bagi Eropa maupun dunia, yang secara tidak langsung pendidikan juga memiliki fungsinya sendiri dalam mendorong terjadinya Revolusi. Kelas bawah atau kaum proletar Inggris yang kehidupannya jarang tersorot, menunjukkan pengabaian umum terhadap sejarah pendidikan kelas bawah dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkannya secara lebih luas. Perkembangan sejarah sekolah yang diuraikan oleh William dalam Reportnya tahun 1961, dan tulisan-tulisan Hadow 1926 diuraikan sebagai contoh karakteristik pendidikan kelas bawah, dengan lasting implication yang membantu menjelaskan konflik berkelanjutan atas pendidikan kelas bawah di awal ke-18. Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan penjabaran fakta dan data hasil penelitian di lapangan.
