Abstract

In today's digital era, everything is digitalized in all aspects. The company can achieve success not only determined by the quality of products, services and services offered but also determined by the company's ability to ensure customer loyalty to remain loyal to use the services and products marketed. This service aims to understand how the role of marketing communication in increasing customer loyalty at Red Studio. The methods used in this service are, 1. observation 2. active participation 3. guidance and mentorinf 4. practical projects. The results obtained show that by implementing a more effective marketing strategy in the future, the company can strengthen long-term relationships with consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Jaminan Kematian (JKM) yang disediakan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di Indonesia dan memahami bagaimana pengetahuan serta kesadaran masyarakat memengaruhi pemanfaatan program ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kepada peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan wawancara mendalam dengan ahli serta pengelola program. Analisis dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan peserta tentang manfaat JKM, kepuasan mereka terhadap perlindungan sosial yang diterima, serta efektivitas upaya sosialisasi dan edukasi yang dilakukan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program JKM telah terbukti efektif dalam memberikan perlindungan finansial dan dukungan emosional kepada ahli waris peserta yang meninggal dunia, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan prosedur program ini masih rendah. Banyak peserta yang tidak sepenuhnya memahami manfaat yang diberikan oleh JKM, yang mengakibatkan pemanfaatan yang kurang optimal. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa upaya sosialisasi yang dilakukan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan perlu ditingkatkan, karena masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang sadar akan pentingnya jaminan sosial ini. Simpulannya, untuk memastikan bahwa program JKM memberikan manfaat secara maksimal, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan perlu memperbaiki proses klaim dan meningkatkan penyampaian informasi. Edukasi publik yang lebih intensif dan kampanye informasi yang lebih efektif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang manfaat program ini dan mendorong partisipasi yang lebih luas. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan kesejahteraan dan stabilitas sosial tenaga kerja di Indonesia dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Riset ini bersasaran untuk menelaah implikasi kinerja keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dengan inovasi produk sebagai variabel moderasi. Latar belakang dari riset ini adalah pentingnya keberlanjutan usaha di era persaingan bisnis yang ketat, di mana kinerja keuangan yang kuat dan inovasi produk menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnis. UKM, khususnya di Bali, memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, sehingga memahami bagaimana kinerja keuangan dan inovasi produk sanggup mendukung keberlanjutan usaha adalah hal yang penting. Metodologi riset yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana instrumen kuncinya berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 UKM di Bali yang ditetapkan menggunakan cara purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan diteliti dengan metode Partial Least Squares untuk menguji hubungan antara kinerja keuangan, inovasi produk, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Kuesioner tersebut dikalkulasi menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengevaluasi persepsi responden terkait variabel riset. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja keuangan secara meyakinkan dan positif memengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha, sedangkan inovasi produk mampu memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Inovasi produk memperkuat implikasi kinerja keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan, menyiratkan bahwa perusahaan yang melakukan inovasi produk secara efektif mampu memanfaatkan kinerja keuangannya untuk mencapai keberlanjutan usaha yang lebih baik. Riset ini berkontribusi dalam memberi panduan strategis bagi perusahaan dalam memadukan kinerja keuangan dan inovasi produk untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Introduction: The severity of waste management problems on Indonesia especially on waste in Denpasar City, Bali requires immediate attention. This KKN thematic program targeted to increase the knowledge and active involvement of primary school students in waste management using the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) approach at SDN 6 Padangsambian Klod. Objective: With this service, we seek to address the issues arising from the school’s lack of awareness of waste management and the low number of waste disposal facilities by implementing educational and practical waste management systems at the school. Method: This public service was carried out by conducting initial observation and interactivity socialization, including the use of educational animated videos, distribution of poster brochures, mono colored paper to facilitate sorting of waste, and bins for each category. Result: The results demonstrated a marked increase in students’ comprehension of the 3R concept, waste types, and waste segregation. Because of the initiatives, students also decreased their usage of single-use items which display positive change in behavior even with time and resource constraints. Conclusion: The goals were successfully finished with the collaboration of KKN students, teachers, and students. Early 3R education is has proven to be effective for nurturing environment-conscious responsible young citizens.

Abstract

Introduction: The negative impact of single-use plastic bags is alarming, especially concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Bags that are made from plastic waste are non-biodegradable and harmful to the environment as well as to ecosystems. Hence, it is critical to educate MSME business owners on the need to replace plastic with eco-friendly shopping bags. Objective: The goal of this program is to teach MSME entrepreneurs the negative impacts of plastic waste and provide them with the option of more sustainable reusable bags. Method: The program was implemented using a door-to-door method of socialization targeting MSME business owners in Desa Padangsambian Klod. It consisted of direct contact with business owners to inform them about the environmental impacts of waste created from single use plastics and the advantages of using reusable shopping bags. Eco-friendly shopping bags were distributed along with brochures to encourage the rest of the community to adopt them in their businesses. Result: This initiative helped MSME entrepreneurs understand the issues surrounding plastic waste as well as their eco-friendly alternatives. The participants expressed interest and willingness to incorporate these reusable bags into their everyday business activities. Conclusion: The outcome of this case indicates that the door-to-door method can be used to increase awareness of MSME entrepreneurs on the need to reduce plastic waste. With adequate follow up steps this program can act as a starting point in nurturing a business culture that is environmentally proactive.

Abstract

Introduction: Waste management remains a critical issue in Indonesia, with waste generation reaching 26.1 million tons in 2024. Low public awareness exacerbates this problem, as 72% of Indonesians still lack concern for proper waste disposal. Community-based waste management, such as waste banks, has emerged as an effective solution to encourage waste sorting and recycling. Objective: This community service program aims to increase public awareness and participation in sustainable waste management through an educational documentary video. The documentary highlights the waste bank initiative in Padangsambian Klod Village, demonstrating its economic and environmental benefits. Method: A qualitative descriptive approach with a participatory method was employed. Data collection involved direct observation, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, and documentation through video recording. The video was then edited and disseminated via social media to reach a broader audience. Result: The documentary successfully raised public awareness about proper waste management, as evidenced by increased participation in the village’s waste bank program. The video effectively conveyed educational messages, leading to higher waste sorting rates and greater engagement from the community. Social media dissemination expanded the program's reach, attracting attention from local authorities and other communities. Conclusion: The use of documentary videos as an educational tool proved effective in promoting sustainable waste management. This approach can be replicated in other communities to enhance public awareness and participation. Continuous evaluation and collaboration with stakeholders are recommended to ensure long-term impact.

Abstract

Introduction: Inadequate water consumption and sewage disposal are prevalent in the urban environment, leading to flooding and pollution. Biopore infiltration pits are an excellent solution, but low public awareness and acceptance. Objective: The project aims at educating the population of South Denpasar on the benefits of biopore technology, providing practical training for its installation, and encouraging self-installation towards environmental sustainability. Method: The program was carried out on a single day, consisting of four phases: (1) education and socialization, (2) in-site training for biopore installation, (3) independent biopore installation by participants, and (4) monitoring and evaluation. Both theoretical descriptions and practical demonstrations were used to make participation easier for the community. Outcome: The program was successful in raising awareness and knowledge at the community level. Initially, the participants were not familiar with biopore technology. Towards the end of the exercise, they showed increased awareness and a desire to install biopores. Reduction in surface water collection and improvement in organic waste disposal was observed. Conclusion: The program succeeded in spreading environmental awareness and biopore adoption. Education and involvement are needed for sustainability over time.

Abstract

Purpose: This research paper aims to address waste management issues in Peninjoan Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency, by educating elementary school students on effective practices. This initiative is significant for promoting environmental sustainability and community development.Method: The study uses an educational intervention at SDN 5 Peninjoan, collecting data through workshops and observational feedback. Qualitative analysis assesses students' understanding and their ability to transform waste into useful items.Practical Applications: The findings demonstrate practical applications, including improved community cleanliness, increased environmental awareness, and the development of marketable products, enhancing the income potential for families.Conclusion: Educating students on waste management fosters creativity and responsibility, allowing them to convert waste into valuable items. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating waste management education into school curricula to tackle environmental challenges effectively.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of tax aggressiveness, audit committee, and capital structure on corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2023. Using a purposive sampling technique, 192 firm-year observations were selected based on specific criteria. The study employed secondary data and was analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that tax aggressiveness and audit committee positively and significantly influence CSR disclosure. In contrast, capital structure has a negative and significant effect. These findings suggest that firms engaging in higher levels of tax aggressiveness may simultaneously enhance CSR disclosure, potentially as a reputational management strategy. Moreover, the presence of a stronger audit committee is associated with better CSR practices, indicating its critical role in governance and transparency. Conversely, firms with higher debt levels tend to disclose less CSR information, possibly due to financial constraints or strategic considerations. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between financial and governance factors and CSR practices within the Indonesian food and beverage industry context.

Abstract

Green Entrepreneurship berperan penting dalam mendorong Corporate Sustainable melalui inovasi ramah lingkungan dan efisiensi sumber daya. Namun, banyak perusahaan menghadapi kendala dalam mengadopsi strategi ini, terutama terkait keterbatasan akses finansial dan teknologi. Financial Technology (fintech) menawarkan solusi potensial dalam memperkuat praktik keberlanjutan melalui akses modal hijau dan efisiensi transaksi. Meskipun hubungan antara Green Entrepreneurship dan corporate sustainability telah banyak diteliti, masih terdapat gap dalam memahami peran fintech sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Entrepreneurship terhadap corporate sustainability serta mengeksplorasi peran Financial Technology sebagai moderator. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari UMKM di Denpasar melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif terhadap corporate sustainability, dan Financial Technology secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini sejalan dengan Resource-Based View (RBV) dan Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi cakupan terbatas pada UMKM di Denpasar, potensi bias dalam data kuesioner, serta penggunaan metode PLS-SEM. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan ke sektor lain, menggunakan metode campuran, serta mempertimbangkan variabel seperti regulasi dan kesiapan digital. Studi longitudinal juga diperlukan untuk memahami dampak jangka panjang integrasi Green Entrepreneurship dan fintech terhadap Corporate Sustainable.
