Abstract

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and less than optimal management of digital marketing strategies, Sekar Madu SMEs experienced a decrease in sales volume and decreased revenue. Therefore, the solution that can be offered to the owner is to use digital marketing strategies through social media and utilize digital technology by making branding videos at Sekar Madu SMEs to support digital marketing in the hope of increasing sales volume and profits. This community service activity aims to help the owner of Sekar Madu SMEs in terms of improving their business marketing through social media by utilizing digital technology, namely making branding videos that will help introduce a product in a wider range through social media, to increase sales volume and profits. The methods used in community service activities are observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of applying digital technology by making branding videos. The result of this community service activity is that the owners of Sekar Madu SMEs begin to understand current, correct and effective branding, promotion or marketing strategies, and have the awareness to continue to innovate in terms of digital promotion or marketing through social media.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil terkait kepatuhan wajib pajak terhadap aturan pajak, kewenangan dan sanksi. 59.360 wajib pajak KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak sebagai metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda sebagai metode analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perpajakan mempunyai pengaruh yang secara meyakinkan terhadap pembayaran pajak di KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur. Pelayanan perpajakan KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur berdampak positif dan secara meyakinkan terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban Wajib Pajak. Di KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur, sanksi perpajakan berdampak positif dan secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Ditafsirkan kebijakan perpajakan, pelayanan pemerintah dan sanksi perpajakan membantu 72,3% membayar pajak tepat waktu. proporsi faktor lain yang belum ditemukan adalah 27,7%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar melihat pengaruh store atmosphere, word of mouth, service quality secara individual dan bersamaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini mempunyai sampel sejumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis datanya memakai Uji Reabilitas, Uji Validitas, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Koefisien Deaterminasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Berdasar hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa word of mouth memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh positif bermakna anatar store atmosphere dengan loyalitas pelanggan, secara positif bermakna service quality mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dan store atmosphere, word of mouth dan service quality memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yakni senilai 57,2%.

Abstract

Penerapan digital marketing di Netra Property masih cukup sederhana karena masih memadukan digital marketing dengan traditional marketing. Traditional marketing dilakukan dengan cara menempatkan para sales perumahan yang telah diberi pelatihan oleh Netra Property sebelumnya ke lokasi proyek perumahan, membagikan brosur perumahan. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan untuk membangun brand awareness dari calon konsumen. Bertujuan Untuk menjelaskan implementasi digital marketing CV Netra Property, dan untuk menjelaskan kendala dalam implementasi digital marketing yang digunakan CV Netra Property. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of financial knowledge on the financial behavior of mobile payment users. (2) to determine the effect of lifestyle on the financial behavior of mobile payment users. This research was conducted on a digital payment system, namely mobile payment. The population in this study is Generation Z who use mobile payment services in Denpasar City and the sample in this study is 80 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, Simultaneous Significance Test (F-Test) and Partial Test (T-Test) with the help of SPSS software for windows.  Result of this research shows (1) financial knowledge has a significant positive effect on the use of mobile payments, (2) lifestyle has a significant positive effect on the use of mobile payments

Abstract

 Advancements in technology are crucial for accessing information in a number of fields, including industry, education, health, and the economy. The lives of individuals become more practical and efficient when they use technology because everything can be done with ease. Many societal organizations have taken use of the internet's rapid advancements to produce new advances in information systems and technology; one such invention is financial technology (Fintech). Insurtech is one type of fintech; it uses technology to gather and examine massive volumes of data (big data) in order to more precisely assess risks. The respondents to this study were Denpasar people who used insurance insurtech, The research methodology employed in this study is purposive sampling. The results of this calculation sample size of this research are 125 respondens. The result shows innovation has a positive relationship with insurtech users and this implies that there will be a rise in insurtech users if the innovation variable rises. Communication channels have a positive relationship with insurtech users, this implies that there will be a rise in insurtech users if the communication channel variable rises. Time has a positive relationship with insurtech users. This implies that there will be a rise in insurtech users if the social system's factors rise.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial literacy on investment decisions and explores the moderating role of financial technology (Fintech). Conducted among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bali Province, Indonesia, the research seeks to understand how financial literacy influences investment choices and how Fintech enhances this relationship. A quantitative approach was used, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 100 SME owners who received business legality through decentralization funds. The data, collected via primary sources and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) 4.0, included measures of financial literacy, investment decisions, and Fintech usage. The findings reveal that higher financial literacy positively impacts investment decisions, with SMEs demonstrating better investment management and decision-making capabilities. Additionally, Fintech was found to strengthen this relationship by providing real-time data and advanced analytical tools that enhance investment decisions for those with strong financial literacy. However, the benefits of Fintech were more significant for individuals with higher financial knowledge, indicating that technology alone cannot replace the need for financial education. This study underscores the importance of integrating financial literacy with technological tools to improve investment outcomes and suggests that future research should explore diverse geographic contexts and longitudinal studies to better understand the evolving dynamics between financial literacy, Fintech, and investment decisions

Abstract

The reason for conducting this research is to understand the relationship of deferred tax variables and tax to book ratio influence a company's financial performance. The independent variables in the research conducted this time are deferred tax and tax to book ratio, then the fixed variable in the current research is financial performance. This research applies a quantitative approach, multiple linear regression is used as a statistical test, and to analyze the data the classical assumption test is used. By using manufacturing companies operating in the food and beverage sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2022 as the research population and sample. A total of 17 companies were used as purposive samples, which means the number of samples used was 51 observation data because. This research was conducted using the SPSS Version 25 program. The final results obtained imply that deferred tax has a positive effect with a coefficient value of 54.652 and a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05 and the tax to book ratio has a coefficient value of 3.866, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the tax to book ratio variable also has a significant positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memainkan peran vital dalam memberikan jaminan kecelakaan kerja bagi pekerja di Indonesia, melindungi mereka dari risiko finansial akibat kecelakaan kerja. Program ini mencakup biaya pengobatan dan kompensasi kehilangan pendapatan, sehingga membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan keluarganya serta memberikan rasa aman di lingkungan kerja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menganalisis pentingnya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam jaminan kecelakaan kerja dan menyoroti manfaat pelaksanaannya. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat pekerja mengenai pentingnya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kajian literatur, survei kesadaran pekerja, serta sosialisasi dengan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Sosialisasi diadakan pada tanggal 4 Juli 2024 untuk pekerja di Bangli. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan tidak hanya memberikan perlindungan finansial, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan loyalitas pekerja. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman pekerja tentang pentingnya keanggotaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, terutama dalam hal perlindungan terhadap risiko kecelakaan kerja dan kehilangan penghasilan akibat sakit. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi dan pendampingan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pekerja mengenai pentingnya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, sehingga mendukung kesejahteraan dan keamanan pekerja di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of awareness, tax sanctions, and modernization of the administrative system on individual taxpayer compliance during the Covid-19 pandemic at the East Denpasar Tax Service Office. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data from respondents. The population in this study is an effective and registered individual taxpayer, amounting to 52,417 while the sample used in this study amounted to 100 individual taxpayer respondents registered at the East Denpasar Tax Service Office with thetechnique Accidental Sampling where the sample was selected by chance with taking into account the predetermined criteria for individual taxpayer respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression techniques using the help of theapplication SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study show significant positive results, which means that awareness, tax sanctions, and the modernization of the tax administration system affect the level of compliance of each individual taxpayer during the Covid-19 pandemic.
