Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Kualitas Pelayanan Pemberian kredit PD. BPR KLANGENAN terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang memeliki penjaman kredit sebesar Rp.5000.000 di PD. BPR KLANGENAN. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Dimana di ambil dari total nasabah 350 dan keseluruhan 2258 Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental Sampling. Jenis datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji F Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty mempunyai pengaruh bersama, artinya keempat variabel tersebut selalu mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah. Dengan kata lain dapat dikatakan secara serentak variasi kelima variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel terikatnya yaitu Assurance. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh T hitung lebih besar dari F tabel sehingga : wujud fisik, keandalan, , Daya tanggap, jamina ,empati dan Kepuasan Nasabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Besarnya koefisien determinasi ( 2 R ) kelima variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah 95,% kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh : wujud fisik, keandalan, , Daya tanggap, jamina , dan empati sedangkan sisanya yaitu 5% kepuasan nasabah debitur dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Wujud Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jamina, Empati dan Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health in the modern era is now an inseparable necessity from the development of healthy and smart Indonesian people. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. For this reason, the need for synergy between leaders and employees. Employees still complain about the way leaders handle each employee's complaints, such as complaints of discrepancies between salaries and work performed, employees still feel discriminated in the sense of being discriminated according to social status, the length of the process of determining to become permanent employees, and so forth. From the factors mentioned above that the role of the leader in leading must be wise and fair both for the organization and employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of whether or not the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is mediated by organizational justice. This study used a correlational quantitative method and the data processing was assisted with SPSS 22. The population of this study was all employees of RSIA Cahaya Bunda including permanent employees and contract employees while the study sample was only 127 permanent employees. Determination of samples using Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational justice and organizational justice is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and clarity about the influence of the phenomenon of personality, motivation to career success, either partially or simultaneously based on self-leadership theory. In addition, to determine whether there is differences in personality, motivation to career success between men and women. The unit of analysis is a lecturer in the area of Cirebon region. The total samples are 120 people. The method used is descriptive and verification method. To test the model and hypotheses used regression analysis. The results showed that personality and motivation affects the career success. The Influential of personality and motivation of success is together toward career success. There was no difference in personality, motivation to career success among male and female in the college.

Abstract

This study explicates the aspects of work-life balance that occurred in the work environment during the Covid 19 pandemic. Covid-19 has changed the work patterns mostly carried out from home utilizing virtual media which in turn exert influence on the performances of the agent PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance. The quantitative method with descriptive and verification research types was applied in this study using the saturated sampling technique by employing all of the population. A total of 63 respondents of working agents at PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance were involved. The data analysis technique was focused on analyzing the multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, the simultaneous, and the partial aspects. The calculation method is supported by the use of the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained from this study pinpoint that job performances were significantly affected by each dimension of Work-Life Balance (WLB) such as the Time Balance, the Involvement Balance, and the Satisfaction Balance. In addition, those three aspects simultaneously and significantly influence the employees’ performances. At last, the findings signify that delays in awarding and the time flexibility impeded the performance of the agents. Some proposed actions are recommended to help the employees work optimally.

Abstract

The role of justice plays an important function in shaping the behavior and perceptions of employees about the organization. Being interested in observing organizational justice is a key model and can act as a basic source of results for employees and organizations developing ideal relationships and building shared job satisfaction between employees and employers in PD. Sumber Utama Ciperna. This research is a type of casual research with a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire instrument by taking a sample of 66 employees which means it is a saturated sample. This research shows that leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction because there is a relationship between superiors and subordinates that is quite harmonious, communication is established between superiors and good subordinates, there is also a relationship of mutual trust given by superiors to their subordinates and the involvement of superiors in defending their employees in front of other superiors. Organizational justice partially has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Leader member exchange and Organizational justice simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: LMX, Organizational Justice, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine digital marketing practices in small and medium industries. The aspects studied include the digital marketing strategies and tactics used, as well as the level of difficulty experienced by small and medium-sized industries when marketing digitally. Respondents in this study were managers or business owners in small and medium industries in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The findings in this study indicate that the components of the digital marketing strategy are considered very important or are priority strategies used by small and medium industries, but on the other hand the seven this strategy has a high difficulty for small and medium industries to achieve success in carrying out the strategy. The component of digital marketing tactics are considered very effective in promoting their products, but small and medium industry players have difficulties to apply these tactics.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial factor in the development, progress, and change process in both organizations and government agencies. Mainly to improve human welfare productively. Palimanan District is a sub-district in Cirebon Regency. Palimanan District has 12 villages led by the village head and on the road or assisted by village officials and staff in carrying out duties and authorities. The ability to innovate is essential for the village to increase its potential in the village. The study aimed to determine the effect of innovation and training capabilities on the performance of village apparatus in the Palimanan sub-district by applying observation models, data collection, and questionnaire models in villages and Palimanan sub-districts. The research design used in this study was a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, aiming to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The instrument used for this study was a questionnaire sheet. This is shown from the results of the T-Test, which shows the calculated T value for the Inovas ability variable 2.431 and T table 1989, for the training variable of 5.030 and T table 1989. So it can be concluded that the calculated T value is greater than the T table where the innovation ability variable affects performance and the training variable affects performance; the F value is calculated at 35.365 > Ftable 3.11, which means there is a significant favorable influence between innovation ability and training together (simultaneously) on the performance of Palimanan sub-district village apparatus.

Abstract

In this study, there are variables X1 (Work Boredom), X2 (Self Control), and Y (Cyberloafing Behavior). This research was conducted to determine (1) The Effect of Work boredom on Cyberloafing Behavior. (2) The Effect of Self Control. (3) Effect of Work Boredom and Self Control on Cyberloafing Behavior. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study is 37 employees at CV. JSA Management Jakarta using census samples. The primary and secondary data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. The analysis techniques used are the validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, T-test, and F test. The results show that (1) Work boredom has a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, and (2) Self-control has a significant negative effect on cyberloafing behavior, (3) Work boredom and self-control simultaneously influence cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Merek Perusahaan dan Kompensasi terhadap Minat Melamar Kerja pada PT. Cahaya Bangunan Baru. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat pelamar, khususnya pada posisi sales, yang dipengaruhi oleh citra perusahaan dan persepsi terhadap sistem kompensasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Merek Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar kerja, sedangkan Kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik perusahaan di mata calon pelamar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi merek perusahaan yang kuat, dipadukan dengan sistem kompensasi yang kompetitif, dapat meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas pelamar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi branding dan kebijakan kompensasi dalam upaya memperkuat posisi di pasar tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Introduction: This study is driven by the inadequate level of inventive engagement among civil servants (PNS) in Kesambi District, as evidenced by their limited of involvement in national public service innovation initiatives, such as the West Java Innovation Competition and the Public Service Innovation Competition (KIPP). Methods: This quantitative study employs questionnaires administered to 53 civil servants, seleted using a saturated sample method. Results: The results indicate that self-leadership has a positve and significant influence on both creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. Moreover, creative self-efficacy has a substantial influence on innovative work behavior. This study's principal finding is that creative self-efficacy substantially mediates the connection between self-leadership and innovative work behavior.Conclusion and suggestion: This suggests that civil servants who can self-lead have greater confidence in their creative skills, hence augmenting their inventive conduct in the workplace. Consequently, enhancing self-leadership and creative self-efficacy ought to be a strategic priority in cultivating the capabilities of government personnel.
