Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menguji kembali penelitian Ainur Rofiq (2009) dan Hendra (2010). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Nasabah Tabungan Pasar PD BPR Bank Cirebon. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data angket (kuisioner) yang disebar kepada 100 responden. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 19.00. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian : (1) Ekuitas merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. (2) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. (3) Ekuitas merek dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 65,1% . Kata kunci : Ekuitas Merek, Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Partisipasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu sebanyak 60 orang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 47 orang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian data yang dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh program SPSS 19. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Peran Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Aryanto et.al (2013) dan Safrizal et. Al (2004), (2) Penerapan partisipasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Fajrin (2010) dan Suprayitno (2013), (3) Peran budaya kerja dan penerapan partisipasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian kinerja pegawai (Y). Abstract

This study tries to look at developments and emerging issues about resource-based displays. From the point of view of Penrose in 1959 about the need for companies to have competing resources, until Barney's compilation gave rise to a resource-based (RBV) view and valuable, rare, non-replicable, and irreplaceable (VRIN), and organizational (OIN) views in a place that can absorb and use them. Study reviews are used by using literature review studies by reviewing articles that are relevant to the theme. The RBV discussion starts with the 4-dimensional grouping of the RBV model, which is the focus of the renewal. The purpose of this study is to explore behavioral concepts in terms of Islamic personality that encourage innovative motivation so that individual targets can be increased not only because of the visible support for religious or belief in God.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Earning Per Share, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Return saham pada perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode tahun 2010-2012. Penulis memilih perusahaan manufaktur sektor farmasi untuk dijadikan obyek penelitian karena di Indonesia sedang ramai membahas dunia kesehatan. Semua orang membutuhkan barang farmasi dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari dalam kondisi sehat maupun sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur sektor Farmasi pada BEI yang terdaftar di BEI Periode tahun 2010-2012 dengan pemilihan sampel yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 5 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan sekunder, data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahunan dari masing-masing perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu statistik SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio, Earning Per Share dan Net ProfitMargin secara parsial Pengaruhnya signifikan terhadap Return Saham.Kata Kunci: Currrent Ratio, Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin dan Return Saham

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of relations of customer, service quality and price of customer value and customer loyalty, and the influence of relations customer, service quality and price of customer value, also the effect of customer value on customer loyalty. The method used is descriptive and verification with simple technique by using stratifield random sampling on 568 congregation. The data was analyzed using Path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results indicate that: Relations Customer was pretty good towards good, The quality of service was good enough towards good service, The price was quite good towards good, Customer Value was well enough for good, Loyalty Customers good enough towards either there was different significan either partially or simultaneously from the variable of customer relations, service quality and the price of customer Value, there was a strong influence of Customer Value on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The latest trend of the coffee cafe business is one of the businesses that is in great demand by business actors in Indonesia. The number of coffee cafes creates perfect competition with the trend of creating a cafe atmosphere that has an interior design and development of a natural atmosphere or a certain nuance. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Kompanyon café. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaire research instruments. The results of the study partially store atmosphere affect purchasing decisions and the quality of the product affects the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results store atmosphere and product quality affect purchasing decisions. These results become material for further studies regarding more dynamic determinants in decision making.

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. It provides a country’s foreign exchange, as well as financial support for building the economy. Additionally, tourism encourages business growth and employment by providing labor needs. The increased number of visitors to Indonesia has spurred significant growth in the country’s tourism industry. This can be seen from the increase of hotels, restaurants, transportation and other services that focus on tourism. Additionally, this can be seen from the increasing number of visitors in Indonesia. This research looks at how Product and Price Policy influences customers’ choices. It does this by gathering data using a SEM-PLS approach and processing 150 respondents from the Fave Hotel Bandung. The study finds that customers’ choices in favor of a particular hotel or the hotel’s price policy directly influence their decisions.

Abstract

This study explicates the aspects of work-life balance that occurred in the work environment during the Covid 19 pandemic. Covid-19 has changed the work patterns mostly carried out from home utilizing virtual media which in turn exert influence on the performances of the agent PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance. The quantitative method with descriptive and verification research types was applied in this study using the saturated sampling technique by employing all of the population. A total of 63 respondents of working agents at PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance were involved. The data analysis technique was focused on analyzing the multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, the simultaneous, and the partial aspects. The calculation method is supported by the use of the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained from this study pinpoint that job performances were significantly affected by each dimension of Work-Life Balance (WLB) such as the Time Balance, the Involvement Balance, and the Satisfaction Balance. In addition, those three aspects simultaneously and significantly influence the employees’ performances. At last, the findings signify that delays in awarding and the time flexibility impeded the performance of the agents. Some proposed actions are recommended to help the employees work optimally.
