Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the effectiveness of learning at Selat State Middle School, Kapuas Regency. and Knowing and analyzing the effect of teacher professionalism on the effectiveness of learning at Selat State Middle School, Kapuas Regency. The study population was all teachers at State Junior High Schools in Selat District, Kapuas Regency, and the sample was drawn using the Probability Sampling technique with as many as 44 people using the Slovin formula.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Supervision of The Implementation of Road Maintenance in The Department Of Public Works And Urban Planning. The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Banjarmasin has not been effective because there are roads that are not in accordance with the needs of the community, this is because the roads are functioning does not cover the entire project. The inhibiting factors in supervising road and road construction projects concern (1) a lack of quality of road supervisors, (2) the lack of funding for road supervision so far is still very minimal, and (3) the condition Inadequate work infrastructure and facilities at the public works and spacial planning office.

Abstract

The issue of violence and discrimination against women is still an international issue, even including the Sustainable Development Goals agenda. Discrimination against women occurs most often is violence, stereotypes and subordination of women. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Determination of informants used purposive sampling technique and data analysis using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models, namely data reduction, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions/verification. These efforts are made so that women can empower their potential to contribute their interests and talents to create an independent and prosperous life.

Abstract

Keliling Benteng Hulu village, is one of several in the West Martapura sub-district, Banjar Regency, which often experiences natural disasters, especially floods, in the middle of March 2023 this area was flooded, actually the area affected by the flood covers the West Martapura sub-district but in this service activity it is carried out to the community in this village area which includes 65 families. many efforts have been made both from the government and concerned parties to overcome this incident. Community service activities this time aim to minimize the adverse effects of this flood disaster. The results of this service are expected to reduce the impact of flood-affected communities in the form of food aid and medicines.

Abstract

Banjarbaru City's economic growth compared to the National Level and the Province of South Kalimantan is low. Therefore efforts to increase community income and community empowerment efforts need to be carried out, this is in line with the government's mission to develop the economy, control population and increase development. Therefore development efforts in various fields are being and continuously being carried out. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation to obtain data in accordance with the research. The results of the study indicate that the government's efforts in terms of empowering the Mentaos Village community through an economic development program can be said to be successful in improving the welfare of the Mentaos Village community as measured by the increase in income earned by business actors participating in the program and also the provision of training and courses provided can improve their abilities or skills in the business world so that they can be independent to meet their economic needs.AbstrakPertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Banjarbaru dibanding dengan Tingkat Nasional dan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan termasuk yang rendah. Oleh karena itu upaya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat serta upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilakukan, hal ini sejalan dengan misi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan ekonomi, pengendalian penduduk dan meningkatkan pembangunan. Oleh karena itu upaya pembanguan dalam berbagai bidang sedang dan terus dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data yang sesuai dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemerintah dalam hal pemberdayaan masyarakat Kelurahan Mentaos melalui program pengembangan ekonomi dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Mentaos yang diukur dari hasil peningkatan pendapatan yang didapatkan oleh para pelaku usaha yang mengikuti program tersebut dan juga pemberian pelatihan dan kursus yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan atau keterampilan mereka dalam dunia usaha sehingga dapat mandiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya.

Abstract

The preparation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is a public document for villages in the next year. For this reason, the APBDes must be prepared properly by involving various stakeholders so that it will be reflected in relation to village revenues and expenditures, besides that the APBDes is a form of transparency in the implementation of development in the village. This socialization aims to provide insight and knowledge to village apparatus in preparing the APBDes in Jorong District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze road development planning in Banua Anyar Village, East Banjarmasin Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. It identifies constraints and obstacles during the planning meetings in Banua Anyar Subdistrict. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Key informants are the Banua Anyar Village Head and the Head of the Economic and Development Section. Data collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results show that road construction planning in Banua Anyar Village does not fully comply with existing regulations. Issues include incomplete public information about musrenbang schedules, limited community involvement, and selective invitation to meetings. Facilitators' skills in guiding discussions were also rated poorly. Constraints involve inadequate facilities and places for road construction planning, and sub-optimal human resources from the sub-district and other agencies. This hinders the optimal implementation of Musrenbang according to statutory regulations. To improve, address these shortcomings, and enhance facilitators' skills. Additionally, allocate better resources and infrastructure to ensure effective road development planning in Banua Anyar Village, Banjarmasin City

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of creativity and instructional media on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Sei Miai Cluster in North Banjarmasin District. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative research, with data sources consisting of primary and secondary data. Primary data is collected directly from the field through observation, surveys, and interviews, which include questions related to teacher creativity, instructional media, and teaching performance. Secondary data is gathered from various references and supporting data obtained during the research process. Data collection techniques in this study involve observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis utilizes multiple regression analysis. The research results indicate that in the partial t-test, the Sig values for the variables of creativity and instructional media are 0.003 and 0.002, respectively. The Sig values are smaller than the alpha coefficient (0.05), indicating that both creativity and instructional media have a significant influence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Sei Miai Cluster in North Banjarmasin District. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test shows that the Sig value for the independent variables is 0.000, which is also smaller than the alpha coefficient (0.05). This suggests that both creativity and instructional media together have a significant impact on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Sei Miai Cluster in North Banjarmasin District.   Keywords:   Teacher creativity; Instructional media; Teacher performance; Influence of creativity; Influence of instructional media

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office.The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach that describes the impact of Covid-19 on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The sources of information in this study were the Head of the Head of Government Section, the Staff of the Government Section, the Village Apparatus with as many as 3 (three) people, the Head of RT 1 person, and the community 3 people while the key informant was the Camat.The results of this research show that the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office is reduced service time, the completion time of Population documents is getting slower, making ID cards cannot be done because the e-KTP recording device is damaged, transferred to the Office Population and Civil Registration of Banjar Regency with online services, the completion time of making an ID card takes quite a long time between 3 to 5 days or even more which is delivered by courier PT. J&T Express at a rate of Rp. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah).The online service that was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic was difficult for some people because people did not understand technology and did not have a cellphone according to standards. The follow-up action taken by the Sungai Tabuk District Apparatus in direct service was to carry out health protocols, namely by providing a place for washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining a distance between service providers and recipients or fellow recipients and adding plastic shields to the service in front of the counter, to anticipate the spread of Covid -19.

Abstract

Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN) pada tahun 2025 diharapkan tercapai kesetaraan pembangunan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Untuk mempercepat pencapaian kesetaraan dan keadilan gender tersebut diatas Pemerintah Indonesia menerbitkan Inpres Nomor 9 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender Dalam Pembangunan Nasional dan meratifikasi tentang Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1984, dimaksudkan untuk menghilangkan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan, terutama pada bidang pendidikan, ekonomi dan ketenagakerjaan, kesehatan dan hukum. Tidak ada diskriminasi, berarti meningkatkan kualitas hidup perempuan yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kualitas generasi mendatang. Kualitas hidup perempuan sangat menentukan kondisi anak-anak yang dilahirkan sebagai generasi penerus bangsa.
