Abstract

Indonesia menduduki urutan ketiga setelah India dan China dalam jumlah penderita TB paru di dunia. Jumlah kasus baru TB di Indonesia sebanyak 420.994 kasus pada tahun 2017. Provinsi Jambi merupakan daerah endemis TB dan angka kasus TB di Puskesmas Pijoan Baru yang tinggi menyebabkan pentingnya mendapatkan penanganan kasus dan pengobatan secara khusus. Data sekunder variable orang, tempat dan waktu belum dikaji secara epidemiologi deskriptif oleh pihak Puskesmas dan peneliti terdahulu. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan epidemiologi deskriptif kejadian Tuberkulosis (TB) di Puskesmas Pijoan Baru Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Jenis penelitian deskriptif pada bulan Januari-Desember 2019 diambil 40 dengan cara purposive sampling yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Analisa data deskriptif distribusi frekuensi. Tuberkulosis (TB) mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki (67,5%), umur 15-59 tahun (72,5%), terkonfirmasi bakteriologis (75,0%), anatomi paru lebih (92,5%), kasus TB baru (90%), negative HIV (100%), tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan foto toraks (65%) dibandingkan yang dilakukan dan positif TB (35%), OAT kategori 1 (95%), dilakukan pemeriksaan mikroskopis + (75%), belum dilakukan pemeriksaan biakan (72,5%), bertempat tinggal di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi (70%), mengalami naik turun (fluktuatif) dengan jumlah terbanyak kasus pada bulan April sebanyak 7 kasus. Simpulan, mayoritas laki-laki, berusia produktif (15-59 tahun), diagnosis lebih banyak terkonfirmasi bakteriologis dengan lokasi anatomi paru dan merupakan kasus TB baru serta OAT yang digunakan kategori 1. Keluarahan Tebing Tinggi yang paling padat penduduk dengan banyak kasus TB. Terjadinya naik turun (fluktuatif) kasus TB mulai bulan Januari-Desember 2019.

Abstract

Ketidaklengkapan formulir pendaftaran masih menjadi permasalahan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan, menghambat proses administrasi dan berdampak pada kelancaran pelayanan pasien. di RSUD Sidoarjo Barat juga mengalami masalah ketidaklengkapan pengisian formulir pendaftaran. Tujuan Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dengan cara mengingatkan kembali petugas pendaftaran mengenai pentingnya kelengkapan pengisian formulir sesuai dengan petunjuk pengisian (juknis). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui wawancara dan reminder socialization, selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi serta pembuatan laporan. Hasil pengabdian yaitu pengecekan lembar formulir pendaftaran didapatkan sebesar 90% yang tidak lengkap dan hasil reminder socialization serta wawancara menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan waktu dan tingginya beban kerja menjadi faktor utama ketidaklengkapan formulir. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kelengkapan formulir, memperbaiki sistem administrasi, serta mendukung efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Sidoarjo Barat.

Abstract

Background: Turnover intention among nurses remains a critical workforce challenge, particularly in private hospitals where staffing instability directly affects service quality, patient safety, and organizational costs. Despite extensive research, evidence integrating multiple psychosocial work factors within a single multivariate model in the Indonesian private hospital context remains limited. This study addresses this gap by simultaneously examining key determinants of turnover intention and identifying the most influential predictors. Purpose: This study aimed to identify independent predictors associated with turnover intention among nurses in a private hospital setting. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among nurses at a private hospital in Indonesia in 2025. A total of 70 respondents were selected using purposive sampling from a population of 81 nurses. Data were collected using a validated and reliable structured questionnaire. Turnover intention was dichotomized into high and low categories for logistic regression analysis. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, bivariate analysis (chi-square), and multivariate logistic regression. Although the sample size was relatively small, the number of predictors included in the final model was limited to ensure model stability. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that work motivation, work stress, burnout, work–life balance, job demands, and job satisfaction were significantly associated with turnover intention (p < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression identified high work stress (POR = 31.62; 95% CI: 3.65–273.55; p = 0.002), high burnout (POR = 12.35; 95% CI: 1.78–85.58; p = 0.011), and low work motivation (POR = 9.02; 95% CI: 1.24–65.60; p = 0.030) as independent predictors of turnover intention. Conclusion: Turnover intention among nurses is primarily driven by high work stress, burnout, and low work motivation. These findings highlight the need for targeted organizational interventions focusing on stress management, burnout prevention, and motivation enhancement to improve nurse retention in private hospitals.

Abstract

The digitalization of healthcare services has encouraged hospitals to adopt app-based registration systems to improve service effectiveness and patient comfort. The SiFat application was developed as an online registration medium at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan. However, its implementation still encountered various technical obstacles and barriers to use by patients. This study aims to identify the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction levels of the application. The research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population was 206 outpatients using the SiFat application, with a sample of 135 respondents determined through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire compiled based on the DeLone and McLean information system success model, covering the dimensions of system quality and user satisfaction. Analysis of the relationship between variables was conducted using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that the majority of respondents rated the system quality as moderate (77%), while user satisfaction was dominated by the quite satisfied category (75.6%). The statistical test produced a p-value <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.501, indicating a positive relationship with moderate strength between system quality and user satisfaction. These findings confirm that improving system reliability, ease of use, security, and stability has the potential to increase patient satisfaction with online registration services. Continuous system evaluation and development are necessary to optimize the implementation of digital services in hospitals.
