Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini kehidupan manusia mengalami banyak perkembangan termasuk dalam bidang perekonomian. Pertumbuhan ekonomi membuat lembaga perbankan sebagai salah satu lembaga keuangan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam menunjang kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat di suatu negara. Berbagai jenis usaha ditawarkan oleh bank seperti kredit dan tabungan deposito yang dapat membantu dalam kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa prinsip hukum perbankan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap bank agar aktivitasnya dapat berjalan lancar dan dapat terhindar dari risiko. Berdasarkan penelitian, walaupun etika dan pola pelayanan pegawai bank telah diatur. Kenyatannya kegiatan perbankan tidak terlepas dari penyimpangan penatusahaan para pihak terafilasi dalam perbankan sebagai individu yang memiliki kewenangan dalam industri perbankan, penyimpangan penatausahaan tersebut memberikan kerugian pada nasabah bank. Kerugian pada nasabah menjadi tanggungjawab pihak terafiliasi yang melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum dan bank sebagai institusi.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan Pendidikan jasmani pada dasarnya merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani harus diarahkan pada pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Pendidikan jasmani merupakan media untuk mendorong perkembangan motorik, kemampuan fisik, pengetahuan dan penalaran, penghayatan nilai-nilai (sikap-mental-emosional-spritual-dan sosial), serta pembiasan pola hidup sehat yang bermuara untuk merangsang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang seimbang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI IPA dengan siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 siswa. Sedangkan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini keseluruhan adalah 64 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  non eksperimen. Penelitian non ekspeimen adalah suatu penelitian yang tidak diberikan perlakuan atau manipulasi terhadap variabel yang mungkin berperan dalam munculnya suatu gejala, karena gejala yang diamati telah terjadi (ek-post-facto) (Maksum, 2009).  Berdasarkan hasil tes MFT siswa diketahui bahwa hasil Multistage Fitness Test siswa SMA NEGERI 3 Sidoarjo untuk kelas XI IPS memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 28,1600, nilai standar deviasi sebesar 7,29400, nilai varian sebesar 53,202, nilai terendah sebesar 20,70 dan nilai tertinggi sebesar 46,50, sedangkan untuk kelas XI IPA memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 27,4788, nilai standar deviasi sebesar 6,71504, nilai varian sebesar 45,092, nilai terendah sebesar 20,70, dan nilai tertinggi sebesar 46,50. Nilai F hitung sebesar 0,510, nilai probabilitas (Sig.) sebesar 0,748, dan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,386. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat dikatakan bahwa kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS di SMA Negeri 3 Sdoarjo dalam kondisi kurang. Kata Kunci : Kebugaran Jasmani Abstract  Basically, physical education is a part of integral education system. Therefore, the implementation of physical education must be directed to achieve those goals. Physical education is a media to support the motoric development, physical skill, knowledge and reasoning, internalizing the values (attitude-mental-emotional-spritual-and social), and accustoming the healthy lifestyle to stimulate the balanced growth and development. This research aims to find the level of students’ physical fitness between eleventh grade of science and eleventh grade of social. The population in this research is 128 students. There aea 64 students become the research sample. This research used non experimental approach. Non experiment research is a reaserch which is not given treadment or manipulation in the variable wich is possible to create an indication, because the observed indication has been noticed (ek-post-facto) (maksum,2009). Based on the resultd of studdents’ MFT test, the result of the Students’ Multistage Fitness Test at SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo for the social class is 28,1600 for its everage score, the deviation standard score is 6,71504, the variant score is 53,202, the lowest score is 20,70, and the highest score is 46,50. Edy Rianto, M.Pd Lingkungan pendidikan inklusif pada saat ini masih tampak adanya kekurangan dalam hal kompetensi profesional guru.Khususnya bagi guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah-sekolah dasar inklusif Surabaya.Indikator kompetensi guru yang harusnya dipenuhi oleh guru masih tampak ada beberapa yang belum dipenuhi.Keberadaan guru yang profesional dan berkompeten merupakan suatu keharusan untuk memudahkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.Guru yang profesional mampu mencerminkan sosok keguruannya dengan wawasan yang luas dan memiliki sejumlah kompetensi yang menunjang tugasnya.Kompetensi ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan guru menguasai subtansi bidang studi dan metodologi keilmuannya, menguasai struktur dan kurikulum bidang studi, mengorganisasikan materi kurikulum bidang studi, menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui evaluasi dan penelitian.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru pembimbing khusus (GPK) dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan bagi anak bekebutuan khusus di SDN Inklusif Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai intrumen kunci dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian potret kompetensi professional guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah dasar inklusif surabaya khususnya di wilayah surabaya barat, yaitu SDN Banyu Urip V, SDN Tandes Kidul I, dan Dukuh Kupang III. Alasan memilih lokasi penelitian ini karena peneliti menemukan problem di dalam sekolah tersebut.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 5 aspek kompetensi guru menurut permendiknas no.16 tahun 2007 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga Guru Pembimbing Khusus dari sekolah SDN inklusi Surabaya memiliki kompetensi professional sebagai Guru Pembimbing Khusus di sekolah. The research method used in this research is .The approach utilized in this research is qualitative approach which is the research method based on natural object condition, where the researcher is as a key instrument with data collection technique is done by triangulation (combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the result of qualitative research emphasizes more on the meaning of generalization.The site of the research is a portrait of professional competence of aspecial teacher in Surabaya inclusive primary school especially in western Surabaya region, namely Public Elementary School of Banyu Urip V, Public Elementary School ofTandesKidul I, and DukuhKupang III. The reason for choosing the location of this research because the researcher finds problems in the school. The results of this study are 5 aspects of professional competence of teachers according to Education Ministry Regulation (Permendiknas)No.16 of 2007 can be concluded that the three special advising teachers (GPK) from Public Elementary School of Surabaya Inclusive schools have professional competence as special advising teachers (GPK) inthe schools.Because the professional competence of teachers is a fundamental thing that must be owned by educators in applying the learning in accordance with the characteristics of students; being friendly and open not only for students with special needs but also for regular students in general. It is because the purpose of this inclusion is not only to provide communication, socialization, and interaction learning for students with special needs but also to provide meaningful learning for regular students in order to respect, appreciate, and accept the existence and condition of students with special needs as school citizens. Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations and observations made by the author in the field, and also based on information from coaches and athletes, that the men's volleyball branch of the Male Volleyball Team of SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan until now has not been able to show maximum achievement. One of the causes is smash. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power with volleyball smash accuracy in men's volleyball teams at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Right. Right. In this study the population that will be used is the men's volleyball team SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan consisting of 16 people. So the population in this study amounted to 16 people. The sample is a portion or representative of the population studied. The sample in this study was the men's volleyball team of SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan as many as 16 people. The instrument of this research is JUMP MD which aims to measure leg muscle explosive power, arm and shoulder muscle power test with medicine ball ball, and smash test. The data obtained were analyzed using simple and multiple correlations. From the results obtained, arm and shoulder muscle power has a relationship with Smash accuracy on the Men's Volleyball Team at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan. There is a joint relationship between leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power to the accuracy of the Smash on the Men's Volleyball Team at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan. Abstract

Abstrak: Studi Literatur: Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) dapat menyebabkan kelainan endokrin yang langka dan mengancam jiwa. CAH merupakan kelainan autosomal resesif yang menyebabkan gangguan pembentukan kortisol akibat hambatan dari salah satu tahap enzimatik yang dibutuhkan untuk biosintesis kortisol dan aldosteron. Kondisi tersebut umumnya ditemukan pada 1 dari 10.000 dan 1 dari 20.000 bayi. Frekuensi pembawa/ karier defisiensi 21- hydroxylasetipe klasik diperkirakan 1 diantara 60 orang. Manifestasi klinis CAH dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi CAH klasik dan CAH non-klasik. lambat CAH klasik terjadi akibat defisiensi enzim yang parah, sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya kadar aldosteron dan kortisol, namun kadar androgen tinggi, sedangkan CAH Non-klasik terjadi karena kelainan pada tahap sintesis steroid dari protein steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR). Diagnosis CAH dapat ditegakkan berdasarkan peningkatan kadar 17-OHP. Tata laksana yang dapat diberikan pada pasien CAH adalah glukokortikoid, mineralokortikoid, dan terapi pembedahan.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the implementation of vocabulary self-collection strategy in improving students’ vocabulary mastery. The research design used Classroom Action Research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this research was students of VIII A class of SMPN 4 Selong in academic year 2021/2022 with total number of the subject 25 students. The research used multiple choice test as the instrument of the research. The data collecting procedure used four steps such; planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data analysis used minimum criteria with standard score 75 by taking classical completeness analysis. Based on the data analysis of the research analysis was gotten the score of the students’ improvement from first to the second cycles with the average score 75 to 93,2. Therefore, it took conclusion that there was improvement of students’ vocabulary mastery by using Vocabulary Self-Collection Strategy

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic so schools are recommended to carry out online schools (on the network), therefore online learning media e-learning is related to student learning achievement. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the use of e-learning based learning media (website) at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School, 2) to determine the effect of e-learning learning media (website) on student achievement at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School. This research uses quantitative research design with survey correlation method. Data collection uses a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation on the PTS (Middle Semester Assessment) and PAT (End of Year Assessment) scores, and uses parametric inferential descriptive statistical data analysis, while the hypothesis calculation data analysis technique uses the Person deviation formula to calculate Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of the study with the aim of knowing how to use E-learning-based Learning Media (websites) in the online learning process, namely by accessing the links that have been shared, logging in with their respective passwords, then just selecting the subjects to be studied and the student achievement of SMK Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum there is an increase after using learning media based on E-Learning and research data with NORMAL distribution after testing the data received through the normality test and product moment correlation test with the results of the normality test results with a significance result of 0.23 > 0.05 and the results of the correlation test with the value of r count > 0.165, namely 0.172 > 0.165 on the PTS value and 0.181 > 0.165 on the PAT value.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is analyze how Kerinci society organized and resisted the Dutch Colonialism, as well as the impact of the againt on social, economic and political development in the Kerinci region. The research method used is a historical method consisting of several steps, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, historiography. The primary sources used in this study are interviews and archives, skunder sources used in the form of books, theses and other references. The results of this study will help to better understand the againt of the Kerinci people against Dutch colonialism, as well as its impact on the development of the Kerinci region after the colonial period. It will also provide a broader view of local resistance to colonialism in areas not much explored in Indonesian history.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the history of the formation of Sungai Rambai Village to know and describe the development and changes in the socio-cultural life of the residents of Sungai Rambai Village. The research method used historical method which consists of four steps, namely heusristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography. Based on research conducted by the author, it is known that Sungai Rambai Village is one of the villages located in Pengabuan District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency before the expansion in 2008 into Senyerang District which is 69 km from the city center of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The residents of Sungai Rambai Village are a community group belonging to the Javanese tribe. According to Village Archive Data and information from several communities, Sungai Rambai Village already existed during the Japanese colonial period. The residents of Sungai Rambai Village in an effort to meet their needs can be grouped into several types, namely; areca nut plantations, oil palm, farming, traders, laborers, civil servants, and there are also fishermen as side jobs. However, the majority are farmers (areca nut and oil palm), be they owners or laborers.
