Abstract

Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age. Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication. Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future. Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance. Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development.The research results show. Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood. Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others. Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process. But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a service provided by schools, one of the functions of which is to help students identify various kinds of problems inherent in them in order to realize effective learning. The various problems faced by students in classes towards the school, adjustments to the curriculum, study habits as well as the future and aspirations obtained from the Problem Checklist filled in by students. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 109 students using the Slovin formula. The research results were analyzed using percentages and produced findings that the problems faced by students were very diverse, thus hindering the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce dan locus of control terhadap kinerja bisnis pada pelaku bisnis online di pelaku bisnis online mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer serta di dukung dengan data sekunder. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang di isi oleh pelaku bisnis online mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan 50 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada pelaku bisnis online dengan thitung 4,556 > dari ttabel 1,67793 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada pelaku bisnis online dengan thitung 3,210 > dari ttabel 1,67793 dan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Serta Penggunaan e-commerce dan locus of control berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada pelaku bisnis online dengan fhitung 24,402 > dari ftabel 3,20 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,508 yang menunjukkan bahwa perubahan variabel dependen 50,8% sedangkan sisanya 49,2% diterangkan oleh faktor lain diluar model regresi yang telah dianalisis

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of organizational experience in the formation of competitive student character in the higher education environment. The literature study research method was used to summarize key findings that support the positive influence of organizational participation on student character development. The results of this study indicate that student organizations have a considerable role in shaping character values through student activities provided in higher education. Organizational experience contributes to the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills, shaping the character of student who are adaptive and ready to contribute in a professional environment. Due to the role of ormawa in the campus towards the formation of student character, student can later have knowledge and experience in organizing, as well as character building which can later become the hallmark of student.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling is increasingly becoming a serious concern among society, especially among teenagers. Wide access to information technology, such as smartphones connected to the internet, makes it easy for teenagers to engage in online gambling. In contrast to conventional gambling, online gambling offers anonymity, easy access, and various types of interesting games. The characteristics of adolescence, which tend to be full of exploration, search for identity, and a tendency to take risks, make this age group vulnerable to environmental influences and the temptation of online gambling. Individual factors such as curiosity, economic pressure, and the need for entertainment are the main causes of teenage involvement. Additionally, aggressive promotions from digital gambling platforms often attract their attention. The impacts include financial problems, mental health problems, and potential future destruction. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause teenage involvement in online gambling, examine its impact, and formulate effective preventive solutions. It is hoped that this research can make a real contribution to efforts to prevent online gambling among teenagers through education, policy and community participation approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengintegrasian prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dengan Maqashid Syariah dalam strategi keberlanjutan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Dengan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini mengkaji laporan keberlanjutan BSI tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Temuan menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan pada aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Secara ekonomi, BSI mencatat pertumbuhan pembiayaan berkelanjutan serta laba bersih yang tinggi. Program sosial mencakup pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pembinaan UMKM dan penyaluran dana sosial. Dari sisi lingkungan, BSI berfokus pada efisiensi energi dan pengurangan emisi karbon. Meskipun ada banyak pencapaian, tantangan seperti peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keberlanjutan dan penguatan tata kelola risiko masih harus diatasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi ESG dan Maqashid Syariah memberikan pendekatan holistik terhadap keberlanjutan. Rekomendasi meliputi adopsi teknologi hijau, perluasan program literasi keuangan, dan kolaborasi internasional untuk memperkuat praktik keberlanjutan BSI.

Abstract

The transformation of school libraries into literacy-based learning centers in elementary schools is a strategy to improve students' reading and critical thinking culture. The purpose of this study is to analyze the managerial role of school library managers in building a reading literacy culture at SDN Sandana. Data collection techniques by conducting observation activities, interviews with one of the educators to collect information or data to support data analysis. The results of the study show that effective managerial supervision plays an important role in supporting the transformation by proving that respondents' satisfaction with the following aspects: (1) Innovation of School Library Facilities (87.46%), (2) Development of Library Collections (83.56%), (3) Evaluation of Library Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) (84.39%), (4) Library Human Resource Management (84.20%), and (5) Development of Literacy Movement in the School Environment (83.12%). The implication of this research lies in strengthening the role of libraries as a dynamic learning environment in improving students' overall educational literacy.

Abstract

Keluhan pada sistem muskuloskeletal merupakan masalah kesehatan yang dapat mengurangi produktivitas dan aktivitas sehari-hari individu maupun masyarakat, yang meliputi keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot dan rangka yang dirasakan dari ringan hingga sangat sakit. Masalah ini mencakup berbagai gejala atau cedera yang mempengaruhi otot, tendon, ligamen, saraf, dan tulang. Keluhan semacam ini umumnya dialami oleh individu yang aktif dalam kegiatan sehari – hari seperti mengangkat beban, mencuci, memasak, menyapu, berkegiatan dengan postur statis dan janggal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pencegahan keluhan muskuloskeletal melalui edukasi ergonomi, serta untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang latihan dan posisi ergonomis dalam mencegah keluhan muskuloskeletal di RW 13 kelurahan Bojong Baru. Sebanyak 37 orang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, identifikasi, penyuluhan, dan edukasi mengenai latihan fisik kepada masyarakat. Sebelum dan setelah kegiatan dilakukan, dilakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai pengetahuan dan sikap ergonomi masyarakat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Hasil pengabdian yang didapatkan yaitu peningakatan  pengetahuan  masyarakat terhadap sikap ergonomi dalam aktivitas sehari – hari.

Abstract

Hutan tropis merupakan ekosistem kompleks yang kaya akan keanekaragaman hayati, dan dapat digolongkan ke dalam 13 jenis zona berdasarkan pemanfaatannya. Penggolongan wilayah geografis ke dalam jenis zona tertentu berpotensi melahirkan gesekan dan konflik kepentingan, misalnya apabila zona konservasi bersebelahan dengan zona produksi kayu. Untuk mencegah munculnya konflik seperti itu, maka perlu dilakukan pengelompokan 13 jenis zona menjadi beberapa kelompok, sehingga jenis-jenis zona dalam kelompok yang sama relatif “aman” untuk bersebelahan secara geografis. Masalah tersebut diselesaikan dengan model matematis berbasis teori graf, khususnya dengan pewarnaan graf dan algoritma Welch-Powell. Hasil temuan mengelompokkan 13 jenis zona hutan tropis menjadi 4 kelompok yang relatif aman untuk bersebelahan secara geografis. Pengelompokan tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk menetapkan batas-batas geografis dari setiap zona.
