Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum adanya model-model latihan fartlek secara khusus yang diberikan untuk pemain bola voli putra tingkat intermediet di Kota Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun model latihan fartlekyangbaik, melaksanaan uji coba produk pengembangan, dan melaksanaan uji efektifitas produk untuk mengetahui hasil uji keefektifan model latihan fartlek untuk peningkatan kemampuan fisik pemain bola voli putra tingkat intermediet di Kota Kediri.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah “metode penelitian pengembangan, (Research andDevelopment)”. Hasil penelitian yang pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara untuk mengetahui permasalahan kemampuan fisik para pemain tingkat intermediet di Kota Kediri, dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa latihan kemampuan fisik tidak menggunakan metode latihan fartlek. Setelah melalui empat tahapan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan fisik pemain bola voli putra tingkat intermediet di Kota Kediri. Kata Kunci: Latihan fartlek, Bolavoli, Program Latihan,intermediet, produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi bahwa renang merupakan olahraga air yang memiliki banyak manfaat dan digemari berbagai kalangan usia, namun di Club Snapy Aquatic masih terdapat permasalahan yaitu otot kaki dan tangan atlet belum bekerja secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat bantu parasut resistance terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 50 meter, serta membandingkan efektivitas metode latihan menggunakan alat tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 30 atlet usia 9–10 tahun di Club Snapy Aquatic yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kecepatan renang 50 meter gaya bebas sebelum dan sesudah intervensi latihan. Uji normalitas dengan One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test menunjukkan nilai pretest sebesar 0,729 dan posttest sebesar 0,519, yang mengindikasikan bahwa variasi yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan parasut resistance lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat bantu parasut resistance memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan renang 50 meter gaya bebas. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi penerapan program latihan yang intensif dan terstruktur untuk mengoptimalkan performa atlet dalam olahraga renang, khususnya pada nomor gaya bebas

Abstract

The effectiveness and quality of swimmers' physical performance ultimately depend on the determination of training zones, energy requirements, and the distance to be targeted as chosen by the swimmers. Physiological adaptations such as aerobic and anaerobic performance are key factors in improving the performance of swimming athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine how high-intensity interval training affects the speed of the 50-metre freestyle swim. This study was designed as a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design. Both the population and sample were selected using purposive sampling from 16 swimmers at the Sailfish Swimming Club. The t-test formula was used for data analysis. According to the pre- and post-test results, the results were significant at the 0.000 < 0.05 level, with an average pre-test time of 46.36 seconds and an average post-test time of 42.20 seconds.

Abstract

HIIT is a fast and effective way to enhance aerobic performance and recovery capacity, particularly in sports such as professional football.   This study investigates the impact of structured HIIT training on the aerobic capacity and recovery of professional footballers. This investigation examined the impact of a six-week structured HIIT program on aerobic capacity and post-exercise recovery in professional footballers. 24 male professional players aged 18-22 were randomly assigned to two groups: the HIIT group (n = 12) performed a 4x4-minute interval protocol at 90-95% HRmax with 3-minute active recovery at 60-70% HRmax, while the control group (n = 12) continued football training. Aerobic capacity (VO₂Max) was determined using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 (YYIR1), whereas HRR and RPE measured recovery. The HIIT group showed a substantial increase in VO₂Max (p < 0.01; d = 1.3) from 49.3 ± 4.1 to 54.8 ± 3.7 mL/kg/min, while the control group showed no significant change (48.9 ± 4.4 to 49.8 ± 4.2; p = 0.21). The HIIT group showed a 17% increase in post-exercise HRR (p < 0.05), indicating faster recovery and greater parasympathetic reactivation. These results suggest that HIIT enhances aerobic endurance and the body's ability to recover quickly after intense activity, helping football players maintain energy, reduce fatigue, and perform effectively in training and matches. This study shows that planned HIIT programs can assist coaches optimize training time and match performance for professional football players.

Abstract

Swimming speed is determined by the accuracy in setting training zones, meeting energy requirements, and the training distance targeted by swimmers. In addition, physiological adaptations, including aerobic and anaerobic capacity, play an important role in improving the performance of swimmers. This study aims to determine the effect of the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programme on improving the speed of swimming 50 metres freestyle. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population and sample consisted of 16 swimmers from the Sailfish Swimming Club who were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using a t-test. The results showed a significant improvement, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, where the average swimming time in the pretest was 38.64 seconds and increased in the posttest to 36.97 seconds.
