Abstract

This research was motivated by LASKAR players who often made passing errors. In the match, only half of the total passes made were successful. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of small sided games training on passing skills in Laskar players. This research method is a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design with 16 treatments (Tjalik Sugiardo, 1999: 25). The instrument used was a lowball passing test from Subagio Irianto (1995) which was retested and adapted for the futsal passing test by Dica Febri Wardana (2015: 32) with a validity of 0.710 and a reliability of 0.703. The research subjects were 20 Laskar players, sampling was taken using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with t test analysis. The results of the research obtained a calculated t value (4.358899) > t table (1.729), showing that "There is an influence of small sided games training on students' passing skills among Laskar players". The pretest mean was 6.1 and the posttest was 7.1, so the mean difference was 1. This shows a better change of 16.39%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between eye and foot coordination on the basic passing techniques in the game of futsal. The method used is quantitative research with eye and foot coordination tests and also the Small-Side Games passing test which takes place at the UNIMUDA Sorong Basketball Court. with 10 players as the subject, the data collection technique used was observation, then the data obtained was analyzed from the eye and foot coordination normality test data and obtained a significant value = 0.245 (sig. > 0.05), so this result shows the eye and foot coordination test data The feet are normally distributed.The basic passing technique obtained a significant value = 0.466 (sig > 0.05), so this result shows that the basic passing technique test data is normally distributed. The results of data analysis of eye and foot coordination on passing ability obtained an R value of 0.671 (P>0.05). With a degree of determination of 0.450 or providing a contribution of 45.0%. Which means there is a significant contribution/relationship between eye and foot coordination on basic futsal passing abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of sand-filled bottle weight training media has on the volleyball service ability of class X students at SMK Negeri 3 Sorong City. The type of research used is experimental research. The results of this initial test were an average of 50 percent with an increase in the final test results of service strokes above an average of 80-90 percent with the predicate points "good and very good", with an increase of 22.147% where obtained t-count = 3.288>t-table = 1.235 at a significant level = 0.05. There is a significant influence of sand-filled bottle training media on the volleyball serving ability of students at SMK N 3 Sorong City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pembelajaran Enterprenueship terhadap soft skills Mahasiswa Program Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan assosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar angkatan 2022 dan 2023. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan responden yang berjumlah 95 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian mengunakan angket pengukuran mengunakan skala likert dalam bentuk google form secara online. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier ganda. Hasil dari pengujian data ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Soft Skills Mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Terdapat pengaruh positif Pembelajaran Entrepreneurship terhadap Soft Skills Mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pembelajaran Entrepreneurship terhadap Soft Skills Mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Soft Skills Mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong.

Abstract

HIIT is a fast and effective way to enhance aerobic performance and recovery capacity, particularly in sports such as professional football.   This study investigates the impact of structured HIIT training on the aerobic capacity and recovery of professional footballers. This investigation examined the impact of a six-week structured HIIT program on aerobic capacity and post-exercise recovery in professional footballers. 24 male professional players aged 18-22 were randomly assigned to two groups: the HIIT group (n = 12) performed a 4x4-minute interval protocol at 90-95% HRmax with 3-minute active recovery at 60-70% HRmax, while the control group (n = 12) continued football training. Aerobic capacity (VO₂Max) was determined using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 (YYIR1), whereas HRR and RPE measured recovery. The HIIT group showed a substantial increase in VO₂Max (p < 0.01; d = 1.3) from 49.3 ± 4.1 to 54.8 ± 3.7 mL/kg/min, while the control group showed no significant change (48.9 ± 4.4 to 49.8 ± 4.2; p = 0.21). The HIIT group showed a 17% increase in post-exercise HRR (p < 0.05), indicating faster recovery and greater parasympathetic reactivation. These results suggest that HIIT enhances aerobic endurance and the body's ability to recover quickly after intense activity, helping football players maintain energy, reduce fatigue, and perform effectively in training and matches. This study shows that planned HIIT programs can assist coaches optimize training time and match performance for professional football players.
