Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial literacy among Generation Z students by optimizing business opportunities through the use of Google Trends. Conducted at SMA Bintara 1 Depok, the activity involved 30 students from grade 11 and was carried out through a descriptive and participatory approach. The methodology included a combination of pre-test, lecture-based training, interactive discussions, post-test, and satisfaction surveys. Data were analyzed descriptively to measure improvements in students’ knowledge. Results showed a significant increase in understanding, with pre-test scores at 6.1% and 3% for Google Trends knowledge and usage respectively, rising to 97% and 93.9% after the intervention. The training successfully introduced students to the practical application of digital tools for market research and business strategy development. The program proved effective in fostering critical thinking, creativity, and systematic decision-making, thus contributing to the preparation of digitally competent young entrepreneurs for the evolving market landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in the mechanisms of electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM) influence on purchase intention based on gender, by examining the mediating role of trust. Additionally, the study examines how the relationships between eWOM, trust, and purchase intention vary by gender. This study employed a survey of 235 university students as respondents, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques to investigate the relationships between variables. The results indicate that at the aggregate level, eWOM has both direct and indirect effects on purchase intention, mediated through trust. Segmentation analysis revealed a different pattern: in women, eWOM primarily operates through trust formation, while in men, this relationship was not significant. These findings have important theoretical implications regarding the need for a gender-specific contextual information processing model, as well as practical implications for marketers developing differentiated eWOM strategies, focusing on building credibility for female consumers and exploring alternative approaches for male consumers. This study also opens up opportunities for further research on gender-specific moderating variables and psychological mechanisms in the context of digital marketing.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelolaan laporan keuangan sederhana pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Raudhatul Jannah melalui pelatihan berbasis teknologi digital menggunakan Google Workspace. Madrasah ini menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi. Pelatihan meliputi penggunaan Google Sheets untuk mencatat pendapatan, pengeluaran, dan menyusun laporan keuangan yang transparan serta akurat. Selain itu, pendampingan berkelanjutan diberikan untuk memastikan implementasi teknologi berjalan optimal. Solusi ini mendukung efisiensi, transparansi, dan kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan, sekaligus meningkatkan literasi digital para guru dan staf administrasi. Dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam rangkaian kegiatan, program ini juga mendukung implementasi Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi, termasuk pengalaman mahasiswa di luar kampus dan keterlibatan dosen dalam aktivitas masyarakat. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan, keterampilan digital, dan pengelolaan dana operasional sekolah yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan di MIS Raudhatul Jannah dan penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of educational quality on word-of-mouth (WOM) about Universitas Pancasila, with institutional image serving as a mediating variable among senior high school students in Depok City, West Java. Using a quantitative explanatory approach and data collected from 150 respondents, the study employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for analysis. The results reveal that educational quality significantly influences institutional image and WOM, while institutional image also exerts a significant positive effect on WOM. Furthermore, institutional image mediates the relationship between educational quality and WOM, indicating that a strong image enhances the effect of perceived educational quality on students’ willingness to share positive recommendations. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining high educational standards and a credible institutional image as key strategies to foster voluntary advocacy and strengthen university competitiveness within Indonesia’s higher education landscape.

Abstract

Kegiatan wirausaha merupakan satu bentuk kegiatan penting yang dapat memajukan suatu negara. jika terdapat 2% dari keseluruhan penduduk dalam satu negara menjadi seorang entrepreneur/wirausahawan, maka negara itu akan mencapai kemakmuran. Keberlanjutan usaha dalam jangka panjang bergantung pada seberapa peduli pengusaha terhadap dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh usahanya. Nilai-nilai pelestarian lingkungan perlu ditanamkan pada setiap lini kegiatan perekonomian, terutama para generasi muda. Berkaitan dengan isu lingkungan dan pengangguran tersebut diatas, maka perlu dilakukan pembinaan pada generasi muda untuk dapat melakukan upaya menuju kemandirian bisnis dengan berbasis lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan para generasi muda khususnya SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok, setelah pelatihan peserta merasa bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat baik (60,6%). Hal ini terbukti dengan sangat antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, pemahaman dan penguasaan materi oleh narasumber juga dinilai sangat baik (72,7 %). Kejelasan Narasumber dalam menyampaikan materi dinilai sangat baik (75,8%), Kualitas materi menurut responden 72,7% dinilai sangat baik. Para Peserta merasakan kesesuaian materi (63,6%) dan manfaat yang diberikan (69,7%) sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan mereka. hasil dari survey kepuasan bahwa penilaian atas keseluruhan PkM mencapai 93,9% dinilai sangat baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pendampingan kewirausahaan bagi UMKM Kuliner dan Fashion sebagai upaya mendukung strategi bisnis. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah UMKM binaan Unit Penelitian & Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan Unit Inkubator Bisnis Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Kegiatan pendampingan ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa. Dalam PKM ini, Tim Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Pancasila yang terdiri dari dosen memberikan pendampingan yang menghasilkan peningkatan business plan dan value chain bagi UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap analisis, tahap pendampingan, dan tahap pelaporan. Kegiatan pendampingan berupa pemberian materi teori dan praktik yang dibagi dalam beberapa sesi, dengan fokus pada tiga UMKM. Dalam setiap sesinya, materi diberikan oleh Tim Dosen secara bertahap. Selama pendampingan, Tim PKM melakukan wawancara untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan serta potensi yang dimiliki dari masing-masing UMKM. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa dokumen business plan dan value chain bagi UMKM. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini mampu memberikan manfaat langsung bagi pelaku UMKM untuk membuat business plan, value chain, dan memperluas pangsa pasar yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh pada strategi bisnis yang tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Lifestyle and Financial Literacy on the Paylater Online System and its impact on Spending Behavior. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis is path analysis. This research uses a sample of 200 respondents who are people who use the Online Paylater System in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas. In this research, sampling used convenience sampling. The research results show that the direct influence of Lifestyle and Financial Literacy on Spending Behavior shows significant results. However, the indirect effect for each independent variable is different. Lifestyle shows that there is an indirect influence through the Paylater Online System, while for Financial Literacy there is no indirect influence through the Paylater Online System. In theoretical contributions to the preliminary study, among others, Sari (2021) found that the ease of using Paylater technology by e-commerce users in Indonesia is very good and Paylater users tend to do impulse buying when shopping. It is hoped that this research can help the Online Paylater System in making decisions about spending its finances. Apart from that, Marketplaces that provide payments using the Online Paylater System are also expected to be able to maintain and increase the trust of their users.Future researchers should variableize other factors that influence the Online Paylater System and Spending Behavior, such as financial capability, risk and security, so that they can get more solid conclusions for the public regarding the Online Paylater System and changes in behavior or spending habits (Spending Behavior).
