That's because zakat is a source of funds that will never dry and run out. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic economics in supporting sustainable economic development through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR method is used to systematically identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant literature on the contribution of Islamic economics to the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The review process begins with formulating the main research question, as well as establishing inclusion and exclusion criteria that include publications between 2020 and 2025, available in full-text form, and focusing on Islamic economics and sustainability issues. The results of the study show that Islamic economics is closely related to the principles of sustainability, such as justice, balance, social responsibility, and the prohibition of detrimental economic practices. Islamic economic instruments such as zakat, infaq, sedekah, waqf, and sharia-based financing play an important role in creating an inclusive, fair, and social welfare-oriented economic system. In addition, Islamic banks and Islamic social finance also encourage sustainable financing of the real sector and MSMEs, including through innovations such as green sukuk and productive waqf. Thus, sharia economics has proven to be a strategic and applicable framework in realizing fair, inclusive and sustainable economic development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Qur'anic values-based learning in fostering social ethics in schools. Qur'anic value-based learning becomes relevant amidst the challenges of globalization that often erodes moral values, especially among the younger generation. Using qualitative methods, this research explores how Qur'anic values are integrated into the curriculum, teaching methods and social interactions at school. It also discusses the role of teachers as facilitators and role models in instilling Qur'anic values such as honesty, responsibility, caring and tolerance. The results show that the Qur'anic value-based approach is able to shape the character of students who have a high awareness of social ethics, such as mutual respect, solidarity, and involvement in social activities. However, this implementation faces various challenges, including limited teacher understanding, lack of institutional support, and resistance from students. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening teacher training, providing institutional support, and innovating learning methods so that Qur'anic values can be implemented more effectively and sustainably in schools.

Abstract

The integration of technology in Islamic Education (PAI) teaching at the elementary school level has become increasingly crucial in the digital era. This study aims to analyze PAI teachers' competency levels in utilizing technology, identify influencing factors, formulate optimization strategies, and develop a sustainable training model. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study analyzes primary sources from Sinta-accredited national journals and reputable international journals published between 2019-2024, along with relevant secondary sources. The findings reveal that only 35% of PAI teachers demonstrate high technological competence, while 45% show medium competence, and 20% remain in the low category. Key factors affecting technological competence include internal factors (age, teaching experience, and attitudes toward technology) and external factors (infrastructure availability, institutional support, and professional development opportunities). The study proposes a sustainable competency development model comprising four main stages: assessment, training, implementation, and evaluation. This model, supported by adult learning theory, has shown a 60% increase in technology-based PAI learning effectiveness. Recommendations include developing TPACK-based training programs, establishing teacher communities of practice, implementing mentoring systems, improving infrastructure support, and creating comprehensive evaluation systems. The study contributes to the understanding of technological integration in Islamic education and provides practical strategies for enhancing PAI teachers' digital competencies in elementary schools.

Abstract

As universities strive for global recognition, integrating internationalization and digitalization into their educational systems has become crucial. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by the State Islamic University's Postgraduate Program to enhance educational quality and achieve international recognition. The research approach is a case study with a qualitative design involving in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through condensation, reduction, and visualization of data, as well as verification to ensure the validity of the findings. The study results indicate that the Postgraduate Program implements a strategy of curriculum internationalization, international cooperation, and the application of digital technology to improve the quality of education. These efforts include developing a curriculum by international standards, cooperating with foreign universities, and integrating technologies such as E-learning and AI for more interactive learning. Despite the challenges of adapting technology, continuous training is a solution to improving digital skills. The implications of this study indicate that implementing internationalization and digitalization policies can increase the competitiveness of higher education.

Abstract

The Ogoh-Ogoh parade is a celebration that is inherent in the Hindu community in Banyuwangi. The existence of this parade is certainly a spirit and enthusiasm for the glory of the Hindu community. For the Islamic community, including Islamic boarding schools, it is a hard slap to the concept of religious tolerance which must be implemented and accustomed to. At first glance, the Ogoh-Ogoh parade is not interesting and is not suitable to be shown and shown, especially to children. The scary form of Ogoh-Ogoh symbolizes the devil and also, the form of Ogoh-Ogoh contains pornographic elements. However, even so, Hindus have their view of Ogoh-Ogoh as a symbol of human awareness of the power of the universe and the all-powerful time. This depiction in Hindu Dharma includes the personality of Bhuta Kala. Hindus think that the Ogoh-Ogoh parade will still be celebrated and preserved. Included in one of the cultures and complements the religious rites of Hindus. It is hoped that this article will add to the body of knowledge regarding the response of the Darussalam Islamic boarding school to the Ogoh-Ogoh celebration, precisely in Karangdoro Blokagung village.
