Abstract

Home sharing is a business meeting that is held in a simple place such as a home or stockist to explain business opportunities to others and convey information so that it is effective and provides many benefits in carrying out its activities by using Islamic Marketing Mix to be able to reach the target market in a Multi Level Marketing company Natural Nusantara which sells beauty, health, agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery products. The formulation of the problems in this research are 1) What is the strategy of Islamic Marketing Mix Home Sharing on Multi Level Marketing Natural Nusantara 2) What are the implications of the Islamic Marketing Mix Home Sharing strategy on sales turnover of Multi Level Marketing Natural Nusantara. The approach in this study is a descriptive qualitative method and is a field research by observing, interacting and direct observation based on the phenomena that occur to the research subjects. This research can be concluded 1) Home Sharing Natural Nusantara has benefits in carrying out its activities in accordance with the sharia marketing mix in Islamic marketing which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, patience, and customer centrism. 2) The implications of the Islamic Marketing Mix strategy on sales turnover have a direct impact namely sales increase after Home Sharing activities are carried out.

Abstract

The improvement of internet creates many e-commerce in Indonesia. E-commerce became a receptacle for millennial generation who want to buy goods and services online. In Indonesia, Shopee is e-commerce that has become market leader. Shopee is using Islamic marketing mix to maintain its position in Indonesian market. The purpose from this research is to analyze the influence of Islamic marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer loyalty towards customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is random sampling and convenience sampling. Skala Likert will be used for measuring the data collected. There are 159 samples from millennial Muslim in Jember for this research. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using path analysis. The result indicated that product, place, promotion and people have significant effect on customer satisfaction while price, process and physical evidence are not significant. Product, promotion and physical evidence also have significant effect on customer loyalty while price, place, process and people are not. Customer satisfaction also has no significant effect on customer loyalty. The result also shows that costumer cannot mediate product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence towards costumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competitive advantage strategic management applied by Basmalah store. Competitive advantage is key to maintaining and increasing market share in the competitive retail industry. The research method used is a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with the owner and manager of Basmalah store, as well as direct observation at the store location. The results of the research indicate that Basmalah store has implemented several competitive advantage strategies, including product differentiation, customer service enhancement, and operational efficiency. By maintaining a stock of unique and high-quality products, Basmalah store successfully attracts customers looking for specific items. Additionally, improving customer service through friendly and informative service is also a crucial factor in maintaining customer loyalty. Operational efficiency is also considered crucial in maintaining competitive advantage. Through effective inventory management strategies and the use of technology to monitor store performance, Basmalah can reduce operational costs and improve efficiency. However, this research also identifies some challenges faced by Basmalah store, including price competition from competitors and market demand fluctuations. Therefore, it is recommended that Basmalah store continues to monitor industry trends, innovate in competitive advantage strategies, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Banks as financial institutions that rely on customer trust are obliged to continually improve service quality in order to maintain their role. In carrying out its business activities, banks have three main functions, including accepting money deposits, lending money, and providing money transfer services. One way to find out the condition of a company can be done by analyzing the annual financial reports made by the company. Financial reports are prepared with the aim of providing an overview of periodic progress reports carried out by the management of the company concerned. This research aims to find out the influence of equity, assets and liabilities on share prices with profitability as an intervening variable at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2020-2022 . Sampling is a part of an overall population that is carefully selected to be representative of that population. The sampling technique used in this research is a time series . The purposive sampling method is the selection of samples that meet certain criteria determined by the researcher. The analysis used uses path analysis using SPSS V22 software. From the results of the data tests in this research, it is clear that equity has an effect on profitability. Assets have no effect on profitability. Liabilities affect profitability. Equity influences share prices. Assets have no effect on share prices. Liabilities affect share prices. Profitability influences share prices. The conclusion of the final hypothesis states that profitability has not been able to partially mediate the influence between equity, assets and liabilities on share prices.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan cara pandang seseorang dalam menyikapi agama secara moderat. Sikap secara moderat ini harus dimiliki setiap muslim, agar dalam menyikapi permasalahan dan perbedaan dalam agama bisa bersikap secara bijak tanpa permusuhan dan pertentangan. Dalam praktiknya moderasi Beragama dapat berbentuk macam-macam, namun intinya tetap mengarah dalam sikap toleran dan kerukunan. Praktik moderasi beragama dapat ditemui di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, salah satunya di kota Jember. Di Jember terdapat banyak penerapan Moderasi Beragama yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjalin keharmonisan antar manusia dan menegakkan ajaran Islam itu sendiri. Hal itulah yang melatarbelakangi Mahasiswa KKN Kelompok 30 untuk melakukan penggalian data mengenai kegiatan moderasi beragama di berbagai wilayah Jember. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari data moderasi beragama berupa pengamatan, wawancara, observasi dan partisipasi. Moderasi beragama Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menampilkan keanekaragaman kegiatan Moderasi Beragama dalam Islam. Moderasi beragama yang terdapat di wilayah Jember yaitu toleransi beragama, akulturasi budaya Islam, peringatan hari besar Islam dan hablum minannas. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dan sampai sekarang masih dilestarikan guna untuk memersatukan umat beragama tanpa adanya diskriminasi dan perseteruan. Pada dasarnya moderasi beragama ini membentuk masyarakat khususnya wilayah Jember untuk moderat atau berada ditengah-tengah, tidak radikal dan juga tidak menggampangkan. Kata Kunci: Moderasi Beragama, Tradisi Lokal, Masyarakat Jember ABSTRACT Religious Moderation is a person's perspective on dealing with religion in moderation. This moderate attitude must be owned by every Muslim so that in dealing with problems and differences in religion, they can behave wisely without hostility and conflict. In practice, religious moderation can take various forms, but the point is that it still leads to tolerance and harmony. Religious moderation practices can be found in multiple regions in Indonesia, one of which is in the city of Jember. In Jember, many applications of Religious Moderation are carried out to establish harmony between humans and uphold the teachings of Islam itself. This motivated the Group of 30 KKN students to collect data on religious moderation activities in various Jember areas. Observations, interviews, and participation are used to find data on religious moderation. Religious Moderation This activity aims to showcase the diversity of Religious Moderation activities in Islam. Religious moderation in the Jember region includes religious tolerance, Islamic culture acculturation, commemoration of Islamic holidays, and hablum minannas. Some of these activities have been carried out and are preserved to unite religious communities without discrimination and conflicts. This religious moderation shapes the community, especially the Jember area, to be moderate or in the middle, not radical, and not taking it easy. Abstract

Pasar Tanjung Jember dari tahun ke tahun mengalami pertumbuhan. Artinya, UMKM membutuhkan izin usaha dari pemerintah agar dilindungi secara hukum. Kegiatan penganbdian masyarakat ini  dilakukan karena tidak adanya tenaga pelaku UMKM Pasar Tanjung dalam pembuatan Nomor Induk Usaha yang Dapat Dikenali dan tidak adanya pemahaman tentang cara pembuatan Nomor Induk Usaha (NIB) melalui melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Tujuannya untuk memudahkan proses Online Single Submission (OSS) bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Pasar Tanjung. Mentoring dan observasi adalah dua metode yang digunakan. Menyampaikan teori, membuat izin perusahaan, dan mengirimkan surat legalitas usaha adalah bagian dari mewujudkan gerakan ini. Pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di pasar Tanjung menunjukkan peningkatan akses OSS terhadap data tentang legalitas dan pendaftaran usahanya. Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) mendapat manfaat dari dorongan pemerintah, ketersediaan keuangan, keamanan perusahaan, dan bantuan pertumbuhan.  Kata Kunci: UMKM; NIB; Pendampingan; Online Single Submission (OSS) The Tanjung Jember market has experienced growth from year to year. This means that MSMEs need a business license from the government to be legally protected. This community service activity was carried out because there were no staff from Tanjung Pasar UMKM actors in making Recognizable Business Numbers and there was no understanding of how to make Business Numbers (NIB) through Online Single Submission (OSS). The aim is to assist Tanjung Market MSMEs in creating accounts and managing legality through the Online Single Submission (OSS) procedure. Observation and advocacy are two approaches taken. Delivering theories, creating business licenses, and submitting business legality letters are all part of putting this movement into action. This action has led to an increase in the amount of data concerning the legitimacy and registration of businesses in Tanjung's MSME market's OSS account. As a result, MSMEs receive government endorsement, financial resources, legal security, and help in growing their businesses. Keywords : UMKM; NIB; Assistance; Online Single Submission (OSS)

Abstract

Kajian terhadap agama tak lagi melulu menyangkut soal kepercayaan dan ritus individual pemeluknya. Sebagai sebuah sistem kepercayaan, sisi histroris dan sosiologis menjadi bagian tak terpisahdarinya. Karenanya, menjadi absah, manakala keberagamaan manusia menjadi subyek kajian dalamberagam sudut pandang.Salah satu isu penting dalam studi agama adalab soal posisi pengkaji agama; apakah agama hanya bisa dikaji oleh insider, atau ia juga memberi ruang kepada yang di luar penganutnya, outsider?. Di sini, Kim Knott berupaya memetakan kajian agama, baik oleh insider maupun outsider. Dalam penelitiannya, ia berhasil mengklasifikasi empat kelompok besar dalam studi agama, yaitu; complete participant, participant as observer, observer as participant dan complete observer.

Abstract

Nasabah produk pembiayaan Mitraguna Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) BSI senantiasa mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian kualitatif ini berikhtiar untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran BSI dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan Mitraguna; serta untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi BSI dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran pembiayaan mitraguna. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan, strategi pemasaran pembiayaan Mitraguna di BSI dengan bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place), promosi (promotion), orang-orang (people), bukti fisik (physical evidence) dan proses (processes). Kendala yang dihadapi dua faktor: Faktor internal yaitu kondisi covid-19 yang membatasi karyawan untuk masuk setiap hari karena aturan WFH (work from home), sehingga pemasaran produk dan pelayanan menjadi kurang maksimal, maka solusinya pemasaran online dilakukan lebih masif serta menyediakan aplikasi BSI Mobile. Faktor eksternal dikarenakan covid-19, nasabah menahan diri untuk pergi melakukan pembiayaan langsung ke Bank dan adanya nasabah canggung karena baru pertama kali melakukan pembiayaan di BSI. Solusinya dengan menggunakan aplikasi BSI Mobile, proses approval yang mudah dan cepat, serta princing yang kompetitif dan aman sesuai prinsip Syariah.

Abstract

Many people have implemented waste management through the green economy model, yielding beneficial results, particularly for environmental conservation plans. Islamic boarding schools make it possible to produce quite a lot of waste from the students' daily needs. We conducted this study at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang. The Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang implements a waste management program that utilizes waste for economically valuable purposes, specifically the production of processed products, where waste processing is a key production factor. This research focuses on green economy-based waste processing processes and explores their potential to enhance the economy at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang. This research aims to create a manageable green economy model for Islamic boarding schools, offering economic value and potential. We used qualitative research and a case study approach to explore waste management practices within a green economy model, which significantly and massively improves the Islamic boarding school economy. We collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the green economy model at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang uses three steps, namely, reduce, reuse, and recycle. The Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang has a significant potential for waste management to become a new product. This study concludes that environmentally friendly Islamic College not only require technological adaptation and management but also require a deep understanding and commitment to religious values that support environmental sustainability. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of sustainable business models in Islamic College, as well as enriching the literature regarding the integration of religious teachings and modern economic practices.
